i went and got my usual meat supreme pizza (which is always delicious), and the pizza was prepared on time, and the receptionists were extremely kind and always updating me on when my pizza was ready. This is for sure the best pizza place in Grays

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a food delivery service. I placed an order and waited over 80mins, only to find out—after several frustrating calls—that my pizza was still sitting in the shop. Each time I called, I was put on hold for an excessively long time, only to be met with unhelpful and dismissive staff who seemed uninterested in resolving the issue. The level of customer service was appalling. Not only did no one take accountability for the delay, but I was repeatedly told there was “nothing they could do.” The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking for a company as established as Pizza Hut. This is completely unacceptable, and I won’t be ordering from them again. If you value reliable service and competent customer support, look elsewhere. Pizza Hut lodge lane has failed on every level.
