Food is decent and fresh.More selection would be nice. Most of the Indian dishes are bland and tasteless wouldn’t recommend it. Better to go on a weekday than a weekend to get your moneys worth, as price differs.

This Buffet restaurant is located a 5-minute walk from Romford Station. It is an international food buffet with a wide variety of dishes, all of which are very delicious. There is also a live kitchen option available. The restaurant can accommodate a large number of people. In short, this is one of the top international buffets. It's great value for money. Need to booking advance otherwise you need to wait in line.

I was here with my little kids 3 and we really enjoyed the experience. There were assorted kinds of food and tasty ascwell. My kids are fussy eaters but told me that this place was the best restaurant they been to. They're already pushing me for a return journey. 5 stars all the way.

Restaurant looks lovely but the food isn’t great staff in the buffet area rude asked for beef from the roast area was told no and to eat the fat which was soaking in water, no salmon on the fresh cook bar, ice cream machine wasn’t working out of service the one next to it just poured out liquid. Cakes wasn’t topped up just had carrot cake and mini eclairs not worth £24 a person

First time eating here last night. Booked in advance which was a wise idea as there was a queue outside waiting. Place is very nice but very hectic as you would expect with a buffet. Definitely not the place for a quiet romantic evening. Food was very nice and well cooked. I went up 3 times and left completely stuffed. Only a few negative points. Toilets are upstairs and you go in through a unisex wash area to the single sex toilets. All the hand washing facilities are outside the toilet areas which means everyone touching the door handles to get out have not washed their hands yet. Not ideal. Only other negative is the frantic food area. Kids are a real menace here as they dash back and forth we no regard for what is going on around them. Obviously the parents just let this happen as is the way of the world nowadays, where no one takes responsibility for their kith and kin. Also why can no one close the serving dishes after they take their food. Keep it hot for others!

Vast variety of food,a bit crowded, but it was sunday afternoon after all...so i guess it was normal. Reasonable priced and highly recommended

Really good ambience, each food section there are plenty of options. Worth of money , even pastries and ice cream there are many options. And mainly Staff everyone is really good. Everyone Come with an empty stomach and enjoy every dishes ✌️

Booked at Cosmo Romford for a birthday family dinner. My birthday fell on a Monday so I knew it wouldn't be too busy, which is what I wanted. To my surprise, as it was my birthday, my meal was complimentary (with proof of ID). This was a welcome birthday surprise. Lots of great variety food wise, which helped with the 'picky eaters' in my group and the staff were very friendly, checking on us to make sure we were okay. Great night out!

Took my wife to celebrate her birthday with family. Atmosphere is great, food is fantastic and variety in abundance. If that’s your kind of thing, you will love it.

Almost Twice the price of Toby Carvery next door, but with at least 5 times the selection of food. The service was efficient and friendly, the food great. I went for dinner, so it was very busy, but not to the point of generating any serving lines. I'd definitely eat here again.

First time I been in this place it wad over one year ago, it was really nice and a lot of food, I come back last week and it was nice, but, not that much food .....

Simply fabulous. Booked Saturday lunchtime not thinking for one moment we could get in. Got a table for 7 at 16-15 and thoroughly enjoyed stunningly good, hot, fresh and beautifully cooked food. Waiter/waitress service was professional, courteous and invisibly good, the front of house was exceptional, polite, knowledgeable and passionate about service. Only one negative, was the number of unaccompanied children, putting their hands in the chocolate fountain to ‘cup’ handfuls of liquid to their mouths. This aside I/we strongly recommend here, ‘if’ you can get in. Well done all….

Arrived on Saturday evening for family meal. On arrival for an accessible table was moved to a more accomodating table. Reception staff are busy but Sawat was friendly. Foods, as expected for buffet and met our expectations. Despite writting we were having family celebrations with prior booking, we were not informed birthday discounts were not applicable during Saturdays which was dissappointing. Overall, reception staff not very happy so seemed unapproachable, but staff after reception were great. Food was good, refillable drinks were full fizzy sugar options only. Restaurant was wheel chair accessible.

Very disappointed by the service. The manager was very rude and lied that he cannot accept NHS discount. He was very dishonest and blatantly lied that the payment had gone through and cannot refund it as well. These sort of people are a disaster for the business. Management should take action

Our experience was extremely disappointing. Despite being NHS staff, we were denied the discount and treated poorly by the person at the payment counter. To make matters worse, the manager was unhelpful and both were incredibly arrogant and rude. We sincerely hope that management addresses this unacceptable behaviour and attitude. I wish I can give zero instead

I was at Cosmo all you can eat Romford today after five years visit. It was Awesome and the food is delicious.

Over priced and the food was cold and there's was not much food selections at the time 6 30 pm staff just trying rush u out off the restaurant when we was only in there less then 40 mins never again

Visited for a family members birthday on a Saturday evening in August. Food great and freshly cooked with a good selection of different foods to suit all appetites. Drinks service was pretty poor and we had to constantly ask for drinks that had been forgotten. Took over an hour to get everyone's first round of drinks.

