Wing Hing Take Away in Kirklees

My family and I have just moved into the area andenjoyed our first Chinese takeaway from here last night. We rang to order in advance the collected 15mins later. It was hot, fresh and tasty with good portion sizes. Will return 😊

Friendly welcome to an old fashioned shop. The food was served in foil containers and not the much larger plastic ones most seem to use these days. The beef curry was excellent, proper beef, not the plastic slimy rubbish most seem to use these days. I absolutely give it 5 stars. £3.75 for a beef curry and £1.15 for chips. The only thing which wasn’t the same as when I was a kid was that the chips were frozen ones and not the chunky fresh ones which I always loved and remember fondly ! If they made fresh chips here it would be heaven!!

Great family run business who have been in the village for years. Service very prompt and a wide range of dishes available. Always high quality plus very reasonably priced. Got chicken chow mien tonight and it was excellent. Can't wait for my next order. Recommended to all. Please note - the telephone number changed about 10 years ago. It is now 01484 522101

Very nice dishes. Staff very friendly and food served very quickly. Reasonably priced and decent portions. Really good if you find yourself without a meal and need to eat in a hurry.
