our favourite restaurant wasnt open. so we thought give a go to this one. wish I didnt . the price I payed I pay the same as the other one and that one is faultless. but this chrispy chili beef was the worst thing I ever got ..... and we tried many . with first of it had no beef in it ! what is ridiculous. it was just a chrispy outside in sauce. make sance why carrot serve with.. cus has no meat In it. I didnt even got my drink either what I ordered.. very very disappointed in this place .

Really disappointed haven’t ordered for 6 months and the prices have increased and portion sizes are half the size. Quality was also not as good.

Food was amazing when it finally arrived an hour late. They did originally deliver only 10 mins late but only half of my order was correct and it took multiple phone calls for them to finally deliver what I was missing 45 mins after first telling them they got things wrong by which point the food they got right was cold. It’s a shame as their food is incredible. If they had corrected their mistake quickly I wouldn’t be leaving a bad review but it’s ridiculous I had to wait so long to get my food

Fried rice was good but chowmein and thai curry had a bad foul smell and tasteless. Fried rice was worth

I had to call as it was so late, and they said my phone number was wrong. It isn’t. Delivery driver was rude and the food was cold !!!

Great quality- but why have you stopped delivering to the PE2 area when we have ordered from you plenty of times before?

Over 2 hours late. Understand the once but don’t take on orders if they can’t be fulfilled on time. Delivery pushed back 3 times not really acceptable Food ok but considering paying bag, delivery and a service charge 😂 pretty 💩 !

Food arrived in 30 minutes from ordering off Just Eat last night, a new land speed food take- away delivery record covering the 3.2 miles to my door. Just Eat food delivery usually takes about 60 minutes and longer when it's busy. The food is always good in quality and quantity from Wei Fung although last night the food tasted in texture pre-cooked and re-heated and only warm on arrival.

Well, the food didn't taste nice, which was a shame because I expected something better. Overall yhis was my first meal of the day, and I couldn't finish it because the taste and quality just wasn't there for the price they asked for... sorry, but I have to be honest, and sadly, I have to move on to another chinese place because I couldn't even finish it. :(

My favorite Chinese restaurant in the county. In fact even when my friend comes over from Australia she always asks if we can have Wei Fung - high praise!

Excellent food, on time and piping hot

Deliveries were always swift but more recently noticed it takes upto 1.5hr after ordering to receive food. Delivery charge higher than others and minimum order for delivery is high.

Delicious as always although an option to not have the nuts in the Kung Po Chicken would have been nice.

Although our delivery was very late, the staff apologised profusely. Food arrived piping hot and delicious. Best Chinese we have tried.

Disappointment. I didn't like it at all, the sauce for the chicken was disgusting, the noodles with meat could be eaten, but the sauce was also not good...I will definitely not order again.

Everything was ok except the sweet and sour Cantonese chicken. All the chicken was battered in a disgusting soft chewy batter like slime. Usually it's crispy and fresh everywhere else. Not sure if this has just sat in the sauce for way too long or if it's just the way they do it but I would never order it again.

As always delivered on time, piping hot and delicious, Wei Fung thank you for your amazing food.

very disappointed, I ordered salt and chilli chips, crispy salt and pepper chicken, crispy prawns and capital spare ribs. my chips and chicken was burnt and prawns was so dry. i was offered 10% off my next order which i declined and then was offered 20% off my next order. After ordering A new meal which totals to £26 before taking the 20% off i was refused the free paper chicken which is free on orders over £23.

The only issue with the order was the app itself, the order was on time but 5 minutes before it was due the app told me it was delivered, this has happened a couple of times before, so to make sure I phoned the restaurant and spoke to a very friendly lady, who quickly spoke to the delivery driver who said they would be 2 minutes (which they were), this was a large order for a group of friends and everybody enjoyed every dish ordered along with some free extras, this is always my go to Chinese takeaway and looks to stay that way.

3 times ordered and 3 times it has been wrong, although they have sent out missing item the meal it's self is cold... Think long and hard before ordering if you want a complete hot meal.. Now looking for another Chinese takeaway to use. Just attempted to eat said meal cold and nasty 15.00 out of pocket cheers wei fung!!!! 🤮

Food was excellent and hot when delivered

Food delivered was great, Crispy shredded chilli chicken was just how I like it, my husband said he would prefer more flavour in the curry it was on the bland side but still ok. Very happy with our order and will definitely be ordering again, lovely lady on the phone and who delivered.

Vegetarian dishes were hard. Inedible.

Pre ordered our food at 16.45 for delivery for 18.05. I called restaurant at 18.30 and they had not started cooking it, just stated they were very busy, not update was sent. In truth, they had forgotten our order. Offer of 10% off next order not acceptable, I want a full refund

Chips were very hard and chicken balls were just full of batter. No chicken in them

Order from here all the time as only place that does crispy shredded chicken with spicy salt n pepper n last couple of times it’s been completely inedible….break your teeth job! Also used to get these free crispy pancake things…my fave…I don’t mind but would love to know what they are called so can order and pay Rest of the food was Delish

Always order from these guys , food always hot and so flavoursome . Really good wide menu full of special items and each different dish done so well rather than just trying to appear diverse . Chicken pancakes amazing too !

They let us know it was going to be 20mins late but didn't turn up for a further 30mins beyond the given delay. Good food. Unusually late delivery.

Placed order in the morning NYE for delivery at 6.30 pm food arrived steaming hot at just .after 6pm absolutely lovely mushroom fried rice, plain chow mein, vegetable curry, crispy shredded chicken with chilli and salt and starter, can’t fault it will most definitely be ordering again.

This is happening too much at this restaurant. We don’t need to wait an hour and twenty minutes for food. Something needs to be done about this. The food is good, and it’s a shame because justeat delivery drivers are letting these guys down. Not happy because it’s twice it’s happened now and it seems to be a running theme.
