Ordered my tea at 2215 and it never arrived when i phoned they said it was out for delivery but still not arrived

Really disappointed, ordered 2 mixes kebabs and didn't arrive with all the meat in them which had to then be sent out seperately and the chips didn't even nearly fill the tub, i'm sorry but wont be back again. Really not good value for money

Can't cook chips so under cooked so horrible

Food is good but the size of the large chicken kebab is a joke I've had more chicken of off a single kfc chicken wing VERY LET DOWN

ordered a kebab to be told it was a £1 for sauce on side, 1.50 for salad on side , £1.50 for pita on side . The young man on phone was aggressive and extremely rude actually arguing with me and hanging up twice. WOULDNT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !

Boycot do not buy from here, I just called them up to say my pizza literally tastes and smells of body odour and is making me feel sick and they said there is " nothing" they can do about it and won't refund me. Worst customer service I have ever recieved. Quite a lot of 1 star reviews anyway seems to be an ongoing probelm of poor service :( I like giving praise where its due but that was horrible of them!

Ordered 2 kebabs for them to arrive freezing cold, phoned the shop to tell them so they sent "fresh" ones out. Nothing like fresh whatsoever even worse than the 1st ones, freezing cold, like plastic & tasted absolutely revolting. Garlic sauce tasted sour & nothing even like garlic, definitely will not be ordering from here again, disgusting!! What was eaten has made us feel very sick, waste of money! wont be eating from here again 🤮

always get order wrong how can they get salad and coleslaw so wrong just got my kebab donor meat and salad but no coleslaw so what am I paying for this has now happened 4 times something missing from my orders and tonight I made it clear what I wanted

Well you order and u not receive it. When u call you get told someone was at my door but thay never came near my door. Wouldnt recomed this place to anyone

Very disappointed we ordered chips and cheese chips curry sauce mixed kebab a burger and 2 sauces and juice was ok for price but everything was freezing when it got here and was not nice having to eat it that way and the chips were reheated and not fresh won't b back

Absloute rubbish. Kismet kebabs what has happend to your establishment. ?? My order was disgusting came very poorly presented, over cooked doner meat no salad on kebab and cold, chips/cheese was cold also and minus a can of coke also took over an hour for delivery. I used to enjoy your grub i dont now and wont ever will as i wont be back. CUSTOMERS BEWARE !!. Very dissapointed :(

I order from here a lot and love the food. however I have made orders that have been delivered cold, not what I ordered (missing things). Also as I order from here alot I can remember the prices, and yet every time i oder it is a totaly diffrent price. the last time I odered the same thing as what I have ordered today it was £9 and yet today it is £14, also I have ordered small things and a pizza and it has been £19 or over. this makes no sence so I feel that I will have no option but to stop ordering from here. Sorry guys I do love your food but I cant take it any more.
