Beautiful waitress very easy to order food came piping hot and price is really reasonable would definitely recommend the Frankfurt sausages

Sir to say but the food was absolutely rubbish! It seemed like they cooked it days ago & just warmed it up in microwave & served! Really really bad - I wish I had said something! Never ever ever eat from this place! All full of old people so they probably don’t even realise what they are eating!

Me and my mate went in there 2 month go we ordered food 2 minute after the food turned up way to quick and we was ill never going the there again. Made me sick

It's an absolutely lovely place to be. First visit back since it had a makeover and they've done a brilliant job. Comfortable, clean and modern furniture, excellent service and, most importantly, fantastic food. Would highly recommend a visit.

The time we entered the place the lady served up was up in our face so quick to place the order. I've ordered lentil soup with brown bread, she brings white with it. Says that I didn't order it but I know I did then brings the brown one after not toasted so I asked for it then 3rd time brings it toasted but completely burned such bad customer service. Attitude

Clean food good service but won't be going there again. Charged over £7 for 2 sausages and bread because sausage didn't come with a £10.50 breakfast. JIMMY'S Cafe hornchurch is twice as big and great value for money.

Haven’t been to Romford for 4 years but this restaurant is still fab and the food fantastic x friendly and cosy. Clean comfortable seating and lots of choice

Hi. Been quiet a few times. Food and service has always been good Came in today and notice on one table there was four people eating. One Person got there food. And ten minutes Later the other 3 got there's. Would be nice if all got it together. Also I see you have new staff. One of the staff was moaning about Another staff saying I don't know why She here she can't understand English. That's not nice

Cafe fino is a very friendly cafe, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is very nice. Always look forward to coming here for coffee and a bite to eat.

Well what a waste of time that was ordered 2 breakfasts and a panini items missing from both breakfasts the panini was stale. The first server was unable to speak English so basically carried our food to the counter and back achieving nothing then the second server then just put our already well travelled food in the microwave. I would definitely avoid this place as the staff are rude not including the one who doesn't speak English that's not her fault just proves the owner is happy to exploit his employees as well as his customers. This is definitely one of the worst cafes I've ever visited. If you enjoy over paying and being served by rude staff then this is the place to go, if not then avoid like the plague.

*update I only order take away after eating here twice. Cafe Bueno is down the road straight and they are the same owners or under same management I think. Food has always been good and halal options for those who eat halal, but unfortunately on my last visit cups and plates were not very clean. Ordering takeaway food from here ha been alright. It’s a very old place but still running and better than the cafe next door Price: bit too over priced for a cafe Hygiene: very old feels grimey I trust them because they’re Turkish I just hope they don’t cross contaminate food such as cooking same pan beef and same pork or fish. Food: I prefer ordering Curry noodles and mushroom sauce noodles. Very delicious. Nothing else, but coffee is usually good too.

I visit today with family the cafe was so busy but the two girls serving they tried to do anything that was possible to please us food was on point. I cant recommend them enough

Been going to Cafe fiino for many years now and the service is always great and the food menu has a lot of choices

First visit today, got a menu straight away, ordered and came within 10mins. Had a great roast lamb dinner, loads of fresh veg and the lamb was great. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very clean and well run. The price is worth it. Great place. 👍

Food was amazing 10/10 I had a jacket potatoe with melted cheese and baked beans that was delicious. Atmosphere 10/10 I can’t recommend them enough ☺️

Unfortunately, I left this establishment feeling like I had been robbed. I ordered 2 bacon sandwiches , hot chocolate , and apple juice. The cost of which came to £15.35 The sandwiches were on thin white slices with minimal amounts of bacon. Each sandwich cost £4.95 The apple juice was £1.95 The hot chocolate was a staggering £3.50 The very same order is a fraction of the price at 8.70 in the Teapot cafe, where you have an option of fresh tiger bread, and the portions are definitely not lacking. I hope my honesty helps. Please don't reply. I will not need a justification as I will not be returning.

It was our first time trying this café and it was disappointing. The staff don’t seem to be all that familiar with their menu. They told my cousin it works out cheaper to make up your own breakfast over a set breakfast, so we worked it out and it’s actually more expensive (so please don’t fall for that) the food was edible but not spectacular. You get a receipt at the end with your orders which you take to the counter at the end and pay. The member of staff on the till had no idea who was paying for what and it was very disorganised, not to mention the fact beans were missing from one of the meals but the waitress insisted we had them and tried to charge us for them.

Visited this cafe today and was served by Leeanne'what can I say about this girl??very attentive couldn't do enough for us.Lovely'lovely girl inside and out.She is a credit to her work place.xxxx
