One of the better premier inn restaurants I've been too. Only gave it a 4 as the first night there was quite a few options unavailable and we were asked to leave quite early for a pub. I must say the breakfast and breakfast staff was one of the best I've had for a premier inn! Cheers!

We came down for our cousins birthday, which was at a different venue, however on our second night we had food here which was fantastic, came out quick and pipping hot! Before leaving we had breakfast which again was cooked to order (which I prefer) all the team that we spoke to was awesome, chatty and smiley! We will definitely be seeing you all again soon when we next come down. Big shout out too Sophie, Anne, Jemma and the chef Perry! 🙏🏼🙌🏽

Stay at the hotel next door on business regularly so use this restaurant as we get a meal allowance. Food is amazing and staff are friendly, steaks are hit and miss though depending on which chef is on.

Went today, Boxing Day had a booking for 2.30. Asked to go and sit in another area to wait. Sat there for 40 mins when we were asked to move because that tables booking had shown up! We then got taken to another table. Sat there for 20 mins when we asked if we could order. There was one very limited menu with very few choices £ 25.99 for 3 courses, no option to just have one or two courses. We ordered starters once finished waited about 15+ mins before table cleared then our mains came out. By tbis time we had already been there well over 2 hours and decided we just didn't want to wait more time for dessert but were told we still have to pay as its a fixed menu and would we like to take it home! Just wondering how we would get ice cream home!?? How ridiculous that its one fixed menu where you HAVE to have 3 courses when you don't want it!! Eventually, they took the price of dessert off. Its Boxing day and our Christmss family day out and it was ruined. The bill was over £100 and we feel totally ripped off. I can honestly say we will not eat here again, total rip off from a company who doesn't care about their customers just interested in you spending your hard earned money. Outrageous!

Went out for boxing dinner booked and paid in full service wasn't good asked to speak to a manager waiting 20mins by a young lad think he was new but he ingroe us ,so we asked someone one else and she got the manager straight away which Sophie listened to every thing we said and delt with it the best way she could .

Popped in for breakfast buffet on the off chance, Ann was really nice and polite and the food was really tasty, great value great staff great food, would 100% return, thanks

Well we're do I start, this place has been mine and my family favourite for a while but the last few times have been the best me and my family went today for a carvery witch is always 10/10 the service is 1st class the girls r all amazing humans and always make us feel like we r at home today we had a beautiful young lady called Ronnie and her customer service was honestly spot on we felt like we had known her for years the atmosphere is a happy vibe 1st class no1 place to go highly highly recommend this beautiful place to all the girls and boys that work there very well done to u all I hope ur boss and manager is pround to have u all working there as we can't wait to go back 😊👍

We went for lunch after a break of a few years. Enjoyed it so much we will be going back in the New Year. Went earlier than next year.

Didn't have a good experience. Me and my family used to come here years ago and was always amazing food and service. This time we all went for the roast buffet. Firstly the guy serving the meats was really moody. The turkey didn't taste fully cooked was rubbery and pink. The Yorkshire puddings were yuck so thick in the bottom and it tasted like the bottom part wasnt fully cooked through. But the worst was the gravy full of huge lumps which meant the kids didn't want to touch it. The service at the beginning was great but we were soon forgotten about we put all our plates together at the side of the table and it was about 40 minutes until they were taken and offered dessert. When desserts finally came we all got ours except my sister after 15 minutes we had to find someone to tell them they had forgotten one of the desserts. When it finally came out it was cold and the custard had a thick skin where it had been sitting so long so we sent it back. Sorry, we won't be back

I was most disappointed with the service as previously I had enjoyed my visit. I had an emergency and needed to leave immediately, my friend approached a staff member stating the urgency to leave, the staff member basically ignored her and continued to lay a table that was more important to her. I was at the point of leaving without paying, the emergency being that important, but fortunately, we reached the till at the same time. Due to this bad service, I feel I'll never be able to visit again

What a joke. They do not care about visitors with disabilities. Firstly, a vehicle was parked across three disabled parking bays. The staff couldn't care less, stating that the car park is not their responsibility. Secondly, we pre-booked a table, requesting level access and seating. The staff did not acknowledge our booking and said to 'sit anywhere'. There were no available tables near the breakfast area and none were easily accessible. Again, the staff couldn't care less. We struggled to carry out food and drink back to our table, as the restaurant was packed and not easy to navigate. Lastly, the accessible toilet was open to all visitors. It was filthy. Less said about that... Staff clearly do not understand not respect the needs of visitors with disabilities. Their attitude stinks. They were unwilling to help and clearly focus on making profit, over the needs of customers. IF YOU ARE DISABLED OR HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES, think twice about visiting. If you're a wheelchair user - DONT BOTHER!!!

