White Horse Tavern in Telford and Wrekin

Great hospitality, good parking. Rooms clean & functional. Had rump steak on arrival - amazing Bar superb Amazing breakfast 10/10 Made to feel very welcome by friendly & helpful hosts. Really enjoyed myself Definitely re- booking for Classic Dirt Bike Show in January ‘26.

We stayed here for one night as attending 60th birthday party nearby. Staff so attentive and friendly. Room spotless and very comfortable with tea, coffee and bottled water supplied. Lovely breakfast. Would thoroughly recommend

This is my 5th time staying here, over the last few years, nothing is to much trouble for Rob and Jackie brilliant hosts. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when coming to Telford. Very comfortable and very reasonably priced. I can recommend staying here, but it's advisable to book early.

We arrived in the middle of the night and received a very warm welcome. The rooms are a little old. But 100 points for the loving welcome at breakfast and the nice evenings in the bar.

Everything about my stay was brilliant. Service, food and room all great.

Excellent establishment! Greeted with a warm welcome and shown the door to gain access after 10:30. Guided to our room upstairs. Well decorated and clean. Plenty of sockets. Good Tea, Coffee, Water and Biscuits supplied in the room. Greeted for breakfast and this was spot on. Can well recommend.

Service second to none. That was my first time in Telford, despite the fact that I'm travelling a lot, having an experience with 3 Michelin stars restaurants and so far and so long, arguably I've had a VERY BEST steak in my life!!! Rob- You are fantastic chef, I have to give You that. I've just changed my schedule for next week just to have a dinner once again;) FULLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

This was a cosy hotel, located nicely for the cosford airshow and Telford. The staff were so helpful with everything, check in, dinner, rooms, breakfast. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. Would certainly use again

I have just come back home today after staying here for a week. I have to say from the minute I got there I was looked after from booking in to checking out. The rooms are spotless and the food is brilliant. I had to leave this morning before breakfast time and was told some breakfast would be waiting for me so I had food before leaving, you would not get this anywhere else. I will be staying here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 1 night as work booked me a room. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room I had was 2 single beds with an en-suite, room was a reasonable size. Beds were comfortable and clean. Looks like they have showed them some attention in the last year maybe? Had evening meal that was very nice a reasonably priced. Breakfast was included and very nice once again. Would be more than happy to stay again if the need arises to be in the area again.
