Wild Bean Cafe in Havering

Requested at 8pm and still waiting at 10

This place is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was served by Joe and she should not be in hospitality. She was grumpy, rude, slow, and highly inefficient.She felt like she did not want to be there.She took my order, put my sandwich in the toaster and did not follow up . Which usually how it happens in costa. She just vanished somewhere with an annoyed look on her face. I am heavily pregnant and waited 25 mins for my sandwich and found out they gave it to someone else. When I complained she shouted back at me and got annoyed and aggressive. I’ve been to this place before and this is the first time I have come across such a person in hospitality. And I’ve been working in hospitality for 12 years.

Amazing service this morning from the two ladies at the counter who were incredibly kind and made accommodations for me so that I was able to eat my usual sub. ❤️ I completely forgot to ask for their names, but it seems like hospital staff know them personally, so they must be very compassionate when serving them. I really appreciate their help!

Great place for the whole of Romford and the East End, had a good chat with the owner, only criticism is that the chips were a bit soggy

Good food. The delivery guy gave really good customer service.
