The warmth and hospitality you receive from Hussain, the owner, and his incredible team make each visit a delight. Hussain’s generous spirit is truly the heart of the place, always going out of his way to ensure everyone feels like family. Whether it's a friendly chat or a complimentary treat, his hospitality is unmatched.The team members are attentive, personable, and consistently provide excellent service. Great food. The best Saag Paneer I’ve ever tasted. Really good service and excellent value for money. Can’t believe how busy it was for a Sunday night. Will try and return.

The greeting to the restaurant and ordering was amazing. Felt like family. The menu is creative and covers all types of pallets. The staff area is able to advise on the menu and if not on the menu they will accommodate your taste. Service is comfortable and there is no pressure. Nice relaxing atmosphere. I have eaten in a lot of restaurants iny time and this is a great choice if you fancy good food and pleasurable service.

We have been looking for our local Indian takeaway, and we have been looking a long time! We've found it!. All the food we had was great, fresh, flavoursome, and good quality. We will definitely be back.

Not authentic indian food. We left most of our food and the waiter did not ask us why! We left feeling extremely disappointed and hungry. Unfortunately, we will never visit again. However, the staff were pleasant and we got a table straight away on Friday evening.

Visited here for the first time on a rainy Saturday evening. No reservation but they were happy to find us a table. Staff friendly and polite. Starters were delicious - tandoori mix grill and potato chat. Sylheti curry was lovely with a garlic nam. Husband had a chicken tikka biryani.

Visiting family in Warwick and saw good reviews. Luckily got a last minute reservation and so glad we did. Tastiest chicken tikka dhansak I’ve had for a very long time. My son had chicken tikka masala and that too was delicious. We shared a rice and the portion sizes were ample. Very friendly people, lovely atmosphere. Will definitely come again next time in Warwick.

We've tried a few local Indian restaurants and this is our favourite. The service is always so warm and welcoming, very professional and we are made to feel at home. The food is delicious and I've never had a bad dish from here. We also enjoyed the sitar player which is an added bonus.

Five of us booked for Xmas day. What can I say? Absolutely first class from start to finish. Brilliant and attentive staff, wonderful food and a great atmosphere. Teriffic value for money too. This is now my 'must visit again' resteraunt. Quite outstanding service from everyone and the best Xmas crackers I have ever seen!! When working in this region of the country this is always the first place we visit! Really good food and has always been consistent which is hard to find these days.

Returned to try out this popular place after a disappointing visit a few years again. Sorry to report that we remain dissatisfied and will not be returning. Booked online and received confirmation by text / email, but the manager told us they did not have our booking. He was somewhat arrogant. Dropped one star. A table for six was hastily laid, but squeezed into a space barely adequate and adjacent to a table of 12. We had to almost shout to make ourselves heard. Dropped one star. Food was average at best. My partner and I had our ‘go-to’ dish, Rogan Josh, but both agreed it wasn’t like any Rogan Josh we’d had before (and not in a good way). Aside from the disappointing taste, the chef bizarrely covered it in onions that had been subjected to red food colouring. Dropped one star. Positives: they serve a draught ale in addition to the usual lager, our waiter was friendly enough, the live Sitar player (if you like that kind of thing) and it’s reasonably easy to park on the street.

Lovely intimate venue , the quality of meat and fish excellent. Staff very warm and welcoming . We will definitely be going again on a regular basis.

We were going to order tonight for delivery,then we spotted a service charge on our bill? Really? For HOME DELIVERY? So not has the greedy gits totally whacked their prices up way above any other takeaway around here,the latest scam is the “service charge” Now i don’t mind paying over £100 in service charges at the ritz hotel for the service (which we gladly did last month) but this is taking the… It’s not the cost it’s the principle. Not the first time we’ve been unsatisfied which this lot..we will NEVER return again. Other reviewers say you rip tourists off,that’s bad enough but when you do it to your own customers that have been loyal over the years that tells you all you need to know!!

I love a good curry and thought I'd treat the kids to a meal out so we booked Warwick Spice. We all had a lovely dinner, Poppadom's, Onion Bhaji, Chilly Chicken Masala, Chicken Tika Masala and Chicken Tika Korma. Good was great, the place was clean, and the staff were polite and attentive.

Such a great night here, would recommend. Probably the most genuine welcome we've ever received from a restaurant. Tuesday evening and the place was buzzing. Food was tasty with an extensive menu. I was aware over lockdown that we had increasingly used apps like Deliveroo to order Indian food but since we had moved to Leamington 15 years ago Warwick Spice had been our favourite. Hence, before Christmas, I ordered a delivery from Warwick Spice as was worried their business may have been impacted on during the pandemic. Sadly, the food was very slow to arrive and not great to eat. I rang to enquire about the delay and the member of staff was curt and rude and complained about the size of my order - now my children are teenagers they order meals too so there was food for 4 of us, including some starters and sides. I felt really sad about this - I'd used the restaurant a lot over the years, recommending it to many people and taking friends and work colleagues there. In the past, the kids had taken me there for Father's Days and Birthdays. We'll now use other restaurants and fortunately there are good places in Leamington as I was left with the feeling that my custom or loyalty wasn't valued by Warwick Spice.

