There was a little kid serving me and I just had a peri fries but he just gave me fries full of salt

Ordered takeaway on just eat… got a message saying food was delivered! No knock at the door and no food delivered no just eat order number given! Rang restaurant to see where food was to be told it was given to a man! Clearly not as we have no food… restaurant wouldnt take responsibility and was adamant driver delivered to right address! Shame as food was nice last time but ill avoid at all costs from now on after being hung up on!!

Ordered mixed kebab was dry and cold . Pizza was OK nothing special.

My food was spot on but my kid had popcorn chicken and the chicken had a vile taste to it rang restaurant was given a second box the service was super fast but the chicken tastes the same it was so vile so my kid had to my food so so upset.

Best mix kebab You can have , take my word , Everytime I crave a kebab this is where I go 🌟

Ordered from here 22nd Feb pizza base was mouldy tried telling me it was garlic from the pan and tried sending me a replacement pizza

The food is very nice here, ample parking round the side of around the back. We got a vegetarian pizza, family size with some French fries on the side. We’re given some free dips for an honest review and this is it. Thanks guys.

Kebabs here are ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Staff are always friendly

Used to be a really clean and tidy place to eat. Not it’s filthy, seating is so bad, no one clears up the mess. Food gone down hill. Raja’s is the new place to go.

Typical fast food dive in the area, if it was a choice between eat here or starve I would rather starve. Just avoid it

What a waste of time! Ordered food came cold rang them to tell them and they kept giving excuses and said there is nothing they could do didn’t care and just passed the phone didn’t even try to make an effort to rectify the fact the sent cold food

Had a mixed kebab on naan, highly recommend, Update - had 2 pizzas 🍕 and mixed kebab thru deliveroo , no complaints at all,

The smash burgers are really good however my fries came freezing cold and I ordered a Diet Coke and got a Dr Pepper.

I would not trust a little junkie Umar around food.

Terrible customer service !!!!! Absolute shables cost me £16 for a kebab and drink, took them 1h45m to get here and was freezing cold !!! We asked for a refund through just eat as our food was stone cold and they refused !! Avoid avoid, if this review is removed I will do one on trust pilot as this is unacceptable!!

Came to order for take away told it will be ready after 15-20 minutes Was waiting 1 hour to get my order and they even didnt ASK What drinks i want

The restaurant was filthy. We went as it has just opened at lunchtime and there were chicken bones all over the floor and grime around the tables and seats. The toilets were out of order, but a memenr of staff went in there and was in there for a long time. We had ordered garlic bread and chips but after waiting for thirty minutes, we had a chance to see how dirty the restaurant was so we asked for our money back and we left.

They do a decent bbq chicken pizza. Not really tried a thing else.

Food has come cold past few times we have ordered, chicken was rubbery and nan bread was soggy really gone down hill

Update: came here recently, ordered a chicken tikka pizza. First glance, it looked good. When I tasted it, the chicken tasted so old and really rubbery, I spat it back out. Tried a bite from 3 slices and all the same. Ended up binning it and ordered another elsewhere. Definitely won't be back Been coming here for ages. The food is usually decent but the new seating is horrible and really uncomfortable to sit and eat. The table is too low and the chairs are too high. The tables also need to be cleaned more often. Might have to go somewhere else if the issue continues. 🤔

Cold fries. Burger was dry, usually it's nice but tonight it wasn't nice. Wouldn't recommend

First and last time ordering . Got a box meal thinking it will be good but not even a dupe from kfc . Cheese slice was hard from the corners, could tell strips were the frozen ones.

Just tried here for the first time. Had the Westy’s Special Chicken Burger with chips & some garlic sauce. WOW! Absolutely fantastic. The flavours were unreal! Only problem is I could eat another right now 😞

The food is amazing the place is really nice and chilled good food and good customer service, aspecialy from one of the lads Sammie, he is great and you want to come back not just for the good food but for Sammies customer service skills, he's a boyow

What happened to this place? Used to be quality and now it’s gone down hill? Someone new in charge or something? won't be ordering again unfortunately. What a shame!

Yano what..foods mint but they either forget stuff or don't deliver. Tonight they did a bonus ting..forgot loads of stuff...then for bants their delivery cruiser threw a rock at my mates window 😅😅 then said he was trained in doing so pahaha. Rang back up and said what was missing..nothing came back but hey...no more rocks 🤣

Rice box didn’t come with salad, only place I’ve ordered from where they don’t do this was pretty disappointed but the rice and chicken was beauty, shame it was dry and I had to add my own sauce and salad Also found an eyelash 🙃 lucky it was stuck to the box and not touching the food

Always used to go westys went tonight and it was absolute terrible service it wasn’t the usual staff that used to be in. I ordered a chicken burger sat in the car to eat it and realised it was pick I literally had one bite and took it back in. To then get told it’s not under cooked it’s the westy sauce that’s like a dark brown - orange colour. I had to say look it’s pink it’s not the same colour I don’t want food poisoning but I wasn’t getting know where as I was about to give them the burger and just leave they said they’d cook be another one but even after they cooked me another one there attitude was disgusting as all 4 of them was stood at the other side of the counter saying I’m wrong. I never write reviews but felt I needed to here I don’t actually think the owner was here and all the other staff he used to have on are great but these 4 are like dumb and dumber what a shame

