Food took a while and could have done with letting us know there was a delay when we ordered for collection. Other than that the food was lovely and staff were kind.

We have had Wall Street burgers delivered once a week for a while now so thought I’d leave a review as we love it! (Family of 5) Great burgers and loaded fries, good value as it would cost just as much at McDonald’s, however better quality and have always got our order right! We have the double smash burgers and the fried chicken burger with a hash brown which are lovely! We have the loaded fries bear and bull and they are nice but to be honest the burgers alone are enough! The milkshakes are nice too and love that they cling film the tops for transport so they don’t come in a mess and half full! Delivery is a wait usually over an hour however it’s worth the wait!

As chef myself is the food is really good. The food service I got from Jannah was really good and she makes incredible milkshakes !

Jannah is very polite and always has a smile on here face when serving customers her customer service is 10/10. When Jannah makes milkshakes they are made to perfection also. The food here is good aswell always fresh and on time.

I first visited this Wall Street burgers the first week they have opened . Lot has changed since then ! I met the new manager Gem few weeks ago , I have noticed few subtle changes … more interaction with customers , manager on the front speaking to customers & also asking if food has reached expectations. Manager is on point with orders that are leaving there store , cutlery, menus is a make sure ! All staff are happy with each other from waiting for my food I didn’t feel a dull moment in this store ! Staff on front asked how my day was , what’s my favourite item on menu . Very delighted to have a chat with the young gentleman. I also got asked eat in or take out , if eat in food gets put on a tray ! Service is mind blowing ! Great music taste to This place will most definitely go very far in the future . Food is amazing , top tier place for food !

Best burgers always cooked to perfection

Ordered at 10:50 on Just eat and said it would arrive by 11:35-11:50 It’s now 12:15 and nothing. They won’t accept any calls. We live 10 mins down the road this is ridiculous

Ordered fried chicken burger - it was extremely bland and all you can taste is garlic. Fillet was also tiny but i am glad because quite frankly it tasted horrible. Also ordered bull fries - this was a smash patty broken up and spreaded on some cheap low quality oily fries, the beef tasted few days old.I have had the same loaded beef fries from other places and the quantity of beef was much more. Not very appetising food and it seems a case of charging premium prices to maximise profits.

The store is spotless. Delicious meal. I had a great day there, and after trying the bull fries, they became my favourite! The smash patty burger was incredibly juicy and crispy. Gem, the manager, was polite and friendly, actually Gem is the BEST ☃️

Unsure if there’s new management or a new chef however I’ve ordered last Friday & this Friday and my food came hot & full of flavours . Loaded fries were extremely well size portion normally we receive half a box full with dry fries and less chicken which is usually cold . All of the food was seasoned really well and the food was excellent quality. The chicken strips were great and I also loved the chilli cheese bites. Exceptional customer service , would definitely recommend. Best burgers in town 🥇

I’ve been here a couple of times. Service isn’t bad, staff are friendly. I hate that it takes 20 min+ to make the food but it does come out fresh. I’m not a connoisseur, but the loaded fries are awesome and I liked the smash burger and chicken burger too. It filled my craving. Will be coming back for the burgers and fries. I’ve tried the chicken and that’s been a regret - it was burnt underneath the sauce.

I recently ordered a takeaway from this restaurant via Uber Eats at 7:20 PM, with an estimated delivery time of 8:05 PM. By 8:00, there was no update, and the app still showed the order as “prepping.” I called to check on the status, and an employee told me the food would arrive within 20 minutes and was “on its way.” At 8:30, when the order still hadn’t arrived, I called again. After a hold, I was informed that the food was just starting to be prepared. This was disappointing, as I would have preferred clear communication about any delays from the start. By the time our order arrived at 9:25 PM—a full two hours after I ordered—our plans had changed, and my kids had already fallen asleep. Since it was already here, we decided to try the food, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet expectations. It was cold, and the signature fries were dry and hard to swallow. For the price—around £10 per meal—I was expecting better quality and freshness. In the end, it was a mixed experience. I understand that delays can happen, but clear and honest communication would have made it much more manageable.

I forgot to customise my burger , I called up and spoke to the manager gem . He quickly assured me that he’ll get it sorted out straight away even though my food was literally about the get sent out . 10/10 service . Food was perfect , loaded fries were full to the top (normally less portion) . Smash burger was delicious . Thank you for a great service

I paid £10 for double smash burger and chips and a Coca Cola and was the best meal I have had from Kingstanding or Erdington for a long time, will be ordering with the lads on a sat from here, worth every penny

Really friendly service which goes along way for me personally. I have been here a few times, always a good atmosphere with the music playing. Most people do takeaway, so when I dine in it is often quiet. The food is ace and really tasty. The food portions are sufficient and fairly priced. The burgers are proper smashburger style. I recommend the dirty fries with chicken and the BBQ boneless chicken strips which get covered in succulent sauce.

Just another visit to this place, smashing service, smashing burger and launch, sweet chilli, chicken, wings, fire fire, fire, great customer service by Dee. Another visit again tomorrow and the day after.

Burgers are really good here, they do the basics well and it shows in the result. Burgers are perfect size, not too greasy with just the right amount of cheese. Loaded fries are really good as well, though I would suggest they put less cheese in personally.

What a amazing burger joint, I’ve tried most the smash burgers and I have to say it is 10/10, as well as the other grilled chicken etc, great atmosphere, great individuals at the till, I’ve tried many burger joints in the past and I have to say this one is up their with the top shops 🏬 open until 2am late morning and they do delivery to your home which makes it more convenient, they accept cash at the door or you can pay via card, Apple Pay and google pay 💰 all major credit cards accepted.

I've been in here a few times now, and I must say food has always been excellent. I highly recommend the fish burger... chunky fish in a bun with tartar sauce and really filling . My lad has the smash burger, which apparently is also god.. staff are friendly the shop is very, very clean, no rubbish on tables and while you wait can listen to music.... one to try.

Ordered food 2 hours ago first one came frozen! They sent second lot this was colder than the first all put in bin ! Managers excuse was he has someone new on fryer’s … £24 for 2 burgers not my problem … can’t give a refund apparently! No bag to keep food hot don’t get a delivery unless u wanna microwave it …. Infact get a microwave burger it’s cheaper

Was staying in the area and did a search for a good place to get a burger and this place had some good reviews. The quality of the meat was great. Lovely taste and very juicy in a really soft bun with plenty of melty cheese. (Maybe a bit too salty but still tasted really really good) Fries were perfectly acceptable but nothing special, but we came for the burger and we were not disappointed! Would highly recommend the burgers here and would definitely come back if we're in the area again.