We have tried a few different Indian restaurants in Warwick but Warwick spice is absolutely the best. We ordered take away tonight as a last minute decision. They delivered within the timeframe they said they would, the food was hot and delicious. The portion sizes are decent so we even have leftovers! Really really pleased.

Managed to walk in without a reservation at about 7 o'clock on a Saturday night. Food was average, we both had chicken jaipuri, the chicken wasn't the best quality and contained gristle and quite a few bones, the sauce was very tasty and hot! Portion sizes are very generous, we could have easily shared one portion between us, glad we didn't go mad and order starters.Staff are very pleasant and eager to please, we weren't blown away by our experience and if we're ever in Warwick again would definitely eat elsewhere.

As above. BANG average food, wouldn't bother again there's loads of choice in the area. Probably beats Castle Balti still but just go Jambavan it's leagues above. My madras was not a madras simple as that, others curries seemed ad hoc and just thrown together. Fast service with a smile but but I can get that from my microwave, sorry just being honest.

We didn’t get to eat as we walked out due to our concerns about our safety. The restaurant tables were not adequately spaced out clearly not 2 metres apart. We were stood waiting for a table we had booked and there clearly was insufficient space as social distancing was non existent. The staff didn’t say anything after I’d told them I’d a booking they ignored us. They only reacted when we decided we would not be safe and walked out, then they came after us. Clearly they are driven by profit and not safety avoid at all costs.

My wife and I visited Warwick spice a few years ago, it was a fantastic experience. The waiters were helpful as was the chef in making sure we ordered the food that suited what we wanted. This year it’s been our go to takeaway. Food still consistently excellent. Lambs achari, lamb methi and chicken jalfrezi were all very very good. Would recommend highly.

To be honest we are from Coventry where there are loads of curry houses and if you are rubbish you go out of business fast.It seems that in Warwick (small town/hillbilly) you folk really need to venture out and experience real curry. Whilst I respect your opinions, I feel that opening your palette and horizons would benefit you greatly. This food is created for you, privileged and bland. I was utterly disgusted by this meal and did not eat it. To be honest why I paid is beyond me.

We visited Warwick for the weekend and really fancied a curry. we looked at the reviews on trip advisor and the Warwick Spice was highly recommended so we rang and booked a table. We were not disappointed as the curry was superb. It was hot and plentiful, the service was spot on. In fact it was that good, we went back the next night!! We both ordered different dishes and they were delicious.Excellent curry house, highly recommend this restaurant

The food was very good value, at around £7-8 for a main rice £2-3. All came out very hot, Pathia was excellent and chilli massala was very spicy as it should be. Good price on beer too at under £4 for a draught pint. Best part of the night was the staff. very attentive and very nice, felt like they wanted us there rather than some establishments. thank you.

We always use Warwick Spice for our takeaway curries - the best in the area by miles!Always pretty quick delivery although tonight they excelled themselves - delivering everything piping hot and delicious in 20 minutes! We decided to come here for dinner. Based on the reviews and the menu on the website. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly. The food was delicious. Everything was really nice. The Naan’s though were exceptional. For 4 adults and two children with food, drinks and dessert the bill was very reasonable indeed. Next time we are in the Warwick area we will definitely return.

We visited the restaurant on Sunday 28th January. We had hoped to eat there the night before, but it was fully booked. And it has to be said, no wonder it was fully booked because the service and the food is superb! We were shown to our seats, but from there on we were not pressured into making a choice, in order to get us ‘fed and out of the door’. We both chose starters (Nargis Kebab and Chicken chat) and main courses (Chicken tikka Naga Chilli, Vegetable Pathia, egg-fried rice and a cheese and onion naan bread). To be honest I was surprised at how quickly the food was served, especially considering how busy it was, but obviously they are experienced at their job, and it showed. The portions weren’t huge, but the flavours were excellent.If there were any criticisms, then the time between starters and main course was quite short. And my partner felt the veggie curry was a tad short on vegetables (her fault for choosing veg :-D )Wouldn’t hesitate to go there again, and try other dishes on the comprehensive menu!

Went along based on decent reviews online but was left underwhelmed. Starter of Tandoori Paneer was lacking any real Tandoori flavour, main of Chana Bhuna was not to spice level requested and a bit bland. Soft drinks were a bit on the small side, 200ml is a mixer in my opinion not a proper soft drink measure. Would not go back, plenty of competition in this area.

Very crowded but it was a Friday night. It is obviously very popular. We had reserved a table thankfully and were shown to it within minutes. The service was very good and prompt. The food was very good. We like spicy hot food so we were OK. The madras was very nice, good, tangy, and hot. If you like a good madras this is the place. My only constructive criticism would be that the sauce was just a bit too thick. It needed easing slightly. When you can make peaks with the sauce it is too thick. The nan bread could have been hotter and fresher but these are just little niggles. I did notice a bright red tika masalla on the next table. Not sure why food needs to be bright red like that. Overall we had a great meal just a shame it's not local. I would be a regular. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, just remember that hot is hot and choose accordingly!

