Dumplings were really good but your delivery times are just atrocious for a restaurant that’s 0.4 miles away it shouldn’t take 45-60 mins to deliver 6 dumplings

pre booked @19:15 delivery for 20:05, order arrived at 20:30. not great service as this is now the second time our prebooked delivery was late by over 15mins of our asked for time.

Originally told our order would take 35-55 mins. Ended up turning up 2 hours after the order was placed and we chased the restaurant. I don't think Just eat should allow their restaurants to change delivery time after you cannot cancel the order. 2 hours for delivery is ridiculous and I will seriously think about ordering from here again if I have to wait 2 hours!

We ended up collecting it ourselves!!

Best Chinese takeaway in Belvedere My husband and I have ordered from here so many times and the food is not only excellent, it is consistently excellent and very reasonably priced. This is a must and is highly recommended!

I highly recommend this place. Food is always piping hot, fresh, full of flavour and the portion sizes are great. I won’t go anywhere else!

Easily the best Chinese takeaway I have ever had and Chinese is my favourite so I have had my fair share! Food is always fresh, never greasy and generally 10/10. Never had any issues. Grew up around abbeywood/plumstead and since moving to belvedere its the only Chinese I will order from. The man on the telephone is always friendly aswell as there delivery driver and even the people that own the shop. They was closed over the summer holiday as the owners was on holiday. When they returned I couldnt wait to order again. As always the food was amazing and the owners even gave gifts from there holiday to us customers. The food is good enough but to also have such lovely people that go the extra mile is great. This will be the only place I order from from hear onwards. If your looking for a new place to order from this is always my number 1 recommendation! Keep up the hard work Welcome inn. Ive got an order for chicken chow mein, egg fried rice, sweet and sour chicken balls, sweet and sour chicken hong kong style with no veg and two curry sauced placed and on the way as I write this and cannot wait to get it in my belly! Always good for times aswell as prices! Most efficient place to order from!

Some of the chicken balls were cold inside and tbw chicken fried rice was also cold and not hot 😏 so unfortunately they got chucked away

Yep that was top stuff ordered the Thai style green and red chilli curry which came up like a jungle curry and it was lovely. Nice and spicy as well which I like Will use again. Thanks guys

I can’t fault the taste of the food however the delivery time was so long. We ended up going to collect the food ourselves, which there was even a wait for. So disappointed on that front. But food quality wasn’t affected.

Disappointing delivery today, Iv ordered from here a fair few times but today the meat dishes were poor. Bitter pecking dish and another bland dish. Couldn’t eat the meats.

Food was excellent. However when you place an order at 6pm to be delivered between 7.30 - 8pm and it turns up at 8 .20 not acceptable. Delivery driver very apologetic and was very nice .

This is by far the best out there. We tried the pad Thai tonight with mixed starters for 2 and it was just wow! Delicious - have tried others in the area and they just don’t compare to welcome inn - I just wish it was open every day haha! The food was delayed but normally it’s delivered before time - but the food is worth the wait
