Popped in here while my son attended an appointment locally. Hoping to work a little and grab a coffee. Staff were friendly and service was quick. The menu looks great, good variety and really reasonably priced. I had a large latte and toast for £3.25 bargain. Coffee was lovely too. Free wi fi meant I could work easily. I’ll be back

A really cool place with a warm welcome and piping hot coffee. With an interesting variety of food items, quirky decor and a fresh atmosphere Windsor's and Refreshed is a great stop off point or a perfect destination for a break from the busy City hubbub. There is an up market Charity shop attached which is good for a browse. Located around the corner from Fargo Village, a nice addition to the area.

While the atmosphere is nice overall, some tables had been left dirty, making it feel more like a greasy-spoon cafe. The chai latte was lukewarm, too sweet and lacked flavour. The Wifi didn't work. I asked twice for the router to be reset, and the lady refused. I only went there for the Wifi anyway. I walked another 15 minutes to find somewhere with good Wifi to connect and totally regretted stopping in Windsors at all.

My daughter and I came across this eatery today. It looked inviting and the boards outside which displayed some of the menu and prices, looked good. The food was delicious and the breakfast (any time of day) was freshly cooked. Fair trade products are used which is good. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much bother. Prices very reasonable!!

We popped in here for lunch after a mooch around Fargo. The food was simple but nicely presented and the staff were very friendly. It's nice to know some of the profit goes to charity.

Stumbled upon this place as I was walking around the neighborhood. Stopped in to check out the second hand shop and then the cafe. I had my first tea and crumpets there. Both men were extremely helpful and nice. They helped me figure out which buses I needed to take to get back to my hotel.

Definitely a shop with style and costumer service in mind! Add on top that this is a non-profit organisation for the homeless, I know my money is going to a good cause. This is a cafe so its not open late evenings nor do they serve alcohol. It is also attached to a retail and furniture store which is nice to browse. Plus everything is really good value for money. The clothes, toys and furniture are all donated and the shop is largely ran by volunteers too.

Whilst I'm not an ethical warrior, I really have a soft spot for local business, especially those that give back to the community. This cafe provides a nice space, atmosphere and friendly service on a busy and rough road. The only point I do have to make is that the food could improve slightly. On the other hand, I acknowledge that it is a not a commercial enterprise and the business' aim is not to make a profit but to develop an income for the homeless. I would strongly urge more students in Coventry to look at this option!

I started to come here regularly in between my bookings/clients to have a coffee and/or breakfast. Lovely atmosphere, not overly quirky, great value for snacks. Quiet enough to do some work if you need to, not too quiet to feel lonely :) very nice ! Oh and a really good flat white !

Well you can't quite call it a full English when your missing hashbrowns, black pudding and fried bread. Apart from that it was well cooked, went down easy. The staff are friendly and it's a nice environment to enjoy something to eat.

Nice little cafe we stumbled across by accident. Staff were nice, food was excellent value and tasted good. Very clean and efficiently laid out. Not the full 5 stars as they forgot about our coffee but we're very apologetic after.

It is wonderful to have a nice lunch in Windsor's followed by a browse round Refreshed at the clothes and in the newly opened Furniture Emporium. It's like an Aladdin cave. Definitely worth a visit, you never know what you might find!

Stubbled on this place during a trip to Coventry, The smell of coffee evident and enticing as soon as I entered..Coffee was superb and in my opinion is up there with the popular Coffee shop brands but half the price, Staff were great..friendly and eager (without being annoying) Chatted to a lovely young lady who was telling me how profits go to charity- she really knew her stuff! (found out later she was the manager) Well organised, clean and tidy..I purchased a lovely outfit and a bag (immaculate) .I will certainly be returning when next in Coventry..my new Coventry coffee shop!

The thing I like most about this coffee shop, is the fact that a percentage of my sale is going towards the charity to help people... and not someone sitting in their plush chair. I am also able to easily peruse the charity shop, which is directly connected to the coffee shop.

This is a coffee shop and upmarket charity shop to support the Coventry Cyrenians homeless charity. As a cafe goes it is as good as any mainstream coffee bar. The coffee was spot on and the tosted sandwiches are very good value. It is run by very friendly volunteers and you can donate a coffee to a homeless person. Please pay it a visit and you will not be disappointed.
