Wimpy in Rotherham

Stopped by for abit of wimpy nostalgia...exactly what I expected...the service was fantastic for late on a Friday evening...Will be back at some point...

Was not satisfied with the food from this place over priced and everything was hard (even the fries) would not recommend

Enjoyed the visit. Staff were nice. Not the full menu but only a small establishment. Burger and fries very nice.

Like mold on your burger bun? Get yourself down to the wimpy at Kimberworth.

Hot food! Not like McDonalds or Burger king

Absolutely banging food, well worth the trip and perfect for fueling our bowling visit. Staff were brilliant and the service was fast, thank you wimpy!

Not at all like the "Wimpy " i was used to ie ÷ bread tasted stale and not toasted the burger had no diced onions , just a dollop of red sauce 👎

Could not believe my childhood very privileged treat was still going. Service was Brilliant. Food was very good. Would have given 10 stars out of 5 if they had milkshakes 🤣 Good food. Fantastic service Childhood memories priceless.

I gave mid views because I only saw the food, the kitchen. I just got drinks. Staff was busy talking and service took a while but it was okay. It is very laid but there but sometimes this is so nice. But obviously this can frustrate some. But food looked nice so I am optimistic

Absolutely loved it!! Just as good quality as I expected. Lovely burgers. Had fries, onion rings and cheese melts as well..all delicious! Loved the setting too... totally retro, with arcade machines and within the bowling alley. Lots of room though so didn't feel cramped. Was clean...Will definitely be going again!

Never had a wimpy before. Was shocked how fresh and nice it was burger was hot and tasty fries where crisp. Onion rings where great. Shame it was in a bowling alley

We visited the wimpy at Rotherham superbowl tonight. We arrived early to eat before our 6.30 start time. Unfortunately we didn't realise that wimpy aren't a fast food outlet. Upon ordering we were left hanging around the counter for 5 minutes before being told to come back in. Minutes (without apology) 25 minutes later I confront the staff about the unacceptable delivery, only to be greated with a lot of hostility.i tried to educate the staff about customer service but it fell on deaf ears. Bowling there was great but dealing with staff that don't give a shot about thier customers mean I'll never go back again. 35 minutes for 'fast food' A complete joke

Food was cold and i found a fly in it .My daughter puked .

OMG I haven't had a wimpy in so many years. My burger was delicious and cooked fresh. I will be having another for definite.In the same building is bowling, arcades and a bar and right next door is a health club with gym and a really nice pool

I love Wimpy. Miss the Long Eaton and Nottingham branches. We were passing by Rotherham on our way home, so called in to eat. Beats McD's all day long! Be aware that this is inside a bowling alley, with an arcade area. This is no bad thing though, plenty of parking. This Wimpy serves an "Express menu". Great staff, very friendly, spotlessly clean, only a short wait for fresh food. Very pleased! Will certainly visit again when in the area.

After a nostalgic conversation, me & my boyfriend took a hour drive to this Wimpy & OH MY GOODNESS so glad we did! Delicious ;) Thank you! Wasn't expecting it to be within an bowling alley but heyho! It added to the fun!

If you are South African like me and yoh get excited when you see the WIMPY sign... WE LOVE OUR WIMPY BREAKFAST in S.A. be advised...this is not WIMPY as we know it. Its a tiny spot in the back of a games arcade... only serve little burgers.

Unfortunately I can't give it minus stars. There are so many things wrong with this Wimpy I don't know where to start. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs.

At £3 for portion of chip to much and not a lot for the price

Counter service. Thinnest burger I have ever seen. Expensive for what you get.
