expensive, bad taste, and the seller puts all your salads there to be as much as possible, honestly I wonder what salads I want but it's in vain that she still put all the salads 🤣 and of course I went back to them and they made me another one with what I want, not with all the salads I won't come back a second time to buy something from them

It's alright like the best thing shunt be the chips but it was the burger was stale as like it was cooked before the day of this and rewarmed

Just had our dinner from Welcome Fish Bar Shirebrook. Plenty on the menu to choose from so something for even the fussy eater. Our carryout order was still hot enough to eat when we got home and thankfully they still peal the potatoe's for the chips. Staff were welcoming and chatty while our order was being cooked. i certainly recomend this chippy.

Foods ok, staffs ok atmosphere is ok. Its just ok.

There big cod fish are not worth there money made me ill

Visited this delightful looking fish and chips shop for the 1st time yesterday and was very impressed with my initial impression. There were very strict guidelines in place relating to the covid virus. The display was very inviting and a huge choice on the menu. I was served by an extremely polite lady who was very efficient. Arriving home we found the food had travelled well and once we tucked in a decision was quickly made that the food was amongst the best we had ever tasted. Well worth a visit, in fact, a superb place to visit.

Chips are ok, fish cakes are nice chicken & donner meat are really nice with spicy & garlic sauce , service is good, the £10 box meals are spot on with donar meat, mixed chicken with chips, cheese, salad, the old Cypriot boy behind the counter should smile a bit more 😀

Rang the manager up to tell her we had found 2 small, round magnets in our food; we weren't wanting to complain, just tell her about it so that she could ensure it doesn't happen again. She totally refused to admit this and told us this was not possible and to bring them to the shop then put the phone down on us. Went back to the shop to show her and she refused to believe we found them in the food and when I asked her if she was calling me a liar, she told me I had to get out of her shop and she was ringing the police! All I wanted was a sincere apology but she was just sarcastic and down right rude! I recommend that she goes on some sort of customer service training!

Had pizza, was soggy full of grease, most of it stuck to the box it came in, the taste was bland couldn't eat much off if. Normally get fish and chips which are decent. Avoid pizzas from there.

Best chippy in shirebrook with fastest delivery drivers. I only use this chippy as its my all time favourite. Cos is the best worker inside that shop . You should must try. :)

I visited this takeaway on Christmas Eve it was my 1st and it will be my last what shambles it was no organisation whatsoever all the staff were on the mobile phones bare in mind it was busy and had many customers waiting to be served and the young girl behind the counter was rude and did nothing but stand there and pick at her nose and handle food that was the final straw I walked out and will never be returning again and won’t be recommending to anybody and as far as covid safe there wasn’t any encouragement to wear face masks !!!

I like the chips here and the service is good. Burgers aren't the best but OK. Room for improvement but I will still use again.

Good choice of food, good price and good service but the batter was soggy and not properly cooked through. Definitely not crispy!! Whilst the fish was ok the batter was raw inside. Although it was so undercooked that it came off the fish completely when I unwrapped it. We also had battered sausage and that was the same. Soft batter that was raw inside. Its a shame as otherwise the food was good but I won't be going again.

Had takeaway fish & chips at lunch today & not impressed. Chips ok but fish pretty grim. Slimey skin, thin batter. Should have taken it back but was pushed for time.

Didn't know this fish and chip shop was there and I must say best fish and chips I had in a very long time. Will be coming again soon

The large fish was the best I have had for years. The chips were excellent too. First time but definitely not the last. Brilliant service and delivery food was piping hot.

Possibly the worst chippy in shirebrook. Had visited her occasionally but everytime theirs always been a problem. Everyone behind the counter just seems extremely rude. It's so overpriced for the food portions you actually recieve not to mention the food is cold we're it's been sat so long.

Cold food, over cooked burger ,probably one of the worst chip shop I've visited in fact is the worst chip shop, owner or fryer always on his phone never greats or interacts his customers must say avoiding this place in future!!!!
