This little bakery is a diamond . Fantastic cakes bakes and bread with a great location and super friendly staff. Thoroughly recommend this place . Oh , and the best Eccles cake I’ve ever had.

Toilets had not been cleaned floor was filty and wash basin filty no hand towel to dry your hands on. Chairs and table legs covered in dust disgusting. Never any change if you want to pay by cash!! Cake was stale.

We had been for a walk in nearby Bucknells woods so decided to treat ourselves to a well earned snack!! It was a warm day so we sat outside with our dog and shared our treats. Coffee was hot and tasty and the lemon cake and chocolate pastry were delicious. There was a good choice of cakes to decide from and lots of bread. Two outside tables and also an inside area we could have used with our dog. Worth a visit

Bought two Whittlebury buns both dry and stale eating on day of purchase would avoid not freshly made that day. But look really nice

I love the idea of this place and the staff make it. The display is delicious looking with massive choice. However the taste and texture of the sweet items are really disappointing. Its all just high sugar, no taste. This place could be incredible with a few changes but there is always a massive queue so doubt they need to worry.

Sunday Roast for 11 We all had Sundays roasts and even though they had run out of Roast potatoes The meal was tasty hot and everyone enjoyed The staff were excellent and served up our meal without any long delays Very attentive without being intrusive and friendly even on the shift changeover still great service Would recommend

Another Northamptonshire Pub that made a stranger who only moved the to area at the start of the lockdown very welcome. Gorgeous cosy interior that has not been corporatized or over developed. Friendly locals easy to engage with. Oh and the ale is stunning The village is stunning and sits on the equally stunning Knightley Way among the lightly used back roads around this largely undiscovered section of the county. Restrictions for the crisis are sensibly managed and not at all onerous. Food has not yet restarted but I am sure it wont be long and there is no reason to believe it wont match the excellence of the rest.