I ordered food for delivery just before 7, I rang up to see where my food was as it had been well over the estimated delivery time. The guy on the phone then said the delivery driver has just picked up the food and is on his way. That was a lie as I rung up a second time and he said they're running a bit longer as they're under new management. When the food finally came after 2 hours of waiting (which wasn't worth the wait at all) the food was cold, not tasty at all and the cheesy chips were just chips in a brick of cheese. Awful place never ordering again

Nice food but the service and waiting times leave a lot to be desired. Also, when I ordered a delivery it never came and when I tried to phone them they cancelled the call. A good takeaway let down by its customer service 3/10

Absolutely beautiful food fast friendly service not bad price either

Chicken is better than nandos, delicious seasoning full of flavour and large portions! Would recommend.

Places is okay does amazing burgers and chips delivery is ok not too fast but not the worst food arrives hot. However I noticed they don't always listen to delivery notes or request pizza are a bit expensive but for the most part a good takeaway would recommend

Poor service and poor quality.. Took 2 hours for my order to arrive. Ordered at 8:30pm for a 9pm-9:20pm arrival. Food arrived at 10:30pm with 2 phone calls without any answer.

If anybody ever tries to tell me that Westys doesnt have the finest quality burgers, they better run!!!! Me and my other half ordered the Original, and the American Burger with a martgarita pizza to share. We went to five guys twice last week, now we have tried westys we decided to never go to five guys again. From now on, its westys. Best fries ever too, they must me fresh, skin still on etc, absolutely not one single drop of greece, only the good stuff! So yeah, please dont hesitate to try this absolute heavenly place out... Burgers beat 5 guys and BK! Plus food waiting time was less than 25 minutes to my door, the delivery driver was an absolute saint, he must of came in a Lambo or something at those speeds, lovely guy as well!

So I thought I’d try somewhere new tonight big mistake, I ordered at 9.05pm through just eat ordered expected at 10.05pm to 10.20 it never arrived, from 10.35 to 11.30pm I call them no answer hopefully I’ll get a refund as I always pay when I order.

The service is rubbish ordered food on just eat at 7.40 by 8.50 the food hadn't arrived rang the restaurant several times an they just kept fobbing me off an at one point put the phone down on me the food finally arrived at 9.30 so won't be ordering from there again in a hurry

Sorry very disappointed tonight chips undercooked & my veggie pizza with Donna meat, well, hard to find just chopped up little bits when I ordered same a few weeks ago it had slices of Donna meat & plenty of it.. I should have known it only took 20mins from ordering to delivery.... ☹️

We have now had a takeaway from westys for the last few weeks and I have got to admit this is the freshest tastiest takeaway around everything we have tried has been tasty fresh hot and on time would 100% recommend

Overpriced and under cooked pizza that was limp and sloppy £26 for 2 pizzas and chips robbed

We have ordered from here several times since discovering it and have never had an issue, the food is amazing! Tonight they were quite busy so there was a bit of a wait but the lady on the phone was fantastic and really apologetic. She explained they were short on delivery drivers so were making orders as the drivers arrived which shows brilliant quality standards. They put us a free Oreo cheesecake in which was a lovely gesture but not necessary. The fabulous customer service and delicious food made the wait worthwhile. My phone line was a bit bad so I couldn't ring back to say thank you and couldn't find an email address so I hope they see this review! I would definitely recommend 👌

Tried westys yesterday for the first time The peri wings were amazing but i was blown away by how nice the smash burger was its easily one of the best smash burgers I've ever had Defo will be coming back

Delivery was very quick and all food was packaged nicely. The food was hot, fresh and really tasty. Their peri-peri chicken in particular is so good, especially their wings. I was also blown away by how good their milkshakes are - thick, creamy, and nice and cold. Easily one of the best takeaways in Wakefield. I would not hesitate to order again!

Not gonna lie first time ordering most take aways go the extra mile to impress. I've heard such great reviews.. Soo the pizza ye wasn't bad. The tenesse burger soggy and barely nothing of the sort more like a chicken mayo wi soggy salad. The burger was damp and didn't enjoy it.. The chips was cold and soggy. Very disappointed. I hope the take away gets in touch with me and asks

First order was really nice but there lacking consistency, had the American classic burger. Tried the peri chicken burger really bland, don't know if I'll order again

Food was delicious. However poor young girl Mary did not deserve to be shouted at by arrogant male that 'she should be fired' when all she had done was ask the man to wear his mask which he removed when walked in to the shop. The male staff maybe could of stood forward for the young lady as the male was very rude + intimidating.. certainly no bad service given. People clearly abusing rules.

Ignorant staff and food was flat cold and bland. Chips were soggy and rice was not cooked properly. How this has 5 stars is beyond me

Quick service for a Saturday evening, slight issue on the order but immediately rectified on collection, staff were great about it. Pizza and peri peri wrap were fantastic, only negative was the amount of salt on the fries, I couldn't eat them it was that much. Will go again for sure.
