Walton Fish & Chip Shop in Reigate and Banstead

Went there this afternoon and bought a meal for 4 people which was ready in minutes. Also super friendly staff with excellent service.

This chip shop is great all bar the rude man who you pay, he can never squeeze out the slightest smile and last time he kept raising his eyes at me because I was getting a bit flustered with my order. The food is great so if you can cope with the miserable chap all is well.

Food always fresh and enjoyable. What more can you say about a take away fish and chip shops?!! Lovely.

I ordered small cod and large plaice and large chips and was delighted with the obliging service and the first class food. The cooking took about 5 minutes, so visited the Coop nearby to buy a few vegetables and bread. Not too much batter and the chips were enough for 3 or4 people.

It's taken lockdown to realise just how good their fish and chips actually are !! We have always supported this particular shop but due to them being closed - we tried elsewhere. Just no comparison at all. So glad to have them open again :)

We went just before lockdown and as usual enjoyed excellent hot food served with efficient friendliness. Perfect.

Really did not enjoy the fish and chips, oil used wasn’t good and the chips were a little hard. Have had better elsewhere and although we don’t do fish and chips often, we won’t return here

Fish always fresh and chips to die for !!! Really good size portions so no need for portions of chips for everyone.

I am a regular customer and they do the best fish and chips I have ever had!!!!!! You will not find better anywhere else.

I bought 1 x cod and 1 x Plaice with 1 portion of chips, because two is too much and I hate wasting food. the fish was fresh, well cooked and the batter was not too thick and was not oily

Alright, it may be because it is out of the way or is it simply that I am too thick to find it listed here? Whatever, this is a really good fish and chip place. If I have been working late I really look forward to stopping off here and picking up a large cod and chips. I have yet to be disappointed and, those that know me will attest, I am not the easiest to please. I believe in supporting local businesses and this one deserves it
