I really enjoy coming here for lunch it feels like a family run business. Thank you to the lady at the counter she always makes me smile. The food is great also and the customer service is top notch.

I ordered a sausage sandwich it was very nice and juicy and a nice warm hot chocolate with marshmallows on top it was literally better then the Starbucks one

11 Orsett RoadOrdered 18:35 didn’t deliver until 20.45 over 2 hours!!!!! I phoned Pepe’s twice asked to cancel my order at 19.50 and they still sent my order. Food was cold! Was not worth eating. Really annoyed. Poor customer service from Pepe’s they didn’t really care that I wanted to cancel
