My wife arranged for Thomas to cook for six of us to celebrate my birthday and retirement. This unique experience was enjoyed by all; Thomas introduced each course with a full explanation. We had the vegetarian option. The varied and tasty menu provided a memorable meal. As a final bonus there was no washing-up as Thomas provided all crockery, cutlery and equipment. We're happy to recommend his service and when he opens a restaurant look forward to visiting.

3rd time we've had food from Brasian - first the finish at home Le Ni and since Thomas started his private chef experience, he's cooked for us and friends twice. Each time the food has been fantastic. The flavours Thomas puts together are amazing and the meals are always a great experience. Cannot recommend Thomas and Brasian more highly - our best night out without going out. He also happily caters for different requirements, including adapting dishes especially for kids and ensures they feel part of the experience. Thomas is always lots of fun and very informative about the dishes. Can't wait to book the BBQ experience!

If your thinking of a new experience, something quirky\romantic as a gift I would highly recommend this guy. The food is incredible, he clearly knows his way around a kitchen and he is full of knowledge. Me and Emma where blown away by the standard of food and the service. For the people who think... oh no I would feel uncomfortable, think again. Tom is so respectful, friendly and down to earth. Talks you through all the dishes he is making and the whole experience just comes together making it a very memorable and different one. We will be booking him again.

Everything about the Private Chef experience was absolutely perfect from start to end. Thomas is such a lovely guy. Funny and will join in with the banter. Great communication. The food is incredible. Thomas is amazing at what he does. Tells you about all the dishes too. He brings everything with him. All you need to do is welcome him into your home. He was even kind enough to advise a wine pairing list. Cannot recommend this enough. We can’t wait to book you again and eventually we’ll be coming to your very own restaurant. We booked this private dining experience to celebrate a 40th birthday. As the name suggests the food is British ingredients cooked with Asian flavours. All of the food was delicious and an excellent variety with combinations of flavours that you don't see every day. A great sharing menu and a brilliant way to try dishes you perhaps wouldn't order in a restaurant. Highly recommended, there wasn't a dish that we didn't enjoy !!

We found Brasian via a social media post! Very friendly and easy to book. The communication up until our booking was perfect. Thomas (chef) was incredibly down to earth, approachable, friendly and professional. The food was prepared before our very eyes and served with perfect efficiency and timing. The meals were tapas style (small plates) so absolutely perfect for a social evening. The quality of the food was excellent. The tastes were incredible. The variety was amazing. This is the first time we have had private dining. Had as a birthday present for my wife. It was excellent- Tom brought everything with him, socially distanced and Covid precautions. The food was amazing (we have had 2 ‘pre prepared’ boxes during lockdown). Would strongly recommend - if no childcare, lunchtime was a great compromise time to do this. The mix of flavours and food was great and nothing was too much trouble. Tom listens to feedback we have and I have no doubt that he will be hugely successful. Just waiting for your restaurant so you can get your Michelin star. Son and Nikki.

Second time we've ordered the home cooking kit. Amazing food, from a really nice and responsive chef, food is really easy to prepare, like having a Michelin star meal at home (plating skills notwithstanding!) Looking forward to seeing where his menus go next.

We had the Le Ni home dining experience this weekend. Thomas delivered it, gave us a brief overview of his food journey and then we enjoyed an incredible fine dining home experience. The effort, detail and finesse were excellent. Highly recommend and looking forward to booking for a private dining experience.

The La Ni meal we ordered for my wife’s lockdown birthday was exquisite. Thomas was a delight to deal with, answering messages almost instantly. The food was easy to ‘finish off’ / prepare at home - and tasted delicious. We ordered different starters and mains - and treated it like a 5 course tasting menu.
