Amazing place 10 10 would eat again would quiz again.

Excellent service from all the staff who are very helpful and polite ,great atmosphere and food is worth waiting for exceptional value for money. A group of us come every Thursday for quiz night. Would definitely recommend coming and having a look. Come and join us.

Enjoy the weekly quiz on a Thursday. We come early and have Food . The atmosphere is good and lea the staff are welcoming . Would recommend for people looking for a evening out .

I had the Turkey Sunday roast, it was tepid, the roast potatoes were tough and like the yorkshire pud and sprouts couldnt be cut with a knife, the turkey was ok as was the mashed potato, we were a party of nine, and although the pub was,nt more than ½full, could,nt claim that they were overstretched, very disappointing , and why does a pint of cola cost more than a pint of John Smiths, there is no alcohol duty to be levied on soft drinks, we shall not be returning, it was very poor, small wonder no staff member enquired as to our enjoyment of the food, a waste of money and a sacrolage on good ingredients,

Visited for the first time and we were very impressed with the food and the service we experienced. Natalie our waitress was kind and happy to help us throughout our visit and nothing was too much. We will definitely return again the future

We come here regularly with my mum but today was amazing. The server Dylan was a young lad but he was funny and charismatic, food was nice as usual but Dylan made all of our days!

Great value for money on food, drinks are average, with a general run of the mill range, (something for everyone). the Thursday night quizzes are a blast, the regular quiz master is entertaining, and knowledgeable.

Good selection of food and drinks. Leah on the bar is always very welcoming.

Come here once a week as we love the gammon. Customer service is always good especially from Leah and the new gent who is from south Africa not sure of his name.

Food was average at best. Chicken overcooked, halloumi fries overcooked and no cheese, tomato was non existent but in their favour they did cook a fresh meal which was better. But perhaps that should have been the first meal.

Food was good but overpriced. The whole place is fairly run down and could do with a facelift. Ladies toilets were substandard not even toilet seats on the toilets. It's ok for a pub meal but if you were going out to celebrate I'd probably go elsewhere.

Always have a wonderful experience here - the staff are always friendly and happy to help. Food is always cooked to my liking, and nothing is ever too much trouble - Great bunch of people adds to the atmosphere - Can recommend the Mac & Cheese - its great

Just went in for Christmas drinks. Great service. We didn't have food on this occasion.

Great pub, great food. Great staff and great atmosphere though the food was an hour late. Also, the deco could do with a lick of paint, and the tile in the fireplace could need replacing. On way out did notice the replace spindles on one of the ballastrad so 10 out of 10

We had such a lovely visit to Warren Lodge, and Leah was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a difference to your experience, but Leah absolutely did. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable—we’ll definitely be back!

Nice PUB with good beer and great meals.

Manager needs to find another job where he deals with a inanimate objects and not human beings. No one was eating....but we still waited 35 mins for food.....which is ok if you have nothing else to do and you are not driving. Food arrived...no sorry for the wait...no smile...no service...no nothing....get another job...get a better employee. ...If there is a wait... Please tell people when they walk in....don't afterwards tell them that they should have seen the one sign on a bar that is 15 metres long! and if you forget to tell them; have enough customer empathy to apologise and say sorry for your wait. He has an attitude problem...and the same guy had the same attitude when we last visited about a year ago....Very bad.

Came in for lunch time and we really didn’t enjoy our food. busy and staff careless. Food dry, burnt and tasteless. No one checked back on us to rectify.

