Good food fast service pleasant staff,

I cannot get my head around wagamama. Who wants to willingly pay good money to sit on something like a bench from a PE gym. The most uncomfortable experience that I have ever had and don't give me that it's traditional. Give me the option to sit on something more akin to a chair. The seating just detracts from the food. Sorry not for me. A park bench is even up a notch from this nonsense.

Absolutely wonderful food and service would recommend to everyone

Fresh and fast food with plenty of choice for all dietary requirements. Family friendly with high chairs and baby changing available. Can get quite loud and busy so not the place to go if you're looking for something quiet but a good stop for a lunch break while shopping.

As with all chains this is a hit and miss but 9 out of 10 times it’s a hit for me 😋 Ordered the shioshok (forget how to spell it please forgive me 🤣) chicken which has got to be my favourite dish at the moment! Really enjoyable, tasted lovely and fresh, and full of flavour. Would highly recommend!

Good food reasonable prices efficient well mannered staff

I would like to commend Gui, a member of staff, who attended to a a small accident involving a little who hurt herself. He went to great lengths to make sure she was attended to appropriately. Brilliant customer service, so good to see .

It's really overpriced for what you are getting. I got a noodle dish, and the wife got some sort of curry with rice with a skewer starter, two glasses of juice, the size you'd give toddlers if they were round to visit. Bill was £48 not sure what your paying for but it's not the quantity of food.

Nipped in for a quick lunch with 2 kids. 3 bowls of soup=£75 HAVING A LAUGH Never again!!!

Really love a Wagamama, such a varied and delicious menu with lots of healthy ingredients. Food comes whenever it's ready. Some of the starters are very pricey for what you actually get. Mains are terrific tho. Caters to all foodie preferences with good vegetarian and vegan options too. Smoothies are fantastic too.

Fast and polite service, amazing food.

Eaten for the first time and it was lovely.

Placed our order to collect 2 adult katsu curries, chicken was full of fatty gristle and unedible, we complained to staff over the phone right away and asked for them to be replaced, got to the restaurant and all they did was change over the chicken same rice same sauce so by the time we drove home it was so cold it got binned. We have been eating here and ordering here for a few years now to the point the staff know my family by first name but it will be the last, to be treated in this manner after paying out that money and to be put in the bin, I think you need a management overhaul and quick

During my recent visit to the Glasgow Fort branch of Wagamama, I noticed a discrepancy in the portion size of the chicken tikka salad compared to my previous experiences at other branches. I politely inquired about the possibility of having our meals served simultaneously, but the waiter regrettably informed me that this request could not be accommodated. I understand that restaurants strive to provide a pleasurable dining experience, and I believe that sharing a meal with loved ones is an integral aspect of that experience. Unfortunately, my friend's meal arrived promptly, while I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for mine. By the time I received my food, my friend had nearly finished eating. Additionally, the excessive noise level in the restaurant made the atmosphere quite unpleasant, prompting us to leave immediately after finishing our meal.

Love Wagamama. I have a gluten intolerance, so I am loving the new items on the gluten-free menu. Thank you 👌

Very disappointed about the change to vegan options and wish there was more addition instead of changing. The vegan "ribs" were one of the best flavours on the menu and sad to see them go, similar with other sides. This has made me less likely to go. Staff were lovely but really disappointed in this new menu.

Great selection of dishes on the menu. Vegan options which was why we chose to eat here. Friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Mains arrived before starters which was disconcerting. Had to ask 3 times for my miso soup. And then sent it back as it was tasteless. Overall the food was tasty but in my opinion a tad overpriced based on portion size.

Chilli Beef Ramen was great, Pork Gyosa tasted more like duck.

I just love the food here. My favourite is , Bang Bang coliflower and the main is Firecracker Chicken.

Food was nice but really expensive for what it was, not what I would call special, just ok. Tasty enough, nothing to complain about, but nothing amazing for the money spent either

Warm and inviting restaurant. My food was served with just a hint of a heat. I had to ask them to heat it up. This is twice it has happened.

