Not the best Costa. Quite slow and always a long queue especially in the morning. When I visited on Tuesday 4th June the toilets were out of order and in the disabled one there was leak under the sink. They had placed a bucket underneath which would of caused an obstruction to some disabled people and there was still lots of water all over the floor. Really dirty too

Had a Coffee and cake here ....met a friend that hadn't seen for a while for a catchup.... really like Costa coffee...was a bit noisy/busy but it is was it is.....

Inside too noisy but out side too windy and cold 🥶 😅 service and food-drinks was good enough 👌 👍 but toilet 🚻 only for one person when you're in this much big coffee cafe 😀 I don't recommend this place because if toilet need use urgently you have run and searche for toilet because they got only one toilet 😀 😉

This is one of the better Costa's. The staff are really efficient and friendly.

Horrible coffee and very expensive! I ordered medium latte, the cup was big but I couldn't taste the coffee. So if you like paying for coffee and getting glass of milk you should visit this place.

Horrible experience. 2 ladies in this branch refused to bring my order to the table while I had a newborn in a pushchair. Other branches treated people in a better way and immediately offer to bring the tray to the table to anyone with a pushchair. Disabled and nappy changing room had a sign that it was out of service, however staff members were using it to change. I then realised that it was not out of order and they put this sign so only they can use it and not customers.

Friendly and polite staff. Busy place most of the time which makes it really noisy and unbearable, soundproofing the place would be beneficial.

2 days in a row ordered from this store on just eat received half cups of drinks when reordered I even wrote on notes and still cam.half empty and wrong chips when reported.to.just ear apparently this is a costa brand standard

I think coffee got worse over the years 😫 don't enjoy it anymore , I also had a tuna sandwich, nothing special, really. I think the place is overpriced and won't be coming back . Staff, no problem, atmosphere 👌 next time Wetherspoon so much cheaper 😀

This costa was not busy straight in and greeted with happy smiling happy smiling baristers and on Your day of on a Saturday being rudley awaken by your manger who has locked her keys in the office and your keyholder so u need a iced coffee wow two pumps of hazelnut syrup divine coffee I prefer costa iced latte than starbucks as you get a straw and the ice doesn't get in your way with starbucks the cups with the little hole allows ice through also Staff here freindly and no how to make a nice coffee my partner enjoyed the hot version of a hazelnut latte lush Lushness

Lovely food and drink. Great service. It's school holidays so busy. A great atmosphere with children playing, families enjoying themselves and people generally chatting and enjoying their food and drink

My favorite Costa in london so far.

Always great coffee, enjoyed the brie & bacon panini. Quick friendly service. Managed to grab the settee which was comfy. Found it difficult to hold a conversation due to the high level background chatter/ noise, but that's not a criticism, just my age!

Very clean, food and drinks were prepared quickly and it was easily the best mango bubble frappe I've had.

Busy, but there were seats available. The staff were working extremely hard and didn't have enough time to clear the tables. I expect it was caused by the morning rush.

Had a slice of lemon and blueberry ripple cake and a medium mango Berry bubble tea.all very nice and served by friendly staff behind the counter..and good air-conditioning now the weather is warming up

Excellent coffee. Lemon cake lovely but very expensive really.

A tad noisy and can feel a bit crowded if sat by the door but it is a coffee shop after all. On a good day there's ample outdoor seating and it's basically in the car park so getting there isn't an issue. Staff are nice and the menu changes seasonally as you'd expect

Bought cappuccinos and a frappucino - appalling. The cappucinos tasted like those cheap, synthetic ones you can get at any supermarket or shop. The frappucino, caused stomach problems on the next day. Don’t buy them unless you want to get to know the toilet really well. Disappointing, go somewhere else.

Ask for a nice hot latte - I got what I asked for - with a smile 😃

Brilliant, friendly and extremely accommodating staff. Happily served us a few mins before closing time, and opened up the facilities for us even though they had finished cleaning up.

Attitude of both the girls is weird. Come across racist. Coffe was okayish. Get rid of them or provide more training. Awkward vibe.

Decent enough Costa with a good stock of cakes when we went in at about 4pm. They still had the breakfast wrap which is usually all gone by midday in most Costas. They ran out of tea pots for the tea but did serve our tea in the larger cups which actually I think is better! 🤭

Worn out furniture and full of dubious stains.... Very unappealing, can't enjoy a bite or a drink

To noise with kids no control coffee lacking taste

It's absolutely crazy that they don't have coffee prices on display. They have this new flashy screen that has moving images the whole time, that's very annoying and it just displays what I call dessert coffees. There's no prices for ordinary teas or coffees on this screen. Recently (when the flashy screen came about) they had a stand-up card on the counter showing the prices but when I went there this week it wasn't on display. I asked a member of staff and they said they don't have these prices displayed anymore, that customers use the App to find out the price. What utter nonsence this is. What has the world come to! It must be against trading standards to not have prices shown at a cafe. I need to contact their governing body.

Well laid out. Comfortable seats and good service. The cafe was busy throughout the day, that must be a compliment of the service. Wifi kept cutting off however and nor was power supply constant. Still a decent place to visit for a cup of coffee.

Not friendly stuff, long waiting , always dirty tables, very cold, dirty toilets.Dont revomment unless you do not have a near place to have a morning coffee.

Costa coffee is better than other brands. Visit at least 4 x a week. Miss the lunch time specials

I went yesterday on 11/10 around 1pm and bought 1 drink and Costa flask and the staff was so rude and inpatient. The First Lady was fine putting my hot chocolate through but second lady putting flask through was rude. The lady at the till kept telling me to wait before I scan my reward card, why not speak clearly and loud the plastic in between is stopping the noise! I will not be returning. She had such a nasty attitude.

Really good place and kind staff

I use to love Costa. Since the lockdown haven't been to Costa that much. Went today after few months. Place looks nice and clean and the food was nice but I noticed the drinks didn't have much flavour and tasted watery. Not sure if they reduce the quantity of the ingredients now but the drinks definitely didn't taste as nice as it use to. If the drinks start tasting like this, I will have no reason to go to Costa.

Always efficient and good service

Staff rude and impatient, like they couldn't be bothered. Tables and toilet filthy... so much for additional cleaning measures due to COVID-19! My ham and cheese toastie had some type of orange "meat" in it, that did not look or taste like any ham I have ever had before... awful! Will not be returning there again. Will stick to the Costa on A12 next to PC World - friendly staff, great service, clean premises with good food.

As you would expect costa to be,great coffee, medium Americano two brown toast with marmalade great breakfast ,served with a smile. Brilliant.

Customer service was rubbish. My girlfriend and here friend was told they went able to pay or get their drinks unless they signed into the NHS track and trace app although they were doing take away to sit outside and we weren't actually dining in. When I went up to order I wasn't told anything like that so not sure if they just had a problem with my girlfriend and her friend. When I made my order I asked for a napkin and was asked why I wanted a napkin, like why does it matter? I had to tell them I needed to blow my nose before I could get a napkin. Really not happy with my experience here.

Just ordere x2 flat whites, delivery came with a cup of quite literally hot milk, didnt even taste like a coffee.... also the ammount is not that of flat white and the cupbsize wasnt even right. Absolutely terrible...

Social distance is good nice and relaxing.

Besides the pandemic time we are living on the atmosphere was good with certain distance, BUT was the worse ice cappuccino I ever had.
