Police need to shut this place down cause it’s absolutely criminal what they are doing I ordered a 14inch and when I got my order the pizza packet was open and the pizza was flipped upside down The beef burger meat tastes awful tasted like mold Will be reporting to police and local council because this place and food they are serving is crime After eating I feel sick I’m on my way to hospital Pray for me

My girl ordered a pick up from uber eats, Went there after 30 minutes told my girl I would go and pick it up so she could wait in the car cos it was cold, I went to the store taking her phone with me to show them the order cos it was from her phone, I showed to the gentleman first and he showed me the receipt of the order if its the one which I said yes! And then he came back again and asked me if I'm sure I said yes, he told me to wait which I did, another young man came in again asked me to show them the name of the order again which I did, and then they still wasn't sure so I went out asked my girl to come with me which she did, after that they asked her again to show the name and the order again!! Which she did! And yet the guy was still holding to the food 😀 wasn't sure to give us or not! I kinda had to grap it like heyyy its mine mate I paid for it 🤦🏼! I would leave one star but after checking other reviews I felt bad to do so because they don't seem to know what they are doing and I don't want to make it harder for them than already is.

Absolutely disgusting, horrendous, never again will I purchase anything from West Kebab & Burgers literally below standard. I am glad I didn't spend too much money on this takeaway. I ordered a lamb Shish Kebab[Large], Hot & Spicy Wings[09 Pieces], Egg Fried Rice. None of my orders were tasty or satisfying. Finally, I threw away the kebab. The meat wasn't soft and tender. It was chewy and had a lot of fat. The hot wings are just a mild taste with no flavor, plainly bland, and the Egg Fried Rice, please don't get me started. You can tell it was cooked with no ingredients like love and passion. This shouldn't even be called egg fried rice. I question if this is freshly prepared and not left overnight. I don't like wasting food, but had to throw away the Lamb Shish kebab. It is revolting. I am gutted I ordered from them never, never again in a million years. Out of 5 I will rate it 0.5, which is how disappointed I am. I regret not going to my local kebab 😔😭

Worst food ever I ordered highly not recommended just not cooked properly stuff doesn’t care very disappointing Chicken was raw pizza wasn’t pizza and not cooked properly I ordered chicken kebab mostly I got chicken skin All my order went to bin!!! Shame on you guys to sell food like this

Worst experience, they don't listen to you correctly even if you repeat it. For the 10 min work, they took 45 mins (missed 3 buses because of them). Poor service and behaviour.

Absolutely disgusting place thought I try them out. Never again ordered a lamb kebab and the meat was off it stink something rotten. When I took it back nothing but rudeness from them telling me I don’t know what am talking about people avoid at all cost.

Avoid. Disgusting chicken kebab meat, chips and burgers. Who puts hot mayo in kebab? The salad is cooked and soaked in hot mayo, not supplied in seperate box. Chiken meat dry and really bad taste. One of the worst restaurant food experiences

Chips were alright but the chicken was kind of raw with red stuff and I felt disgusted while eating the chicken because I can’t enjoy it I wouldn’t recommend

Rude staff ,missing items in delivery. They refuse to resolve it and just hang out.

One of my favourite, if not the favourite chowmein in London.

Chicken is raw and chewey the sauce is sweet, and they can't read instructions to not ring a doorbell. This has got to be the worst kebab restaurant in London. DO NOT ORDER YOU WILL DEFINITELY GET FOOD POISONING

Ordered via UberEats at 2217. Estimated time of delivery between 2315-2335. At 0020, NO deliveries! Not even a phone call to notify! Called but get redirected to voicemail as the shop closed at 2300. Worse - I paid for my order which never arrived!! NEVER AGAIN! TYPICAL UNPROFESSIONALISM! Shud I even think of gettin a refund?

I called them to deliver to my address they said we don’t deliver but it is clearly mentioned that they deliver. And the guy on the phone was soo rude. Not recommendable.

Very disappointed This is one of the places I have ordered online recently. Today I ordered Jhol Momo, they forgot the sauce and of course I couldn't eat it without the sauce. First time I called them to bring my sauce and they said it will come in 5 minutes. After 40 minutes my sauce still hasn't come and I called them and they told me to order from uber eats again. I didn't even get to eat my dinner.

food tastes good; however i was disappointed as i was charged £1 for the naan despite me seeing it clearly printed as 80p printed on the menu in the shop (even checked on uber eats and its 80p?!). i cant agree with being overcharged, i get that businesses need to make their money during these hard times; but its the principle of it really. increasing the price like this for small items will give them profits indeed but its not great for the consumer. if its printed on the menu; they should sell it at that price until they update the menu (this could be done even with a marker pen). cant agree with this type of service. also had an issue with them not accepting my uber eats order not long before, its not great.

when ordering via uber eats, the restaurant canceled my order because it was too low for them. they have their own suppliers, so they choose only those orders for a larger amount. I do not recommend it for such an approach to the client

Ordered food for the first time, absolutely delicious food, reasonable price and generous portions. It was just perfect, MOMOs were very tasty, would recommend this 👍 looking forward to order more in the future.

Had to wait about 10/15 minutes for momos but we'll worth the wait. They where hot and so yummy. The sauce was a bit tooooo spicy. Really enjoyed the donner wrap was a massic portion and reasonably priced (sorry for the half eaten photos)

Chowmein too too too spicy and oily. We couldn’t eat it, I washed them for kids still inedible. Kids just ate just chips, wings were also very salty. The momo was delicious. But chowmein was our main course ruined our dinner, feel so bad had to throw 4 boxes of Chowmein 😕

From outside don't look very welcoming but inside looks quite clean. Good price for the size I get but they run out of salads and they haven't tell me that before they sell me shish(it was closing time so I didn't want to say anything) one thing I hate it was coffee it was disgusting I couldn't finish I can say good idea but wrong type of machine.

I asked for a combination kebab consisting of chicken shish and lamb shish. When I got home they had given me chicken shish (which tasted horrible) and greasy Donner meat! Which is no good to me... When I called them to tell them they said they would give me extra next time and only way it could be changed then was if I went back to the shop which wasn't an option. Will never go back! Chicken had no flavour apart from a burnt chargrill taste. Complete waste of money!

Ordered nepali Momo (chicken n veg) amazing. Chicken doner wrap was amazing too. Specially momo chutney,, that was just finger licking. Overall very good food. And yes ofcourse delivered on time. 👍👍👍

I mean don't get me wrong it's not a 5 star restaurant, but for the price you pay its worthy of a 5 star rating, the fried chicken is 10 out of 10 for fried chicken, not greasy at all and real cheap, you can get 3 bits of chicken, 3 wing, chips and a drink for 3.99, I mean come on, the only thing that let's them down is their kebabs the previous owners kebabs were out of this world but as times gone on they've cut more and more corners(mainly buying bottled chilli sauce and not marinading while cooking) and now they are slacking really but overall I give 5 stars all things considered and I eat there mayb 5 times a month

Avoid them! Ordered three kebabs today and they had raw chicken in them. When I came back to complain about it, all I've been told is that they are selling this chicken to everyone and that I can report them to the police if I wish and refused a refund. They were shouting and were very rude. Would not recommend to anyone!
