Amazing service, fast delivery of food, bouncy castle for the kids, cooked food to perfection

Great pub, friendly staff, brilliant service had a great experience everytime I've been here and couldn't pick one single fault

We had a lovely meal and then took part in the quiz which was really entertaining...thank you for a great evening!

I went with my fiancé on a date, very nice place, delicious food, very nice service, we will definitely go there again

Drinks were very expensive and the food was very bland the gentleman behind the bar was very good

Great food presumed when we ordered sides we was having them as starters so they came out first then was gone before mains which was disappointing as we wanted to eat all together besides that n the price not a bad place to eat

Generally a decent pub even the squirrels comes nuts about it.

No stars sorry we come hear every year had to send 2 steaks back which fair play was refunded ,went to order pudding and the manager refused to serve us we are a family with a disabled child ,the manager and assistant was very rude and I would like to take this further my Husband went up to the bar with desert order to be greeted by the manger who said 'I don't think so mate do you

Great tasty wholesome meals. They were serving 8 on our table, all meals served at the same time, hot and all well presented on the plates. Everyone commented how delicious their meals were.

Absolutely banging snap we had kebab came with a large flat bread salad chips and sauce and it was a 10 from this fatlad also had the southern fried chicken burger so bloody tasty kids had kids meals both well presented and a decent portion . The staff very helpful and happy to help it scores a 10 @fatlad reviews ticktok

Very friendly and helpful staff, steak was cooked just for my liking. It was very busy and we were told it would be 30 - 40 min wait. they were definitely quicker than this and the food was very fresh.

Booked at table and was seated straight away. Ordered food and drinks and Considering how busy it was ( teatime) we were served quickly. The food was piping hot and delicious. Would recommend to friends and family.

We came to Skegness/Ingoldmells for the weekend, which happened to coincide with Skegness Carnival, got to around 7.30pm before we decided we wanted to eat something and everywhere along the seafront was either busy or closing, quick Google and White Horse came up, we rang up and they said as long as we got there for before 8pm, they would fit us in as the kitchen was shutting down. None of the attitude from the staff, as we were expecting and food came out hot and fast. Overall a good experience and would eat there again the next time we were staying in Skegness.

Can't rate the food as yet but Staff are lovely and the Pub has a friendly dog and family atmosphere good outside area with facilities for Dogs and even have a Menu for Dogs..there,s entertainment on a Weekend and was even a Bouncy Castle for Kids..l like this Pub☺️

No greeting from staff upon arrival. Staff ‘looked’ miserable. They did use their manners apart from no apology for keeping us waiting. The floor by bar area was very sticky. I pleasantly pointed this out to the lady in charge who replied with, well it has been cleaned, we are very busy. I have seen this establishment far busier. No apology still. The food was presented well & very tasty, though very very few prawns on the salad. Therefore over £11 for basically the equivalent of a bag of mixed salad is extortionate. Nobody popped over to ask if our meals & everything was ok. Again apart from very few prawns it was. The lasagne was very nice. No acknowledgement on leaving. It wasn’t that busy either. I would visit again but my expectations for customer service will remain low at this point.

My wife and I visited for Sunday lunch which was very good. The service was great and the atmosphere was friendly. The only small negative was we had our dog with us who isn't allowed on the carpeted area. A sign stating this would help dog owners to know where to sit as we were asked to move from our original seats to the uncarpeted area.

James from the kitchen recommend that me and my wife come in for food it was nice food and we will be back soon to try more of the menu

Anybody going to Skegness I recommend this pub, food very good, staff lovely, weekend entertainment, fantastic, first time in Skegness but we will definitely be returning to this pub!

Group booking no children with us but we were put in kids room was busy not many staff on but the staff worked very hard waitress very good friendly food ok nothing special

Excellent dining experience. Food was delicious and the team happily catered to a large table of 9 people with a adjustment to one of the meals. All food was served hot and a rare steak was actually rare!! Well done !! The team were happy and worked well together. The tables were clean and the menus not sticky !! Thank You.

Staff nice and friendly. Really nice food. Can get Really noisy. Be nice to have a quiet area. Really nice outside alot of space. Some music inside would be good.

Had the bacon and cheese burger, with fries. Also had a side of halloumi fries. Nice! 👍 Genuinely a great meal. Really enjoyed it. Fries 🍟 were nice and light and crispy. Burger was really tasty as well.

Friendly atmosphere, very helpful and welcoming staff and manager. Even though they were very busy, they went out of their way to find us a table for two. Great service and enjoyable experience. The steak and ale pie is gorgeous! Compliments to the chef!

Asked for meatballs pizza without chilli chicken chef said that was not possible steak menu is. 1 option only decided to go else where

The white horse Skegness Ordered a steak dinner my preference which is medium it came out medium rare, I then asked for it to be re-done only for the same steak I sent back to come back out now over cooked a new one was was not put in the pan also if the steak is thicker on one side it will never cook to the same temperature. In the end I ordered a pepperoni pizza which was decent to be fair

Went in for Sunday lunch, the food we were served by a very helpful young lady. She went by the name Katie C I believe. I would definitely return to try some of their delicious puddings. We were too full from the scrumptious turkey dinner to fit one in on Sunday. The customer service was excellent we had the best time. Would recommend to anyone and we will be back.

Swung by on Saturday night on way home. Lou saw us looking at the menus and kindly warned us that the kitchen was due to close in 5 mins. Great meal and service from Lou and have actually booked in again for a meal again.

We aren't from Skegness, but I booked us in as I like Marstons pubs. It didn't disappoint. The food was yummty and the staff were all so lovely and friendly, they really were a joy. They joked with my little ones and made them giggle, and were quick to clear away any dirty plates, even though it was busy due to the football. Well done, White Horse!
