Had a birthday party here, landlord decorating the pub and put food on. Some great mucus playing on juke box and everyone had a great time

Great pud lovely beer and bar staff very pleasant. A very warm welcome shame It's a little far from Loughborough I would make it very clean. Would definitely visit again in the summer make a day off.

Came here to have a catch up with friends and the manager Sean was very accommodating with the level of service and how quickly the drinks were served. The atmosphere was good and it was very clean will return soon

I have been to this pub several times now and have to say considering its location in a busy area with other pubs close by it feels more like a local village pub with a more older customer. Staff have always been friendly and will chat with everyone. Prices are excellent and seem to have weekly live entertainment which has always been top notch. Pub is clean, toilets are clean and the outdoor seating at the back is lovely. An all round pleasant experience with both decent staff and nice customers. Will definitely visit again.

Had an enjoyable Saturday night at the Wheatsheaf Freindly atmosphere for a drink and entertainment by singer Mitch Tyler . Would visit again.

Great New Year's eve party, tonight was a new years eve drag event featuring two drag queens lots of humour and great music. Fantastic staff and event. Atmosphere was brilliant. Have attended a number of drag events here and always been brilliant

Going into this pub is like going home. Ian is a very funny and friendly landlord. When he puts acts on they are always of the highest calibre, Clean and tidy always even the toilets which is rare in pubs.

I went to the wheatsheaf yesterday, the owner Ian made me feel very welcome and was a very funny bloke, he's a decent guy always serving customers with a smile and will always take his time to talk to you, also he knows how to have a laugh with you, again a very top guy and a funny bloke. Keep up the brill job Ian.

5/5 such a lovely place definitely recommend visiting! My partner and I visited here after a meal out and were so glad we did. Ian behind the bar was so welcoming and make us feel instantly at ease as it was our first time there. The deals on drinks are so good and the place is so warm and friendly. I would 100% recommend you give it a visit.

I visited the pub with my partner and we were greeted by the manager, he was very friendly and welcoming. The pub was very clean and smelled really nice, it was warm inside too and the whole atmosphere of the pub was very inviting. We stayed for around an hour and had a game of pool whilst there, we will definitely be returning soon.

Absolutely awesome place! Fantastic atmosphere and staff. Highly recommended. The landlords here are the best and have always welcomed me warmly and respectfully. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I can't praise them highly enough for what they do day in n day out. Thank you for everything n we will see you again soon.

Me snd my autistic boy nipped in for a drink and toilet break after shopping in town the landlord of the pub I assume it is was brilliant served us with a smile and understood my boys issues 100000% will re visit at a later date 😁
