Food was great, quick service. Keira was great with the young children in the party.

Extremely friendly service by Stephen today who went the extra mile to find us a table in a very busy restaurant. Food arrived quick and was delicious.

Roast potatoes were hard. Everything else excellent

No steaks 🥩 but had fish instead and it was great 👍

Excellent food,plenty of choice however the food wasn’t very warm although it did taste delicious. Won’t stop us from coming back. Excellent service from Keira who was very helpful,friendly and attentive.

We come here at least once a month for a date night and I honestly have never had a bad experience. All the staff here are absolutely amazing. We usually somehow always get served by the same guy and his customer service is out of this world, so helpful and friendly we actually missed seeing him tonight. Tonight we had the absolute pleasure of being waited on by Caren/Karen, truly a credit to you guys. Such a kind person, came across really genuine and actually stopped to have a small conversation with us which I think makes all the difference to service. Made us genuinely laugh and we just left with a smile on our faces. Food was fantastic tonight, although I do wish the biscoff sundae you could switch ice-cream flavours as I personally don't like the caramelised biscuit ice-cream and would rather vanilla but love the rest of the sundae!

Lovely meal however was annoyed at being interrupted during meal to be asked to do a survey think it was inappropriate and should be left until after meal.

The food was lovely and the staff where friendly and helpful. Ruth was a lovely and friendly staff member.

Got a sirloin steak medium dun but and had to return it full fat they they brought me a other sirloin steak when I cut into it the blood was running out of it not a good buy

Great food! We couldn’t move after our Sunday Large Carvery great idea to spend some family time. We received fantastic service from Gabriel who was extremely pleasant and was there for us all the time. We will definitely come back xxx

Sophie was very good she managed to get us a booth as someone in our group doesn’t like people seeing her eat. She checked on us to see if everything was okay.

Popped in for lunch on a Thursday. Two course lunch was good value. Waiting staff were very attentive. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Not the usual standard of buffet breakfast for this eatery. The bacon was overcooked; the fried eggs, sausage and Hash browns may have been lying for some time. The beans and haggis were in need of resuscitation. However, it's usually very good and we may have caught the breakfast deal on a bad day. P.S. um sure the Yorkshire puds are leftover from the carvery but it doesn't work

Popped in for a bite to eat …. Nice atmosphere music not too loud …. Teigan was our waitress very attentive courteous and a bubbly personality she maintained this throughout our visit whilst serving a few other tables at same time . The meat from the carvery was delicious made to perfection vegetables were ok but Yorkshire puddings had seen better days and surprised they were allowed to dish them out rock hard and burnt looking … good choice of vegetables and sauces . Well done teigan a real ambassador for this establishment xx

In for a early lunch. Food delicious, staff very friendly and reasonably priced food. My 12 year old ordered from gf menu which was one of the best gf menus we have seen.

Gabriel was so welcoming and attentive and the food was delicious and very good value for money. There are loads of options and as a vegetarian, the carvery had plenty of vegetable sides and the pie was huge. Cosy family atmosphere perfect for a pub lunch.

Came to have breakfast with my mom and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. One of the best buffet breakfast I have ever had with lots of choice. We were served by Teigan who was very polite and made sure we were okay.

Hostess Caren totally made our meal , she was one of the friendliest staff I have ever come across when eating out while keeping a professional manner. We didn’t feel rushed or stressed we felt totally at ease ! Food was brilliant as always ! Perfect for a quick bite to eat that tastes 10/10 come here.

Not as good as it was. The meat was very nice but the Yorkshire puddings were not nice as were the vegetables, they were also undercooked and quite cold. Very disappointed.

Ordered usual 2 ateaks very well done didn't look like the normal welll done we get could have been doing with a little bit more for our preference

Yorkshire puddings are dryer than the inside of ghandis toes, told the waitress who said give me a minute and didn’t return after she walked away.

Good value food if you can be bothered with queuing. Great amounts, decent food , friendly staff . No finesse but reflected in the price . A good solution if you don't want to cook a roast dinner

Almost everything was perfect. Servers were good. The meals were good. Deserts were good! The only downside was the carvery. The potatoes have such a thick skin they end up just being tough balls. Would have really enjoyed some normal roast potatoes as well as these "extra thick ones". Also the carvery just didn't seem to have much option for veg. The meat was lovely! Overall was very nice, but would maybe skip the carvery and just have a pre set meal next time.

Food, especially carvery, is lovely. Staff are so nice. Kids area is a little disappointing - most claw machines and tvs are off.

Stopped off for breakfast after arriving at Glasgow airport, service, food, staff all really good.

From the very cheerful greeting when we arrived, the quick service and a very nice lunch, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Wallacewell farm. Would definitely recommend.

I got the new gammon joint which was full of fat at the end. I got parsnips that were quite clearly over cooked and burnt to be honest. My husband got roast potatoes a few of which were solid and barely warm. The lights are so dull it’s near impossible to read menu

Wasn't too busy when we arrived, got busier when we were eating. Most of us had the carvery which was superb this evening very tasty. Teegan was very helpful and made sure we were all ok with our food.

I went to Wallace well farm for a birthday lunch. I was served by Kirsty who welcomed us in. She showed told us the COVID protocols then showed us to our table. She informed us about the app which I used to order. She was very helpful and friendly throughout or visit. The food was great and we decided to get coffee. Kirsty showed us the cakes and told us about the deals on offer. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and Kirsty is an asset to you guys. Unflappable and incredibly nice. I usually hate dining out but Kirsty made my experience absolutely wonderful. A lovely day out and a lovely person.
