Great bar lovely staff then CB was on as DJ that's stretching it won't go in while he's on widnt play request and music he plays was awful.. shame as staff were lovely but won't go in again when he's on

I must say that I wasn't a fan when it was Wellers. Popped in the Crows Nest and it was a great experience. It's comfortable and cosy. Great atmosphere and staff. Decent prices. Will definitely be visiting again.

Used to be a lovely pub full of character and personality, the new owners took all that character and turned it into a very bland bar, hope it can find it's character again

What a lovely little place. Lovely, very welcoming lady, who runs the weller. It has a great selection of drinks and ciders; 6% rattler especially 😋 definitely recommend and will be back there soon

Came across this place by accident what a stroke of luck great beers served by really friendly staff. All the customers were friendly and very polite too if your in the town centre pop in you won’t be disappointed.

Visited for Open Mic night which is a regular Wednesday night feature hosted by Paul Gibson. All players performed behind a perspex screen. Great musicians and friendly, well organised social distancing in place. A credit to the management.

What a quaint pub... Local beers and some further afield..tried some lovely alcoholic beverages that I hadn't even heard of. Genuinely lovely presence and went with the most brilliant of people. Will be on my list of places to go again.... Definitely!!

It's always a good night here as there's always a friendly welcome and the beers are the best in Newcastle. It's a must call in venue if you're in the area.

Nice little bar with real ales and a mod theme.

There’s a lot of good local breweries in Stoke/Staffordshire, but Weal Ales are definitely my favourite - and this micropub run by the brewery is also fantastic. Can sometimes feel loud/crowded due to its small size, but always made to feel welcome by the staff - and as well as their own great beers they also always have a few decent guests on too.

Very clean microbrewery pub selling weal beer and with Paul weller of jam fame addorning walls and featured in beer names

A fantastic back street drinking establishment, a good selection of their own brewed ales as well as a reasonable selection of guest ales. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable about the beverages they serve. I'd highly recommend a visit if you're in the area.

Excellent micro-pub with a great range of real ales from local breweries. Its the first pub from Weal Ales brewery