Went for Christmas Dinner plates and food cold Brussels not cooked potatoes awful charged for pigs in blankets but wete free on carvery as meal was pre ordered and 'pigs' came as a side order ordered pork and got gammon was told it was pork Staff were surly no spirit of Christmas among any of them service very slow ordered last drink but was so slow coming we cancelled it

Took my son for dinner as we often do, always served by the friendliest and most helpful staff (thank you to madi, & Callie) and terry & Jemma the managers always makes us smile 😊 food was perfect as always- I have a very fussy 6 year old who doesn’t eat meat & he always comes out full (desserts are his fave obvs) See you all soon!

Whilst working away this week i stopped at willow fatm for my evening meal , i was greeted with a smile , emma swiftly got my seated and served - going above and beyond to provide service with a smile ! 10/10 will be eating there again :)

Table booked for 6pm - we arrived at 5.50pm. Shown to a mismatched pair of tables pushed together. 6.15pm and we’re still waiting for someone to take our drinks order. Called a sweet natured waitress over to ask why we were still waiting so she took our drinks and food order at the same time. Drinks arrived after another 10 minutes wait, then the food arrived 10 minutes later. Food was nice and hot - and I would recommend the beef and ale pie (2 pieces of beef in the pie and nice thick beefy gravy with a medium crust pastry case).!! The actual decor was tired and tables and chairs have seen better days. Hence the 4 stars rating from our first ever visit here.

This is always our go to place. We had the deal as we ate before 6pm. Such great value for money. The food was lovely as always. The staff again lovely as always. Will be back again soon!

Great value for money if you're. looking for carvery on a Sunday. Service is always good and quick. With the exception of one manager that seems to hate people. Always pretty busy so advise booking a table on a Sunday. I think it serves until around 6.30pm. We ordered three carverys. Three meats available with the option to have all three. Good options for potatoes, veg, gravy, sauces, and sides. Including Mac n cheese. Roasties are always dry and over cooked which is a shame but they taste fine. The turkey is very good. Moist and tasty. We will definitely go back when we fancy something reliable, quick, and easy.

Had the unlimited breakfast. The lady there was super helpful. Was not as rowdy as I thought it would be. They had the perfect sunny side up eggs too.

Super Carvery, one of my favourites.

The Carvery is FANTASTIC!! :))) Crispy on the edges & soft, fluffy centre potatoes, fresh tasting carrots, broccoli & brussel sprouts and the made-sides, like cauliflower & cheese, stuffing and sweet potatoes, taste like home. The peas could be softer but that's just my personal preference I understand whitbread make them 'Al Dente' I received generous & sizeable meat portions (turkey, beef & gammon (as well as a couple of pigs and blankets), despite taking smaller pieces of each to have the trio on the adult plate (more than I could manage and I'm 6ft ; 14 stone). Breakfast the next day was equally delicious with everything from pancakes, syrup and fruit to and a Traditional English with everything from black puddings to choice of eggs and well grilled juicy tomatoes. Staff even encouraged me to take a yoghurt, packet cereal and piece of fruit for the journey :). The atmosphere is good the regulars in the bar are friendly and polite Car Park was tidy and, even though it was busy, I still got an easy park space cause of the layout (much better than other premier inn/restaurant sites I've been to). I really felt welcome, the staff went out of their way to make conversation inside and outside the restaurant. I was seated quickly and served shortly afterwards (didn't feel rushed to order which is always nice ). And when the business was quieter I the day and I was studying for my programme or getting on with admin/paper work and drawing up site plans...I wasn't disturbed and they made the effort to ask if the music was too loud. No place like this :)