I've been a few times and it's been great. But last time I was in I bought a half Half pint of coke A pint of peroni And a gin and lemonade The gin was advertised with lemonade at £5.36 How much for these 3 drinks? £18??!! On questioning the price I was told the lines were out so they had to use bottles... So I was charged for a bottle of coke and a bottle of lemonade on top of the coke and the gun that was supposed to come with lemonade . Shocking wante3 drinks.. paid for 5

Waited 1hour 40 mins for food . I had booked a table but then no reservation or anyone to greet us. They ran out of part of my food order and said they'll bring some more out when it's cooked. Never did . I then found a hair on my food like a beard hair .. this place has sadly gone down hill . Hope this improves as there aren't many eateries .. will be travelling further afield from now on

Having visited this restaurant around 7 times within the last 2 months I can see a very sharp decline in what I receive for my money. The food is good but I would expect a little more for the price. The amount of liquid in my pitcher cocktail has decreased in size each time I visit. Over £16 for what's shown in the photo and it's mostly ice. Unfortunately I don't think I will be returning for an 8th time as I'm beginning to feel like I've been mugged. On top of this, I've had to clean my own table on every visit apart from once. On my latest visit it appears that the chef has used a blindfold when dishing up the food. Also found the remains of someone else's food on my wooden plate

Came here on Saturday with my mum and dog and the staff were SO friendly, they are making arrangements for dogs to be allowed inside but there is a covered seating area outside with heaters so wasn’t an issue. Guy behind the bar brought our drinks out to us, and came back with a free dog ice cream, was blown away with the kindness and customer service here. Would defo come back and food was lovely ☺️

The bear and the atmosphere was great but the food was rubbish. I had the mix grill and it looked bland the sausage and chicken was tasteless egg was over cooked no runny yoke and the onion rings and grilled tomato didn't turn up. My wife had the lasagne it didn't look the best she said it wasn't great quite tasteless. Service was good and the company was great. Definitely wouldn't eat there again

just visted the warren lodge in scunthorpe very disappointed no staff .ordered signature burger southern state spice no flavour what so ever had more flavour in a classic macdonalds burger what can I say .was celebrating my best friends return from Spain and recommended this pub .also can I just mention on your menu it says bogof burgers on Thursday but I side it says only on classics ??????????,,?,

Very busy excellent food polite staff wait times waiting Time for food was quite long though with no warning of it.

We probably won't visit this restaurant again, the food is becoming more and more unappetizing, and you also have to clean the tables yourself

Four of us ordered 2 burgers and 2 medium rare 8oz sirloin steaks. My daughter's burger had cold unmelted cheese in the middle but comparing to one of the "medium rare" sirloin steaks that was not so bad. My steak arrived super thin and badly overcooked so bad that it was difficult to chew. To annoy even more my wife received a steak that was 2 or 3 times thicker medium rare and juicy :) Which meant that the chef could do the job right just could not care. Warm beer to start the meal did not improve the experience.

Not been to Warren Lodge for quite a while and we came with the wife's Son and the gran/daughter We all opted for various Steak meals and it was enjoyed by everyone..well worth a visit 😎👍🍺

Second time we ate here in a month. Again the food was perfectly cooked and delicious. The service was excellent and we didnt have to wait long for our dinner to arrive.

The place has definitely lost some of its flare since I was there last. Food was very disappointing. The waiting staff/bar staff were great, attentive and friendly enough. The chef walked past us while we sat at our table and looked dirty, I understand not wanting to walk the restaurant floor in your chef's whites but to put a dirty (and I mean, dirty!!) Outdoor coat over the top of them is worse?? I'll not be returning any time soon

Called in on the off chance. The pub was very quiet but it was the middle of the week. The staff were very helpful on my wife's gluten free diet suggestions on what she was able to have from the menu. I had the Lasagna the wife had the Hunters chicken skillet. Both arrived very quickly and we're piping hot. The price was two meals for a set price from the menu. Both meals were very tasty and good value for money.

Super rude! I booked table online using app but couldn't find my booking. Told matter of factly by rude young girl 'Well table plan is done at 10am so you're not on it!!' So why bother to allow online bookings then! We then had to go find a table.. only 1 left without reserved sign. No times on reserved signs so no idea when they are booked for. We got served, ate and left yet most of the reserved tables were still sat empty. So lots of lost business when people can't find tables. Used to be our no.1 choice in Scunthorpe won't be bothering here again, really poor customer service!

Me and my family came into Warren lodge last weekend for some food and drinks. Our young waitress Molly was very polite to everyone she served including ourselves. The barmaid Hayley was also very friendly.

