Bacon was cold on burger, when I spoke to staff, I was told that is how they serve bacon, they take it out of packet and serve it cold, never heard so much nonsense before, also the strawberry milkshake was a mix of strawberry & chocolate, not good at all St. Clears, will not be going there again 😡

A sign for 24 hours service which doesn’t happen

Literally only went to the carpark, but Google keeps asking me to review it and I'm getting fed up of it asking. So the carpark was clean, tidy, and apart from the odd bloke rocking up to pee in the hedge (I was there past closing) alongside the a40, it was pretty quiet. Nice place to sit quietly listening to a podcast late at night.

One of the better McDonald's in the area. Obviously the food is exactly the same as any other McDonald's but I visit here more than the others as the customer service is excellent.

You know what to expect. Quick service and a clean car park. No complaints

Rude drive through staff don't communicate over 3rd window the keep you waiting because you followed the car in front.. deliberately kept waiting with a smirk

Surprisingly good. Food was hot and fresh, staff was helpful, was clean. Went there because the Pembroke Dock one is Nasty.

After going drive through and waiting 15 minutes or more we asked 2 members of staff how much longer our food would be one of the staff a young lady was extremely rude and unhelpful and we heard her to tell the young man “to throw the food at us!” Which I feel was unacceptable especially when my 2 granddaughters heard it too. Burgers were cold chips were ok Put me off ever going to St clears establishment again!

Chips cold, but they gave fresh when we complained. Tray food was on was clearly not wiped properly.

Had home delivery and it was stone cold. Was missing items and the drinks had been tipped over by the driver. Not offered a refund or replacement meal.

So this McDonalds is one of the many that manipulates their statistics by removing orders from the system before they are ready/given to customers. This makes them look like they're doing a better job than they actually are in the eyes of their regional managers (I used to work there so I have seen it 1st hand). We placed 2 separate orders, the 1st of which was ready relatively quickly. We waited another 15 minutes for the 2nd order until I politely queried it's status. It turned out they handed it to another customer in error and we would have been sat there indefinitely if I hadn't questioned it. Because both orders had been removed from the queue before even being made we had no way of knowing that the staff thought the order was complete - and I suspect they realised they had made a mistake as they never called out the 2nd order number and decided to ignore the problem rather than figure out where they had gone wrong. By the time we had both orders the 1st order was stone cold. If you appreciate warm food and attention to detail, go somewhere else.

Don't have many McDonald's as they're usually not very good, tried a few places to eat at around 5pm (bank holiday Sunday) everywhere was full so we were forced to go here. I can only say it's the best McDonald's we've ever had, everything was piping hot, place was clean and the staff were friendly, wouldn't hesitate to return.

Always good quick and tasty. No complaints here!

It's a Small McDonald's with a serving hatch and screens for ordering.......delivers exactly what you expect with minimal interaction and joy.

Friendly staff and like the restaurant, but recently the waiting times are a bit long. But still pop there now and again because of the lovely staff and easy to order on the boards.

One of the best mc ds I've had. They cook the food. Normally it's just warm and chips a bit soggy but the burger was so hot it burnt my tongue and the chips were crispy. Full marks 👌

Such a nice place to sit and eat. Staff are so friendly and welcoming and nothing was a bother for them. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. It was also really clean which is hard to find with a Mcdonald’s, the toilets were clean and didn’t smell at all.

It's McDonald's. They gave me the wrong burger but swapped it out without issue. Also brought it in a bag despite us choosing eat in. Had to chase up a straw as it didn't come with the drink and the server forgot to come back. Surprisingly not greasy hash browns which is unusual for McDonald's.

Absolutely disgusting place had food Thursday 26 June to wake up the next day with food poisoning no care in the food will definitely won’t be returning and I’ve contacted food safety authorities!!!! Maybe stop letting young kids cook the food

Long waiting times, no fizzy drinks machine, asked for customised burger, didn't happen!! Some staff very dismissive and couldn't care less!!

Possibly the worst McDonald's in the country! Outside was a mess with rubbish everywhere. The inside wasn't much better. Tables not cleaned and bins overflowing. The touch screens for ordering also didn't look like they'd had a clean for a long time. You can also probably guess the state of the toilets! Staff seemed more interested in chatting and messing around. We didn't bother ordering and weren't the only ones who left. Not the first time I've seen this place this way and I think it shows a complete lack of leadership and management.

