Just had a takeaway.... Chicken jalfrezi . Which was the same sauce as Tandoori. The chicken was very chewy & tough, with the only heat coming from half size chillis & huge pieces of onions. Also the bahji’s were hard on the outside, not leaving very much to eat inside!!! Won’t be ordering from Wylam Tandoori again 👎

Used them lots of times before and always been good. Very disappointed tonight. Person on the phone argued about what I ordered, 2 out of 3 meals were cold and the chips were Luke warm. Won’t use them again now.

We were so excited to try this place as they could cater for My Son’s egg allergy. Additionally, my Daughter is Vegan, and we are meat eaters so it is difficult to find great tasting food that we can all love and can trust. The staff could not be more helpful, really knowledgeable and vigilant with allergies, intolerances and their vegan menu, meaning we could order with confidence and just relax and enjoy a great tasting family meal together. My Son was over the moon that he could have an egg free naan bread as he can’t usually eat them. He was confident that, unlike other places, we didn’t have to worry about egg being present or cross contamination. Anyone with severe allergies knows the importance of finding somewhere you can trust. My Daughter enjoyed a creamy masala sauce which was always one of her favourites so she was over the moon to be able to have it again. We ordered a range of dishes, all of which were vegan apart from mine which contained meat. As a meat eating non vegan, I tried a bit of everything and it all tasted amazing! I would go as far as to say, the best tasting Rogan Josh I have ever tasted- absolutely incredible! We will definitely be returning again very soon. Unfortunately, we were too excited and got stuck in before thinking to take photographs for a review. Many thanks to everyone at Spice of Life for going above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our meal with confidence.

Have to say it has to be the worst food I've had from a take away. Undercooked bread and barely edable food. Will not be using again. Could be a bad day but .....

What a shame. This used to be so good. As good as the great curries we've had in Bradford. However, the last few times we have tried it, we have been very disappointed. It is so different. Everything we have tried tastes totally different. For example the tikka massala sauce used to be blood red with a lovely depth of flavour, but the last few times we have tried it, it was pink, very sweet, one dimensional and bland. The other curries we tried were also bland and lacking depth of taste. We kept kept ordering, hoping it would improve, but alas, it didn't. We won't be trying again. Such a shame because it used to be so good and reliable and, of course, very convenient. Lovely people, but they seem unaware of the deterioration. They said the recipes have not changed, but something certainly has.

Half an hour late No spices in Jalfrezi Warm would be an exaggeration Server friendly but food not as I’d expect maybe a one off but that was my experience.