Hayley was very warm and welcoming definitely makes you feel welcome and great service 👍👍🍻

Popped in for quick tea after work, we had the mixed grill and it's honestly the best I've had for a long time. Pint little pricey but can't fault the bar service,l from leah, hayley seemed very professional, and Evelina is polite. All in all a meet friendly team and it really shows a great atmosphere pub Will be back to play some pool soon

I realised I was in Scunthorpe to decided to find somewhere to drink away the pain. I had a lovely pint and then decided to get something to eat. I was served by Natalie who was fantastic and has ALL the attributes of an excellent waitress. She recommend the hunter's chicken which I have to say, was very enjoyable. 10/10 for Natalie and 9/10 for the pub. Making Scunny a brighter, slightly less depressing place.

Good, Flaming Grill fayre. The table service was excellent from Jake as was the bar service from Molly. Jake had a really good knowledge of the menu and was able to offer vegitarean options and recommendations. Thank you.

Quick service, lovely food, friendly and helpful staff, good prices. Not had food here in a long time, but didn't disappoint, had one of the burgers with mac and cheese on the side, burger was perfect and the mac and cheese was light and creamy and beautifully cheesy, will definitely be coming back soon.

I come in regularly to have a catch up with friends, Hayley and Leah usually serve me at the bar with a lovely smile and friendly chat, tonight the new girl Molly also seemed very polite. the drinks are very reasonably priced and I liked to try new things on the menu but my go to is the chick and mix

Went today last time was beaut but today was absolutely dreadful tasted like it was yesterday's and warmed up in microwave will give it one more try tho to see if it was just a one off otherwise they get on banned list

Visited Warren Lodge last night, excellent service from a server called Hayley and she was extremely polite and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Average food, cheap, service was ok, asked for another drink whilst eating dinner and was told you will have to get it I don't have my card machine, it would have been courteous to get said machine, probably won't go back

I wouldn't recommend this place whatsoever. Went down here for food on Father's Day and was far from impressed! When ordering drinks and food, the staff behind the bar had no patience whatsoever. They were rude and had no professionalism about them whatsoever. There were 2 serving, a male and a female. The male staff member was slightly better than the female, but both were just not polite whatsoever. So, onto the food, the staff serving was young, polite, and courteous. After a 45-minute wait, the food was disappointing, bland, and well pathetic, I had a Turkey dinner, and to be fair, it was no better than a microwave meal. I had to ask for extra gravy, and the Yorkshire pudding was pathetically small, I had to ask for more of that also. I'm disappointed, but another place that looks like they only bother with their local regulars. Good luck if you go here, I hope the experience is better than ours!

Went here for father's day family dinner. What a catastrophe. Had to find our own table then ordered on the app. Waited 50mins for our food with no apologies for time it took. Food didn't even look nice, veg was still raw and peas were frozen. Yorkshire puddings were like pancakes. One of our party asked about the onion rings (2)and was told "thats all you get" Tried to Complain but the staff all seemed to disappear or went into hiding. Won't be going again 1 out of 10 that's because I liked the mash

Busy and had to wait over half an hour. Food cooked well but looked lost on plate, 3 chicken strips no garnish lettuce/tomato. Main course Gammon, very small egg and 9 chips no peas. Pensioners special not worth the money.

Arrived at Warren Lodge and ordered via the Greene King App which was very easy. Drinks came straight away once ordered. Food took roughly 25mins to come to the table, but the food was delicious and hot. No issues at all :)

Me and me partner come here and pleased we did the sirloin steak and chips were spot on cooked 2 how we asked and we will be definitely going back

Have been coming here for many years and always have always enjoyed my time within the establishment and normally the service is really good however on Saturday night the service we received from the Scottish bar maid was very bad we found her to be very very rude. And on a couple occasions she purposely walked off to avoid serving us. We also found the toilet rather dirty.

Was in on Saturday for a family meal the food was excellent and all of the staff were lovely apart from 1 lady that was Scottish. She was very rude and blighted was otherwise an enjoyable evening. I have still given a 5 start review as I come here regularly and normally everything is amazing
