Visited this Green king carvery in Glasgow on a Sunday. Wasn't too busy, pleasant atmosphere, attentive staff and the food was good. The meats looked fresh out the oven and excellent selection of veg. Delicious and stuffed.

Visited for breakfast with Santa and had a lovely morning, kids all enjoyed themself and the breakfast was amazing! The staff always go over and above, Santa and His Elf’s Shelby, Keira and Teigan were brilliant with the kids can’t wait to be back again next year :)!

Brooke who served myself and my boyfriend on Sunday 15th December at 10:00am, her smile and service is excellent, very quick, checked in on us and made sure everything was ok, thank you Brooke x

The staff were lovely and pleasant, I managed to get a breakfast early on a Sat so it was nice and quiet. The portion sizes were decent so it didn't feel like you were being a lot for very little, and unlimited tea & coffee helps.

It was amazing. Staff was great, Sophie in particular was really nice and made us feel welcomed. Food alone is the best. Need to try the carvery it’s yummy and the whole restaurant is a good family atmosphere. Will be coming here again.

On a very dull day I had to go to Wallace well farm for a takeaway for our evening meal and I asked for a carvery meal, The chef cut three slices of meat, ham, beef, and turkey, I then proceeded to choose the selection of potatoes of which were roast, boiled, sweet, chips, mashed, also wedges, my selection of vegetables were as follows, the usual peas, carrots, turnip, cauliflower cheese, green beans , and broccoli, I finished of with cranberry sauce, mint sauce, and lovely brown gravy for the beef, Top marks to the staff for the kind attention given to me on arrival and to the chef for the presentation of meats. Mr john burns.

Food was poor. Carvery was cold. Lack of horse radish on the wraps like suggested and was assured by staff it was there. Overall meal for 3 for £40. Is not too expensive but you get what you pay for here. Won’t be back.

Fast, friendly & helpful customer service & good food. Kids meals came out quickly, adults had carvery which was great! Ample parking & kids area to keep wee ones entertained.

Breakfasts great !! All freshly cooked, staff lovely ! Can always get a table and really reasonable priced !

We were seated and served by the delightful Karen who made sure our dining experience went well. Karen was courteous and very well mannered and could not be any more helpful. The food was excellent although the boiled potatoes could be softer as they were a bit on the hard side but it didn’t take away too much from the experience. We will be back once more.

Great place to come for value. Crispy chicken medley and carvery a strong fave! Staff are very pleasant even though slightly overworked. Cheryl is so amenable and helpful and always makes us smile!

Food wasn’t great, chips were cold, burger was bland, raw onion on top, single leaf of lettuce if you can call it that! Cola was like water, ultimate drinks have a cap so they can’t fill your cup full so it’s a waste upgrading them. Service was fine, you order on your phone so the only interactions we had were getting shown to our table and to be asked for a review. Server was Sophie. Atmosphere isn’t great, everyone is shouting to hear over everyone, tables are crammed in with no space to squeeze between seats when leaving etc. Would not recommend, I’d travel the extra 15mins along the M8 to the barrbridge. Night and day honestly!

The restaurant was surprisingly quiet this evening, though possibly due to late night Christmas shopping. Food was good and great value for money and staff attentive and courteous.

Fantastic breakfast and lunches

Here today on the 22/11/2024, and I’m so impressed with how much wallacewell farm has changed the food is delicious and the service was a fantastic also served with a smile and very friendly attitude seems like they have an amazing staff team who work well together. The manager is awesome he goes above and beyond think it’s about to become my family’s favourite place to visit again. P.s still best cakes about thank you team at wallacewell

Came today for lunch with some friends. Lovely food good prices and great customer service. Our server Gabriel was fantastic. Went above & beyond, Credit to the team. Will be back again.

This is an edit from the previous 4 star review when I was last here a few years ago. I heard this place is under new management and I have to say, my experience of it on this occasion is horrendous. This place used to be absolutely mobbed daily and required to be booked well in advance. When we got there it was not even 50% full and that was at 6pm on a Saturday. We now know why, and we will never be back. Ordered online at the table and the drinks all came half empty due to us ticking the option of not having any ice. The waitress said "this is their policy". We ordered garlic breaded mushrooms for a starter and they were clearly straight out the fryer into the little bowls. The bowls were filled with grease. Try to peirce them with the forks and the bread just crumbled to reveal the inner mushroom filled with grease. Never ate them and no questions asked by the waiting staff when they had taken them away from the table. The mains weren't much better either and the time it had taken for them to get to us we were on the verge of just leaving considering they weren't even busy. It's a shame it's got this bad here as it was amazing before. Won't be surprised when it closes down.

Love wallacewell farm but they have a new menu and the curried chicken skewer isn’t on it anymore which is disappointing but on the plus side the fries are good

Staff polite and hard working. No complaint about food. Desserts there was no choice as 90% were unavailable poor management running out which should no happen therfore I give a reduced star in the food rating.
