Wall Street Burgers Kingstanding in Birmingham

Today I tried a double smash burger with a loaded bull fries for the first time from wall street and it’s banging u know d patties were juicy and a portion of bull fires was perfect 🤩 The Grilled Chicken Burger is one of my favourite which I ordered every time. I highly recommend this place to visit. ✨

Can't fault this place. I'm a regular and they never disappoint. Usually go for the smash burger meal and chicken strips, unreal.

Came from out of town to see some family in the area and they said they’ll take me for some amazing smash burgers not too far. When we got there, gem was extremely welcoming and his customer service was amazing. The smash burgers were the best smash burgers I’ve ever had. Whenever, I travel to Birmingham, my first stop is always this place after a long motorway journey. Thank you guys and a special shoutout to gem for the amazing customer service every time I go there for food.

Best chicken I have eaten in the uk I called up in advance to request allergy changes the man who answered was polite and friendly my food then came it was full of flavour with and hot I will be ordering here again Only thing I would recommend is the fry’s be hotter but they were still warm and tasty

Was recommended to try this place by my manager at work and they did not disappoint at all, the entire atmosphere of the place was amazing and I spoke to Gem, who was amazing with his hospitality and customer service skills. The food arrived quickly and tasted amazing, I am now a regular at this place because I work around the corner. Once again, thank you for the amazing service gem.

Was working a job on kingstanding road and came across these guys, immediately, the aesthetics of the shop caught my eye and helped these guys stand out from the rest of the shops. I went in and ordered my food, I spoke to gem, explained that I'm normally not in the area, I'm just working a job for a week here. Gem walked me through the menu and after asking me what I preferred to eat, recommended me the most amazing burger I've ever tasted in my life. I went back everyday, twice a day for the entire week and if I'm in the area, this is my go to place. Thank you gem for the great customer service, great recommendation and great food.

Would not recommend. Go to the other one in Great Barr, this one is absolutely rubbish, undercooked chicken, old beef. Customer service wise, asked for sauces and was told there in the bag, but none were placed in

The double smash burger was juicy, fresh, and full of taste — every bite was spot on. You can tell they use quality ingredients. Easily one of the best burger spots I’ve tried. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have been there regularly it’s close to my house but now getting worse I have ordered said 10 minutes will be ready I went after 20 minutes to collect they said 5 minutes it’s mean they haven’t made my food they have placed the order and waited for me when I’m going to pay they make the food and they was kind of rude I asked them telling me fresh food I didn’t get that

If you haven’t tried their smash burgers. You need to try them. They’re awesome. Never had food so tasty. And delivery said 20-25 minutes. He was here in like 5 minutes. Pure niceness. 💯👌🏼

Food took a while and could have done with letting us know there was a delay when we ordered for collection. Other than that the food was lovely and staff were kind.

We have had Wall Street burgers delivered once a week for a while now so thought I’d leave a review as we love it! (Family of 5) Great burgers and loaded fries, good value as it would cost just as much at McDonald’s, however better quality and have always got our order right! We have the double smash burgers and the fried chicken burger with a hash brown which are lovely! We have the loaded fries bear and bull and they are nice but to be honest the burgers alone are enough! The milkshakes are nice too and love that they cling film the tops for transport so they don’t come in a mess and half full! Delivery is a wait usually over an hour however it’s worth the wait!

Jannah is very polite and always has a smile on here face when serving customers her customer service is 10/10. When Jannah makes milkshakes they are made to perfection also. The food here is good aswell always fresh and on time.

I first visited this Wall Street burgers the first week they have opened . Lot has changed since then ! I met the new manager Gem few weeks ago , I have noticed few subtle changes … more interaction with customers , manager on the front speaking to customers & also asking if food has reached expectations. Manager is on point with orders that are leaving there store , cutlery, menus is a make sure ! All staff are happy with each other from waiting for my food I didn’t feel a dull moment in this store ! Staff on front asked how my day was , what’s my favourite item on menu . Very delighted to have a chat with the young gentleman. I also got asked eat in or take out , if eat in food gets put on a tray ! Service is mind blowing ! Great music taste to This place will most definitely go very far in the future . Food is amazing , top tier place for food !

Best burgers always cooked to perfection

Ordered at 10:50 on Just eat and said it would arrive by 11:35-11:50 It’s now 12:15 and nothing. They won’t accept any calls. We live 10 mins down the road this is ridiculous

Ordered fried chicken burger - it was extremely bland and all you can taste is garlic. Fillet was also tiny but i am glad because quite frankly it tasted horrible. Also ordered bull fries - this was a smash patty broken up and spreaded on some cheap low quality oily fries, the beef tasted few days old.I have had the same loaded beef fries from other places and the quantity of beef was much more. Not very appetising food and it seems a case of charging premium prices to maximise profits.

Unsure if there’s new management or a new chef however I’ve ordered last Friday & this Friday and my food came hot & full of flavours . Loaded fries were extremely well size portion normally we receive half a box full with dry fries and less chicken which is usually cold . All of the food was seasoned really well and the food was excellent quality. The chicken strips were great and I also loved the chilli cheese bites. Exceptional customer service , would definitely recommend. Best burgers in town 🥇

I’ve been here a couple of times. Service isn’t bad, staff are friendly. I hate that it takes 20 min+ to make the food but it does come out fresh. I’m not a connoisseur, but the loaded fries are awesome and I liked the smash burger and chicken burger too. It filled my craving. Will be coming back for the burgers and fries. I’ve tried the chicken and that’s been a regret - it was burnt underneath the sauce.
