Wing wah in Glasgow City

My son ordered a takeaway for 5 of us and brought it back to the house. Food was great, absolutely no complaints

Ordered chicken fried rice chips and gravy. Order arrived and chips were missing. Wife tried over thirty times to call and line was constantly busy. Won’t be using again.

Stop off here on the way home from town, never used before and I can honestly say I will never use again, BBQ ribs the sauce was just a tasteless coloured pink gel, curry was so salty and runny sauce, chips well we won't go there, I won't be back

Women who answered phone was to quick to hang up and never heard half my order and when it got sent out never received what I asked for and also trying to charge me extra delivery money to resend out the driver for her mistake

Chicken chow mein sliced was ordered in shop, not a problem at all with the service (woman at the counter was very nice). Once home very poor was to follow Chicken nice as it was there was not a lot of it. Neither was there much onion or peppers on top of this so with a tub cramped full of noodles a sause or flavour was missing. A shocker all round.

First time and food was tasteless. Red curry not red, disappointing

Been eating take away from here since 1976 and still love the unique red curry sauce. Food is great and service is quick.

9 pound for a special curry and the meat used was of very low quality used to love this place few years back but this poor on this order unfortunately

I used to come here alot. But lately I found the portions getting smaller and smaller despite the prices going up. The fried chicken balls where so dry and hard...like it's been fried in old oil? It was rotten. The containers were leaking the sauce because they were so flimsy. Also the Chios were all lieing out in boxes beside the counter and not kept frozen. Disgusting. I think I won't be back again.

This place was Recommended by my friend Jane...I usually order from foo house... So gave it a try. I Ordered chicken curry. The chicken was frozen chicken not fresh chicken...it was disgusting it had jelly bits on it...and it had a really wierd texture and no taste. I threw it in the bin as even my dog wouldn't eat it. I'm going to back to foo house.

Been using Wing Wah for many years now. Food, although not as good as it used to be, is still nice. On the other hand, the Chinese lady who takes the orders in the shop and over the phone is becoming increasingly rude. I know of many customers who have now gone elsewhere because of her - I think I’ll be following them! Don’t just assume customers will continue to return .

The Chinese woman on the desk clearly hates her job. Orded peking chicken and got sweet and sour delivered.. tried to call several times "line busy" this isn't because the phones in use its because she can't be bothered taking anymore orders.. Travel 10 minutes to the shop to correct my order to be told thats how we do peking chicken a completely different recipe 😂 attitude stinks just as bad as the food 1 star well deserved 👏

The best Chinese restaurant in the South Side the curries are excellent been going there for over 40 years.

Never fails to impress me food always piping hot and absolutely delicious staff very friendly and prices are always reasonable,I have about twenty curry houses where I live but still travel the 8miles there and back for a Ronnies love it

Food good but not as good as it used to with old staff cooking

Great local take away, always busy, hard to get through to on the phone, especially at the weekend. Meal deals also great value, lots of choice

Good Chinese food, as simple as that. (our family special treat, get your favourite dinner with Salt n Chilli Chips - they are magic)

Tried this place several times when it re-opened a few years ago (2015). They offer a signature Red Curry (Chinese style as opposed to Thai) that is (or at least was not bad) but the rest of the menu is pretty run of the mill and MSG/ salt by the boatload. Unfortunately, hygene is lacking in this is noticable in the food and the environment if you visit them.

My favourite Chinese! Absolutely love the redish curry sauce 😍 don’t be put off by other reviews, I use this Chinese regular.

Obviously the wing wah has changed hands. Prices have gone down and so have the standards. My meal was wrong when I got home and when I phoned to say an item was missing I was told I hadn’t ordered it. Shame to see the customer service that Michael & Ronnie built up go down the plug hole. So disappointed in the food we had. Won’t be back and I certainly won’t recommend the place to anyone after 40 years of using the place 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Sweet & sour i ordered was wrong. Gave me chicken in batter instead. Woman who answers the phone had a bad attitude. Not good for the customers

Used to be best takeaway in Scotland and i have travelled all over and tried different Chinese now back in Glasgow since it has been reopened my chicken wings still had blood all in and curry sauce tastes burnt waste of money will never go back
