This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a food delivery service. I placed an order and waited over 80mins, only to find out—after several frustrating calls—that my pizza was still sitting in the shop. Each time I called, I was put on hold for an excessively long time, only to be met with unhelpful and dismissive staff who seemed uninterested in resolving the issue. The level of customer service was appalling. Not only did no one take accountability for the delay, but I was repeatedly told there was “nothing they could do.” The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking for a company as established as Pizza Hut. This is completely unacceptable, and I won’t be ordering from them again. If you value reliable service and competent customer support, look elsewhere. Pizza Hut lodge lane has failed on every level.

We passed by today because its my son’s birthday. I staff are very friendly and help us with deciding on what to get. Waiting time is also not long. Pizzas are served fresh and hot. Will definitely come back again to get pizza here.

Ordered a delivery online for Friday afternoon lunch. Delivery took over an hour, I called when the delivery time was over by 10 minutes to find out what was going on as the tracker wasn't working. I was told he was around the corner and will collect out food soon, 30 minutes later, he turned up. We only live 5 minutes from the store, but it was a delivery deal. The food wasn't hot once it arrived and wasn't overly nice for the price. We only went there to try the new pizza. Never again. We will be sticking with Costco pizza or Domino's from now on. Won't bother going back here.

Pizza delivered promptly with a hair in it. I called pizza hut. No apology and very unbothered like its no big deal. Feel sick to my stomach, i'd taken a bite before i noticed. Really disgusted and disappointed.