Went last night (Sunday evening at 6pm) They were 4 of us. Our table was broken and extremely wobbly, one of our chair backs were broken. We went to get the food, most dishes were empty and we was left trying to chose something we would like. Even when we were trying to get things we would like, other customers were very pushy and grabbing what was there because there was not enough food. The chocolate fountain was not working which was disappointing but the worst part was that other customers were using their own spoons that they had already eaten off of to spoon the remaining chocolate into their bowls. When we were trying to get desserts that were left, there was a worker in the way who did not move and was cleaning down the area and packing it away. I heard another customer say that it looked like they were packing up for the night. It was extremely crowded and the customers were feral. Very disappointed that we had chose Cosmos, Romford to have a celebratory meal. It was a disgusting experience that cost way too much money. Will never ever come here again. I would rather make the journey to Ilford and go to JRC Global Buffet, Ilford.

This place has gone down. The food quality such sweet and sour chicken has turned watery and light in colour, they have changed from apple crumble to some overly sweet apple dessert which isn't nice. The brocoli is now always mushy when before it was nice and crunchy, they always take long to bring prawns and chicken wings which isn't fair. The rice selection isn't so tasty. There is a big selection of cheap junk food suck as nuggets, etc. I think they need to add better foods for the set price. I used to really enjoy this place with the best apple crumble I was so disappointed. The ice cream is really nice decent selection of desserts. Fresh food, good pizza, I love the thin noodles

Much better than a similar place in Ilford

Beef (sliced) joint was hidden under counter after I had asked for a portion. Only bones remained on the counter and the chef couldn't find anymore meet to slice. This was not replaced throughout my whole stay (about 1 hour) Jiaozi empty for my entire visit. Fried scampi atracted a cue of 9 people waiting about 10 minutes for replensihment with kitchen staff laughing and pointing at the entrance of the kitchen. I had to call the restaurant on my phone whilst waiting in line. Eventually, about 5 portions arrived leaving others to walk away. Staff within the food service area just kept saying 'wait'. Kitchen staff came to take the temperature of the meat counter (no Beef!) with a hand held temperature reader and used this spot to enter about 10+ different values for different foods that weren't anywher near this counter???... Lazy, unsafe or incompetent? Table service was friendly and efficient. Despite reading many similar reviews - I gave it a try. I won't be back until reviews improve consistently. Shame - good concept - poor food service!

Weekdays selections of food were below expectations. The selections were not value for money. Cosmo needs to improve on their selections of food on Weekdays. I was truly disappointed 😞.

UK best buffet restaurant with affordable price and great atmosphere, the food is really delicious, one of the great choice for family dinners and celebrations.

Some of the food was enjoyable, but the sushi was disappointing. For three adults and one child, we paid over £100, and yet coffee and tea wasn't included. Additionally, the cake didn't seem freshly made.

Cosmo Romford I will review with 0 stars. This brunch has nothing with the others brunches which i visited before. Very dirty place , kitchen it’s not clean at all, no variety of food.The other brunches like Norwich , Dublin , Edinburgh, Southampton are completely different. I will never recommend Cosmo in Romford , the other brunch I will visit again.

Food not as great as it used to be.

Very mediocre experience. Despite quite a lot of variety, half the trays are always empty and the food quality is very questionable, the service and atmosphere are not helping either. Seemingly not expensive at £20.99 for dinner midweek, but around £25 can easily get you a 2/3 course meal in most places so think twice.

All staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, fast, efficient. Food was tasty and there was plenty of choices, even for children like fish fingers, chicken nuggets, chips. Refillable soft drinks were great too, we loved that they provide irn bru as its our favourite. I would definitely go again.

I went to this place with my child who is 12 a man at the front measures her height she was a little bit over the line but her hair was up and he said that’s fine she will eat half price. We sat down and as we got the bill there was 2x adult price the lady said it was full price because the manager said I called the manager and explained what the man at the front said she was like no she’s over line which I said firstly you wasnt even there to see and second the man told us the price before we sat down this manager was so rude to us and her colleagues. The way she treats her colleagues is disgusting it was an embarrassing day she ruined it. I will be posting a the video of the price the man told us and the way the manager spoke. Her name I belive is maurine she needs more training and does not know how to manage she needs her position changed. I will not eat here again and will be telling My followers on socials and hopefully they do not step foot in here!!!

Treating us like we are begging food not paying for it I even mentioned the guy at reception that don’t make me embarrassed they are They re guest he said I can’t do anything about it your time starts now n you will have to leave in 1 n half hour we left even before that but the disrespect I will always remember.. I have never seen such environment at buffets. So disrespectful. Never invite your friends there. They are not even human how to talk . Plus the food was I later vomited because there was hair in the pizza ۔

Great food, great service! Amazing! The only downside is - I am not a fan of dining in shopping centres so it loses some points for the atmosphere but that cannot be helped! It is quite a distance from me so I will not be returning any time soon, although, if I was in the area - it would be a no brainer. 8/10 would recommend.

If you own a dog, bring it here. Your pet will.love the food, as its made for it. The food is not suitable for human consumption. Absolutely horrific standard of food. If you have any idea of what food is supposed to taste like, you will know this is cheap knock off food that is a scam. Awful. The place itself is very nice in terms of decor. We were sat on a table with a group of about 8 teenagers straight out of the TV show, Top Boy. They were swearing, laughing making tiktok videos. I looked around and most of the clieltele were teens. Awful Awful experience. Go mcdonalds instead.
