Terrible Experience today in White Field Coffee. Service was atrocious, witnessing customers cleaning their own tables to management being extremely arrogant and rude. Four of us came in for breakfast, 2 girls ordering separate and my mum ordered tea and food for herself and me. The drinks came and everyones food arrived, except my mums. We waited and waited and nothing arrived. At this point we had nearly finished our own food, so I asked the girl would she check if it would be much longer. A few minutes later, food arrived but it was the wrong order. My mum told the girl that's not what I ordered and the girl took it away. As we had all finished and there was still no sign of her food while other customers were being served, she asked politely for a refund for the food she had not received. The manager came out and had the audacity to start arguing with my mum in front of the whole coffee house. He completely belittled her, telling her he 'DIDN'T WANT PEOPLE LIKE HER IN HERE ANYWAY' and also said 'I CAN SPOT PEOPLE LIKE YOU A MILE OFF'.. How can management speak to customers this way? A customer who wasn't served the food that she had paid for and was ridiculed for questioning it? I will never be stepping foot into this place again! I am disgusted a grown man would speak to a woman this way.

1st time for everything, have passed this place more times than I can count but never thought about it. Finally dragged there by the in laws for lunch & hey gotta thank them for something 😂 service was as good as top rated restaurants and guess what? Yip they actually smiled 😁 the food was fresh and plentiful, on stealing a pick from everyone I gotta say I really couldn’t fault any of our dishes. Sorry to say I only ordered a scone, sorry wait! Did I say only a scone? Well wot a scone, it was beautiful, soft and not crumbling which seems to happen to most. Gotta say I’ll be back, so how dare I pass this place 😔

Nicely decorated cafe, good selection on menu and pleasant staff, but have been twice and both times have found the smell of fried food/smoke from cooking it so overpowering. Family members said the same and even suggested leaving early because of it. Would not go back again because of this...shame as it's the nicest cafe in Finaghy otherwise.

I live local and it's a lovely place to call in for a coffee. They have a good selection of teas and coffees and baked goods. There is a small lunch menu including sandwiches, paninis, soup and baked potatoes which are reasonably priced. They also do ice cream and milk shakes. It is family friendly so it's a nice place to take the kids and we take our children there once a week for an ice cream, but it's also nice for an adult coffee date. The coffee is good and reasonably priced, the place is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Big improvement on the cafe that was previously there.

Excellent coffee in pleasant surroundings - this cafe is worth a bus ride from central Belfast. Lunch options are always wholesome and tasty. There's a great range of gluten-free snacks and treats. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Much more than just a neighbourhood cafe.

Good to see this coffee shop open up in Finaghy. FINAGHY village has far too many fast food outlets. The coffee was great, traybakes good and friendly atmosphere. Will definitely come back. Suggestions; limited menu for anything other than coffee. Drinks and food all came out at different times-assuming the staff and management are new to this type of venture. The seating arrangements dont maximise the capacity so hard to get a seat at times.

Kids love this place as there are buns and milkshakes aplenty. Food on the small menu is average but they are limited by their tiny kitchen. Its really aimed at people who want to drop in for a coffee, traybake and chat.

Absolutely Superb Family run Cafe on the Belmont Road in East Belfast.. First thing that struck me was how very clean & well maintained the place was.. There are also some Beautiful Historic Pictures of East Belfast on the walls.. Something that I believe is always lovely to see.. The Service was prompt, polite & all you could ask for.. As for the Food, I had the Vegatarian Fry & it was Superb.. Very Tasty with a very good mixture of items.. (Items can be replaced by request when making your order).. My Friend had the Soup with Wheaten Bread & she said that it was Delicious.. She also commented on the cleanliness & First Class Presentation of the Establishment.. This was my first visit but I will definitely be back.. I Highly Recommend this Cafe for Food or Drink at any time of the day..

Was here for a event. Cant believe in a pre arranged event they ran out of Guinness before 11pm... particularly since from what I could see there was very little Guinness sold...I wonder could the barman just not be bothered changing the keg???

Looked good from the outside but a little grubby inside. They maybe need to freshen it up a little. We had a cheese sandwich and sausage roll and a couple of tray bakes. The sandwich was pretty poor but the rest was nice enough. Average prices. Waiting staff very pleasant and helpful as seems to be the case in Belfast overall.
