The Cornish pasty had plenty of meat in and potato & swede but was overseasonned with pepper it burnt my mouth and also gave me chronic indigestion. To be fair my wife had the lamb & mint which she enjoyed.

What was going to be an early morning treat was a disgusting cold bacon bap with totally burnt offerings. Won’t ever buy from there again. Totally appalled. Don’t even deserve one star.

They are very hot which is lucky as they don't taste of much 🙄 If you like loads of onion and potato then you will like these pasties. We had chicken and mushroom all you can taste is onions. I threw mine in the bin and went to Greg's and got a steak bake for a third of the price. Sorry for the low stars it's personal taste but as I had to throw mine away it was a waste of money.

Bought two pasties at Exeter service enroute to Cornwall. Awful, absolutely awful..dry, overcooked and tasteless. Possibly the worst pasty I've ever tried and I'm of Cornish heritage. I know a good pasty when I have one. Avoid these, an insult to pasties.

Was looking forward to my normal West Cornwall Pasty at Exeter Motorway Services only to find no sign of the company outlet at the services. This only made my journey to Cornwall much longer.

Went here for a breakfast bap and coffee for £3.25 was told didn't do vegetarian option (no egg bap) so got the vegan sausage roll and a coffee for £4.25 no veggie/vegan option off a deal very poor and the vegan sausage roll was over cooked and dry, emailed company asking why no option but got no reply, will not go back.

Grabbed a pasty whilst passing. Quick service from a nice lady...which surprised me following previous comments on here. Pasties smelt wonderful all the way to Gloucestershire... not eaten it yet! Will report back later! As promised... the pasty was excellent. Not pappy and with a great cheese and onion flavour. Happy tum! 😛

Waiting at counter five minutes while woman behind is doing something else. Asked simple question woman gave answer very aggressive tone. I come here for the delicious pasties not the customer service

Very rude lady on 1st November at 14:35 No need to be rude to customers if they ask general questions - she just didn’t want to serve us, please be nice if people are nice to you!

Normally we would moan about paying £4.99 for a pasty but on this occasion I have to say that the pasties we had today from the Exeter service station were the best pasties we've had! Good, friendly service too!

I am not new to the Cornish Pasty company and have had good experiences in the past however today was an exception it just wasn't up to parr. The service was decent but the Pasty wasn't! The regular variety was only available in the large size and tasted distinctly dull and lacked any semblance of something fresh. Within half an hour of leaving I felt bloated and had terrible wind which took hours to alleviate. I doubt I shall risk this experience again especially spending £9 for the experience. Rob Sidmouth

Beautiful setting, nice drinks. Shame about the unwelcoming staff and wait time for drinks on a quiet mid-week visit. Wouldn’t recommend.

Staff are friendly and food is nice. So why only two out of five? Because the wait times are so woefully poor. I’ve been coming here for lunch off and on for the last few years (as it’s the only place

Absolutely shocking service! Waited 45 plus minutes for food for my client and I was waiting 55 mins for mine but went up and they hadn’t even made it! Would not recommend this cafe at all.

Worst KFC I’ve been in for some time. The zinger burger had almost no sauce in it, didn’t “zing” and was thrown together, which is pretty difficult to do when it’s basically a chicken breast and lett
