Waitrose in Waverley

Went in yesterday at 18.22 and got served by a rude and ridiculous cashier who didn't have a name tag so can't say her name, it was a basket checkout, spent over £40 and she didn't want to give me a parking refund telling me I have to bring the car park ticket with me!!! From what I heard if you spend over £10 you're suppose to get it, it's only 0.60p!!! The self checkout doesn't want to see the ticket so why are cashiers doing that!? Shouldn't it be automatic when you're over £10? So second visit in 2 weeks that upset me so won't be returning until they speak to the staff about their behaviour, also bread that's really short dated, how am I suppose to eat the whole thing in a day?!

Ordered sushi and drinks via UberEats. Waitrose decided they actually didn't have the food in stock. Was not informed of this so waited for food and just got drinks. Could not cancel order at that point so paid for something we didn't want. UberEats did nothing. Waitrose should not be using such a terrible service!

This is a big blow to we coffee addicts! All through lockdown the coffee machines have been sitting quietly still with no wonderful liquid passing through them!

Having enjoyed a very enjoyable cup of coffee for many months, I now learn that today is the last day of this wonderful freebie. However, praise be for Waitrose - they are allowing the over 70s to come round for an hour at 8am.

What a super, well stocked Waitrose. One can find more or less everything you need. Situated in a nice part of Farnham with coffee shops, shoe shop etc etc.. handy for the car park.

Absolutely awful selection of gluten free products for its size, tiny shelf of dried pastas etc- no fresh sandwiches and no refrigerated section for gluten free options- staff really unfriendly and unhelpful Really disappointing- I work in Farnham too and they say they have gluten free sandwiches but never do and I’m in every day

Ideal for a coffee after a shop. Staff extremely friendly and helpful - and oh.. the food is good too and at reasonable prices!

Waitrose leads the way with quality and the store is well laid out, not too large, so great for shopping and not getting lost.... the only issue is the fresh bread, that seems to be always low stock / empty, which could do with improving. The staff are always helpful, and the rebate on the car park is also handy - just remember your ticket 'stub' at the till.

A very lovely experience when doing my family shop here all year round whenever i go there is always a member of staff too help you from my entrance and also on exit happily too say with a smile and politeness !!!!

You know when a place "just works" and the people in Waitrose Farnham make the place a great place to shop. If they don't have it ... they get it (without making a fuss - nothing is too much trouble). Time and again their service - throughout the team - makes me happy to come back. Plus the FREE papers and personalised discounts via their Waitrose Card makes me feel that I actually mean something to them also !

Waitrose in Farnham was the only place I could buy a bottle of Cristal Champagne. It meets the usual high standards of Waitrose but for me they surpassed themselves in getting it right - first time.

Some believe Waitrose is more expensive than other supermarkets but the price difference is not too significant and yet the quality is worth the extra. Coupled with welcoming staff it makes it a pleasure to shop!

Waitrose food is lovely you pay a little more at times but worth it!!! The staff are always so friendly and very helpful.

On my way to work every day, I pop into Waitrose for a Latte. And my, oh my, it is really good stuff. The staff are most courteous; a free cup each day as long as one possesses a Waitrose Card. And if spending £10 (including the coffee and paper), the paper comes free. Now isn't that a real bargain - and a treat, cos the coffee is delicious. And furthermore, there is Earl Grey Tea in the Farnham Branch. What more can anyone want!
