Whiteley Fish Bar in Neath Port Talbot

Staff are always friendly. Always received a good level of service and the chips are always fresh, hot and tasty. The curry sauce is so tasty I like the 'hot' sauce which is just the right heat for me. Will certainly recommend this long standing family business.

First tried this chippie out on a recent saturday afternoon. The lady in front of me had a large bag of chips which was stuffed and overflowing. More than i wanted so i chose a small bag which was adequately sized and the chips were nice. So tonight i thought id get a large bag which would be enough for my daughter and me. Well thats what i thought anyway, sadly it didnt work out that way. The shop was busy and they kept putting single buckets of chips into the fryer. Sods law when it came to my turn there wasnt enough chips to even fill the bag up let alone compare it to the massive helping the lady had on my previous visit. The girl serving me looked embarrassed as she shovelled up the tiny crispy bits in a vain attempt to make it look more full. Morale of story dont go there when it is busy if you want a fair deal or go somewhere else.
