Absolute banging food . Me and the mrs had it one afternoon for our anniversary. Never been happier since. NOTE EDIT : had it a few weeks ago again and it does not disappoint!!! So good I had to write another review

Delivery arrived late And Tasteless soggy food . Rude customer service They are merely using name of Turkish and in reality it's not Turkish food .

Charcoal turkish restaurant is a solid 10/10 I order family special for 5 people and my son absolutely loved the juicy chicken and the salad

Having been an habitué of Charcoal Turkish Restaurent for nearly 4 years on a semi-regular basis , I can say that I have never been disappointed with the food quality , service or atmosphere ! The staff there are accepted as good friends , as we are to them . Nothing is too much trouble , and modifications to the requested dishes are provided without question . Try it for yourselves ! I recommend it , and be assured , you will not be sorry !

Today Friday April 19th 2024, I passed by Charcoal Turkish Restaurant opposite Whitton Train Station while on the bus to my appointment. I made a mental note to pop in for a meal after. I did enjoy the dish of lamb chops with rice, salad and bread. I had delicious 😋 Turkish Tea, with Turkish Delight. Everything was home made and delightful. The service was heart warming. All the clientele had lovely chats with the staff who are so pleasant and laid back. There is fresh Bottomless Turkish Tea Service too. Which I so much enjoyed. Lovely tasty food with decent prices

This restaurant is one the best of the few around in Hounslow. I have ordered take away, but only after visiting it in person. The chef there is a real pro, and this comes from someone who has spent several years in the back of house. I definitely recommend their food. My last take away was lamb shish with chips and onion rings. I was taking a bite after a bite, so delicious and well prepared...

When a customer orders lamb at a premium rate - deliver lamb and not a bag of lamb bones..disappointed with this place as was pukka in the early days , 60 quid for a bag of bones see pics

Very good food . Best service especially from Ahmad . Top man. 10/10. I came last night with my kids and wife and they both loved the experience. My kids now are addicted and my wife wants to come here for our valentines date.

If you want burnt and old doner kebab, and refried/burnt chips, be sure to come here or order from Uber Eats as I did. This place is awful. Seriously, give it a miss.

The food here really is absolutely excellent. I’d highly recommend you eat in and get the combination kebab. It’s served with cous cous, rice, salad and bread. It’s delicious 🤤. Plus the staff are really nice and friendly. Since I found this place I’ve been back every week 🙏🏻

This restaurant is truly amazing. I have been a regular customer here for a while and never yet has this place come to disappoint. The staff members are few of the nicest gentlemen I've met. For anyone looking for a place to eat with family members and friend I highly recommend this place.

The doner meat was so moist and scrumptious and the chips were crispy to another level. Waiting time was around 15 mins to dine inside and the chef is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Had an impromptu dinner after a day out shopping and almost 24 years since leaving Whitton. Staff were very friendly and the food was extremely tasty. Very memorable. Cous Cous was nicest I ever had. Highly recommend!

Best Turkish restaurant. I order here weekly the chicken shish is cooked perfected and the dips are amazing. I had to call the chef to compliment then 10/10!

We ordered a mixed grill, it was tasty, had good portion size and good presentation. The member of staff was friendly.

I eat here every Saturday with my son after he has finished training. It’s one of his treats that he enjoys. We’ve actually been eating here for a good number of years, throughout the changes in ownership. But the ethos has always remained the same. There are some members that have been here even through the ownership changes, hence why it feels like it’s the same as when it opened. I am a local, and I would say I am regular. If I have an issue, they always look to put it right. That error only ever happened once. Great food and service is good too. Location is fantastic and to be honest, during lockdown they were an essential service. Thank you to the team at Charcoal

Worst service, the guy with the beard is rude. When asking extra chilli sauce or pickles he’s greedy and charging for that. I would not recommend it.

Over priced food and very bland, Order Medium Doner Kebab tastly no spice whatsoever, also got a large Chicken Doner tastless , hardly any sauce or flavour and the chicken was under cooked. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DRIVE 10 MINS TO HOUNSLOW TO GET A PROPER KEBAB.

My partner and I came here for kebab last night. It was one of the best I had since being here in the UK. Everything was so tasty. We actually sat down in here and the gentleman working last night took care us and was making sure we were happy with our meal. And we were! Definitely recommend 😀

I had to catch a train and was told my food would be 5 minutes, it took 10 minutes and I was charged £1.01 extra for no reason. I’ll definitely avoid from now on

Salad watery ...kebab tasteless ...kalamari off.. had to send it back . pitta bread not toasted enough.. rice bland no flavour on the expensive for quality and portion size ..would say stay well clear ...

Ordered from deliveroo... Chicken wrap was good BUT humus was old and smelling! I can't understand how they put it in the bag without even reckon it that humus was old and rotten! Falafel was cold and ready bought from Tesco I guess.. If I pay 4.95£ for 4 piece falafel I'm expecting fresh made and home made falafel and not cheap rubbish deep frozen and 1 day ago deep fried and than sent to me !!! Got my money for falafel back .. thnx to deliveroo.. next time only chicken .. but no starters !

I ordered on just eat so can't comment on in-store, Everything was amazing, got the platters which had a very nice assortment of meats, good couscous and hummus. Only downside was the lamb ribs which were pretty tasteless. Would defo order again, just not any lamb
