Wish we'd read the reviews before ordering! We had to throw most of our meals away. Meat was chewy and somehow it was luke warm even though the noodles were hot.

We booked at table for 7:15, and received confirmation. But when we arrived we were told the kitchen had closed at 6 and the kitchen staff had all been sent home.

Scammers, take your money and don’t deliver your food, tried everything to contact them and nothing so I’ve had to go through the bank to deal with them, avoid them at all costs

Very bad customer service. Ordered a very simple fillet of fish burger (which you are forced to convert to a meal, just the burger is not possible). It took nearly 20 minutes to serve, after being told on the screen that the order was ready halfway through. Went to the counter to be told that they had 'forgotten the fillet of fish' so it would be another 4 mins, which was another 10 minutes. From the customer side, you can see how i) drive throughs get priority over walk in, ii) nobody in the kitchen seems to have any sense of urgency or focus iii) they seem to spend more time joking and flirting with each other than even remembering that they are only in jobs because of customers, including (presumably, he had a white shirt on) the on duty manager. It didn't help to see an off duty member of staff order about 3 orders after me, to get his burger within a couple of minutes. To be expected I suppose from a chain like this. You get what you pay for and from the quality you choose. Simple. Will not return.