This places need help with food quality before it's sent out ordered a filet o fish and it came out as if its been sitting there all day was more ready for the bins then to be consumed when back and told them it's inedible they said they gna make a fresh one ended up getting the same one back but rewarmed either they are shameless or just penny pinching to save their cooperate money last time I ever use this place again it was one time I'd understand but I've ordered this meal few time and last three it was the same only this time I went back cause I wasn't willing to put up with it. And the coca cola was also watered down to max had a hit of coke. Won't be returning rather go support local business from now on.

Great breakfast. Only self serve screens available but ok as not busy so could take our time with ordering. Food ready quickly and great coffee before long drive home to England!

The food tasted nice but was a bit cold, The staff were very polite and welcoming. However, the horde of young kids in and out of the place and the toilets were a pain in the backside, especially the overly loud foul language was a bit much. We'll visit again, but only using the drive-thru.

A Brand New Mc. Donalds, Eat in or Take Away & Drive Thru. Just off St.Clears roundabout, easy to get to, nice wide road to get to the Mc. Donalds also plenty of parking , with nice wide spaces, also lots of Disabled parking spots along near the entrance. I've not been inside, but does look nice & clean and plenty of space inside, I've only used the Drive-Thru, fast & convenient for me. I noticed also that they have lately added a play Gym for the small kids to use outside. This place is handy for a quick bite to eat, but I still prefer to go to Neil's Chippy, just down the road in the town centre of St. Clears I don't really have any thing to dislike about this Mc.D's, other than the fact that around 50% of the time when I order a Caramel Frappe, they say the machine is out of order ! This seems to happen in a lot of the Mc. Donalds I go to though. Other than that it's all good 👍

Best McDonald's I've ever had. Still a McDonald's though but chips were properly cooked and a nice golden brown. Service was ridiculously quick considering it was lunchtime. Had to go to a different window for my milkshake as it wasn't ready but they handed it to us almost immediately when we pulled up and apologised as if we'd been there ages. Would highly recommend if you want a maccy ds

Dirty and the chicken was cold ..

Took my 80yr old Mum here after a busy day at crufts she loves McDonald’s BUT the worst one ever that we have been to The place looks lovely and new but Slow! We had to wait so long for the food and then told to move forward while everyone else over took us When the food came it was cold and my mum’s had ice glistening on her chicken selects they were still partly frozen I complained and they sent out some more but they were just as bad not frozen but like rubber Very disappointing No comparison to Haverfordwest which is excellent Every time It seems like a load of teenagers are in charge who have no idea thank goodness my mum was okay and didn’t eat any of it as it could have made her very ill!

Got home to find my order wrong had to drive back to change my food, was treated like it was my fault, staff were rude, they changed my breakfast wrap for the roll that was ordered by the time I got home the drinks and other food they refused to replace was cold

We visited for lunch with two kids. The service was great, the staff really attentive. The food was lovely and quick. Our children loved the tablets and the interactive projector table at this McDonald's. Very kid friendly. Lovely and clean in the restaurant and facilities.

Food was great but the service from Cai the manager on the drive thru window was shocking. Absolutely should not be in a customer facing role.

Stopped to grab a coffee and the guy serving on the drive through was brilliant, he was extremely cheerful and actually made my 4 hour drive to London and my day more cheerful. 5 stars to him!!

Real issues were the cleanliness of the dining area no serviette’s dirty tables dirty floor all bins full and the toilets .

Went through the drive through at 10:58 for breakfast, they delayed us. We ordered at 10:59 and they refused us breakfast!!!! Not happy, won’t be going back. Won’t find this is Cardiff.

When placing my order in the drive through I asked fir some extra ketchup. As like most kids, mine love the stuff. Instead of being told "no problem they are 10p" I was told you can't add them here to which I politly replied no problem I will order them at the next window. When I then asked for my said ketchup I was told I couldn't have any as I could only pay by card. And it was tough luck. The manager was extremely rude and threatened to call the police if I did not leave the drive through. Needless to say at this point I exploded and may have called him a few rude words. My expectations of service are pretty low for a McDonald's, but this one is by far the worst I've ever been too. I was made to feel like a criminal for asking for a extra ketchup for my child as I didn't have 10p in cash. The staff are rude and smug and we're intent to making the situation worse.

The place is clean. Parking is good. Food is served correctly. Staff are polite and quick. Never had any issues and they I am always impressed how organised it feels

Food was hot and tased as though it had been freshly prepared. The apple pie is a bit hit and miss. Today, it was warm, not hot, and they have taken the time sticker off the package, so you can't track the use by time. It was very busy-pleased for the restaurant, but there was no one monitoring the disposal of rubbish and clearing. Hence, it was piling up. I know they will say they were short staffed or very busy, and I'm sure there will be a reason these are just my observations.
