Nice pub but considering the quiz hasn't been done for years, they need to do something about that sign. Don't expect a pub quiz on a Tuesday because they certainly don't do one

Great afternoon/evening watching the mighty Aston Villa! 😂 Good atmosphere and staff really friendly and helpful.

Husband had a stroke in there on New Year’s Day - staff stood around, took no notice, didn’t offer to help or ring an ambulance - they left my son to do that. Paramedics cut off his coat which since vanished - sure it’s a lovely pub just make sure you never get taken ill in there.

Lovely pub good selection of beers, but spoiled by allowing dogs in there shouldn't be allowed if you want to get covered in hairs and have dog smell up your nose then go for it unhygienic place now won't be rushing back to a dog fest

A good pub with good beers and good live music.

There was a band playing (The Gaggle) which made for a great night. They played a great set of 70/80’s songs that you dont normally hear other cover bands play - some absolute bangers. The drummer was my personal highlight.

Traditional pub... Cosy... Liked the decor.. wallpaper dark green with big leaves on it. Great line up of real beers... Friendly people, very good service. Smoking areas outside and free car park round the corner. Went on a Saturday night for a gig, danced to great 70s music played by Derek and the Checkmates.

We went about 10pm on a Saturday. Quite busy . Great friendly bar staff, and great range of wines ans spirits. We will definitely go again.

Nice little friendly pub, different from the other pub in Harbourne with fantastic artwork and live music on Fridays and Saturdays, plus you don't pay to see them. My friends and I love it.

Early Friday evening Beer during Chrimbo limbo period. Nice cosy traditional pub vibe with very good selection of ales on the Beer board. Plus show sport.

Very good beer, great pub (which hasn't succumbed to becoming a restaurant) and they retain their staff too which is a good sign. Anywhere that looks after their customers and staff gets a thumbs up from me

One of the best "proper pubs" in Birmingham, great beer selection , reasonable prices - live music and sport at the weekend, fabulous atmosphere, and even moreso since C19, most pubs have lost there way... The White Horse never disappoints

Great friendly local in the centre of Harborne. Good beer at reasonable prices. Also has a brewery on site.

One of the last true "pubs" in Harborne and the surrounding area. A real ale fan's dream, with multiple guest ales always on offer, alongside a good selection to suit the connoisseur, like myself, of a good strong continental lager. Live sporting events are always shown and live music is also back on the Saturday night menu so dust off the dancing shoes! Service is swift and all overseen by the affable gaffer, Colin, who runs a tight ship whilst being always welcoming.

Had a great night, met a nice barmaid Emma who I hadn't seen for ages. Good atmosphere, nice beers, nice people.

Absolutely lovely loads of people all mixing older crowd no youngsters and the football on the tv Staff were friendly and gave good service very clean tables and bar

Do not go to this pub if you are part of the LGBTIQ community or have friends or family who are, or just believe in decency and human rights. This afternoon, one of the staff members was vocally noting her support for a US Republican bill to ban trans children from using the washroom that aligns with their gender identity. Her comments ran the gamut of offensive rhetoric. It goes without saying that this behaviour was utterly unprofessional. It was truly the most hate filled speech I have ever heard in public. Shameful. Steer clear.
