I haven't eaten Pizza Hut for ages and I'm pleasantly surprised by how tasty and good quality pizza they serve. The staff at this location is outstanding. Helpful and kind. Honestly, I never have pizza served at Dominos with 10% of smile and nice vibes like I experienced yesterday at Pizza Hut Grays. Good job guys!

Ordered a delivery online for Friday afternoon lunch. Delivery took over an hour, I called when the delivery time was over by 10 minutes to find out what was going on as the tracker wasn't working. I was told he was around the corner and will collect out food soon, 30 minutes later, he turned up. We only live 5 minutes from the store, but it was a delivery deal. The food wasn't hot once it arrived and wasn't overly nice for the price. We only went there to try the new pizza. Never again. We will be sticking with Costco pizza or Domino's from now on. Won't bother going back here.

Pizza delivered promptly with a hair in it. I called pizza hut. No apology and very unbothered like its no big deal. Feel sick to my stomach, i'd taken a bite before i noticed. Really disgusted and disappointed.
