Requested at 8pm and still waiting at 10

Absolutely terrible service at Costa Coffee in Queen Hospital. The staff were rude and refused to make my coffee the way I wanted. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Avoid this place! Stupid staff

5 staffs were working and minimum 10-12 customers in the queue but staffs were not organised and no one knows what to do and how to handle peak time. Me and my wife went today in lunch time and they were celebrating staff birthday ( which is not problem because of her special day) but problem is peak time no one knows what to do and how to handle peak . Please ask your team and trained them how to handle peak and when customers waiting for placing order and lunch time no one appreciates staff’s fun time. If possible halal food need to be available please . After long waiting in queue we came to know sorry chicken is not halal . Thank you

Great place for the whole of Romford and the East End, had a good chat with the owner, only criticism is that the chips were a bit soggy

Good food. The delivery guy gave really good customer service.