My daughter the curry monster and myself had a meal here again last night which delivered the same superb quality from a tightly run well organised restaurant . Having tried the Indian down the road a couple of weeks ago only because we couldn’t get a table at Warwick spice we have decided this is our restaurant of choice for an array of reasons not just the quality of the food and drinks , the professionalism of the management and staff and the happy feeling you have leaving a restaurant thinking how nice the whole experience was.

Visited on a Saturday evening whilst staying in Warwick. Great atmosphere and very welcoming. Food was delicious. We had an accident with our drinks shortly before the food arrived, staff were very attentive and helpful! Would definitely recommend a visit.

We booked by e-mail, when we arrived I was greeted by my first name, which was a nice touch. Very knowledgable about gluten free options. We had a lovely meal, the prawns in a sauce flavoured with orange peel were delicious, my chicken dish was nicely spiced and the mixed vegetable side very tasty.

Staff are very attentive, atmosphere is nice, but the food even though came in large amounts wasnt good, we ordered a lamb dish and it was chewy and we couldnt get a knife through it

Visited here on a Saturday evening and was immediately impressed with the vibrant atmosphere in the place. However, I wasn't impressed for long. We were then served non crispy poppadoms and a pickle tray with very watery items. The starter was passable but the main course I had - Balti Lamb - was very non-descript. I certainly wouldn't race back to this place again. There are far better establishments in the town.

We were delighted by every aspect of our meal at the Warwick Spice Restaurant. From being greeted when entering to departing- every staff member was attentive and courteous. The food was awesome. The place was immaculate, including the Ladies Room. Even my children, who can be very skeptical critics, thought our meal was wonderful. Great food and staff makes for a sublime dining experience. Sorry but we won't ever be back here. The whole experience here was really disappointing. The curry was a ridiculous bright red colour and looked really unappetising. But, then, to find a massive long hair running through the prawns was absolutely dreadful. To make matters worse, we had no apology from any member of the team. Nothing!

Nice restaurant with good atmosphere. Staff really attentive and gave good recommendations for some of the food to try. Unfortunately portion sizes on the small side especially the chefs special Prawn Jingha Masalla where there were a total of 3 king prawns in the dish which cost over £10.

I was looking for curry house, and this one looked good. And I pin this case external appearance was a good indication on internal excellence.

From the second we walked in, the waiters looked after us brilliantly. The waiter took time to chat to us after finding out we weren’t local. Food was fantastic and all freshly prepared. Highly recommend the nargis kebab (you really don’t see these enough in Indian restaurants!) and the nans were brilliant.

Nice selection of pickles including a special one brought out that was insanely hot: Naga Chilli pickle.

My family adore the food & staff at Warwick Spice.I cant even get them to go to other curry restaurants, they ALL love WS. Hussein and his staff are always helpful & attentive .We love the Delivery service too.

I like hot spicy food and frequently have a madras from other restaurants. This was so hot it was inedible. This is the second curry I’ve had that isn’t great from this takeaway- had a Balti last time. I thought I’d give them another go as previously used to be my curry house of choice

Went here on a busy Thursday night but seated and served quickly. I had chicken madras which is without doubt the best I’ve ever had. Lovely chicken and just the right amount of spice. Our lamb dish was equally good. Popadoms were very fresh and crispy. Only disappointment was that they didn’t have any vanilla ice cream, didn’t fancy any of the other desserts!

I've been to Warwick Spice many times over the past five years and I cannot fault this place for fantastic Indian cuisine. The service is quick, efficient and attentive without being too attentive. The food is always brought piping hot and is very consistent every time. Great atmosphere too, especially if the Sitarist is in that night. My only gripe is that it would be nice to have Cobra on tap rather than in bottles as I'm not a fan of Kingfisher, but a very minor criticism!

The food was okay, nothing incredible but what really let it down was that it felt quite disorganised in there. We waited a long time for drinks and it felt like our table was practically sitting on the people next to us. Generally okay, but wouldn't be first choice in the area.

We kind of stumbled upon this restaurant whilst out in Warwick recently. We went in and asked if there was a table for 2 but the restaurant was packed to the rafters so didn’t hold out much hope. However they found us a table and we were seated in about 5 minutes! The food was absolutely delicious and carefully and speedily served. Would definitely recommend and will be back. We will book in advance next time as it is quite clear why it is so popular!

The food was fine though as we were not eating a great deal and had no drinks I get the impression we were not profitable , the fact as the plates left with one hand the bill was given with the other . Luckily we did not want a dessert or coffee as we were not offered any.

This restaurant is advertised as the best Indian restaurant in Warwick. Coming from Bradford, the curry centre of the North, we were disappointed with Warwick Spice. The food was nothing special and the prices were quite high. The restaurant is small and is obviously popular as a takeout service too, so the kitchen was kept very busy. This meant we had quite a wait for our meal. Overall, we wouldn't recommend this restaurant. We are unlikely to go back.
