Wha Gwan in City of London, Westminster

Went the other day for a turkey n cranberry. I used to get these all the time but haven’t been for some years. The two guys making sandwiches cheerfully ignored me for a couple of minutes while chatting with each other. They then eventually asked me what I wanted and started to screw up the order a couple of times while I had to repeat it. I then observed to them that there was virtually no turkey in the (£5.50) sandwich and was abruptly informed “that is the portion”. It was rubbish and not worth the money at all. Couple of thin slices of turkey. Not like the old days when these guys made proper sandwiches worth paying for.

Great good and fast service for a very reasonable price on the lunch menu. Was very grateful of the air conditioning too on a hot day!

Very rude customer service they were speaking in a foreign language and came across like they were judgemental and laughing ect. Just because of this I will not go buy anything from there bear in mind my coffee was pretty cold when they served it. Need to get better staff for sure because this atmosphere is toxic and I am not wrong because I understand Russian they judge everyone that walks in.

Estoy sorprendido de los comentarios negativos a continuación. . . Deben haber cambiado de cocinero y personal porque encontré excelente comida y un excelente lugar para relajarme mientras esperaba su tren lejos del ruido y las multitudes de la estación. Y el precio era perfectamente razonable aunque fui a desayunar y no tomar bebidas alcohólicas. El lugar estaba limpio y la comida llegó no demasiado pronto ni tarde. El baño ahora está bloqueado por código, no estoy seguro antes, pero supongo que ayuda a mantenerlo más limpio. Definitivamente voy a volver :)
