Wellbread Bakers in Breckland

This family run business has delivered sweet platters, afternoon teas and Christmas goodies to my family on numerous occasions. The owner's wife would always take the time to have a chat with my elderly mother when she delivered to her. As I live abroad this personal service meant a lot to me.

As a local business I will support others in the town I come here each morning for lunch ,daily bread and treats etc but the mince pies are the most amazing I have eaten.. waistline gone to pot but I don't care 😘 my new weakness x

I visited swaffham for the first time in ages with a new friend who virtually dragged me to this bakery. She bought the fruit and nut loaf...she honed in like a homing pigeon lol. Despite never ever buying one of these, I followed suit. Bloody beautiful. Every time I visit swaffham for the brilliant market I visit this place. Sometimes I can't tell which loaf to buy.....the incredibly light fruit loaf or the sweet fruit and nut loaf? Inevitably I buy both and they disappear ever so quickly. I don't get to eat much. This place is open crazy early and supply delicious looking cakes, sausage rolls and sarnies. I can only imagine that it's a bit of a secret amongst the locals. I'll definitely be back.

A delicious selection of sweet treats. Nicely presented for a birthday platter. Good communication with the bakery owner and friendly service. Ordered via email as I live overseas and the platter was delivered on time. Not the first time I have received excellent experience.

I have used the services of Wellbread Bakers on several occasions. I live overseas and email the owner Emma to ask her to put together a selection of treats to deliver to my family members who live in Swaffham. She has supplied lovely Baileys cake Christmas logs and sweet treats platters. I have also ordered afternoon tea trays that included a selection of sandwiches, pork pie, sausage rolls, scones with jam and clotted cream pots plus several different cake slices. Emma delivers these personally and always has time for a quick chat. Delivery charge is just 50p, the cost and quality are excellent.

This Bakers is fantastic! Everything freshly made, the sausage rolls are to die for, love coming here and always leave buying more than what I expected as it all looks delicious! Keep up the good work!