Loved the food today, we are still working through the menu. I'm not a fan of Korean bbq taste to much like smoke water but I had the chilli chicken ramen today was the right level of heat for me loved it and they love the sides everytime we go. Just alittle slow on service for glass of water and forgot a dish but still loved it and will keep going back.

It's a bit noisy, struggled to hear conversation. Our waiter was lovely and the food is great. I tried the smoky chocolate cake for first time, it was lovely.

I know it is a chain and I normally hate that, but their vegan selection is excellent and the food is always prepared brilliantly. Staff here seem to have been here for a long time and are really nice, I think that's a good sign in itself 😃

Come into Fort Wagamamas not knowing what to expect as Ive had bad experiences in other branches and the service i received is better than any restaurant i’ve ever been in! Was greeted by incredibly polite and funny girl called Niamh with ginger hair, who was incredibly nice and efficient at her job! I usually don’t leave reviews when I go out to eat however her service alone makes me want to return! Thank you Niamh!

Great for a meal when shopping at the Fort. Been several times and it’s always been a mouth watering experience.

Really disappointed tonight went out with my partner for a meal which doesn’t happen very often but when it does we alway’s end up at Wagamama. We order the same dishes every time and we look forward to them. We ordered two chilli sirloin steak ramen’s I said it my partner repeated it after me and the waitress repeated the order to us before leaving the table. When the food arrived it was not what was ordered when I told the waitress this she was very apologetic and explained it was no longer on the menu even after confirming the order three time’s but the music was so loud we couldn’t actually hear what we were saying to each other from a cross the table to each other so maybe she just couldn’t hear and put in whatever had beef in it from the menu. We could either keep what we had or order something else, We didn’t want to be a bother so insisted it was fine but honestly the meal was a waste of money and we really didn’t enjoy it most of what was in the bowl’s weren’t eaten and it was just a disappointing experience for somewhere we usually love. We have agreed we probably won’t be back after this and can’t believe the signature dishes have been remove from the menu. Not the waitresses fault at all she was really nice and professional just unfortunate she didn’t warn us what we had ordered was removed before spending a lot of money on food that wasn’t eaten.

Too loud, can't hear anything, food average, it's somewhere you can't wait to finish and get out of.

Amazing food, great atmosphere and Lovely staff. One thousand times better than that other Japanese restaurant up the Fort that will not be named *cough* Yo Sushi *cough*. Like in all honesty the meal I had there was the best meal I'd had out in a very long time. A very long time.

£16 for 2 side items and I'm still hungry. I tried the Korean Beef Bun, couldn't tell if it was meant to be hot or cold, chicken yakitori was lovely but far too small for the price. Probably won't be back.

Ordered through deliveroo, very quick delivery, food restaurant temperature, free lemongrass tea. I was about to moan and say there wasn't a tea, but the Mrs kept me right by pointing out it was the leaves, as in to make your own. . Firecracker chicken, cracking as always as well as the duck donburri.

Had takeaway yesterday. The portion of Ramen shrank massively; beef ramen from decent stake in the past become shredded cheap piece of meat. Even bowls shrank in size. Noodles also are cheap, no thick and authentic like before. Nothing to do with Japanese cooking anymore. No flavour in broth. I used to love food here. Not anymore. One thing got bigger though: the price.

Sent back chicken teriyaki. No sauce or taste and was frozen. More shredded carrots and watercress than chicken Beef stew needed a telescope to find any meat. Not worth what they charge. Will never be back . See photo for so called beef

The food was excellent although overpriced for what was on the plate. Service from servers was fine but there was 7 of us dining and ALL 7 meals came at a different time. The biggest problem we had was the noise from the way that the bottles were disposed of. They were just being thrown in to some kind of skip every minute. Not the best when you wish a nice atmosphere when dining. Another problem was that 3 of the party asked for either a latte or a flat white only to be told that they could not make milky drinks. Needless to say I won't be hurrying back to the Fort wagamamas

Visited Wagamama for the first time this evening and have now found out what we have been missing. The food is excellent and extremely tasty. The menu needs more exploring since it was a first time visit but my wife had the Chicken Katsu curry, which seemed to be a favourite with many of the customers. I personally had the chilli chicken ramen and cannot wait to visit again and try the other ramen dishes. Staff were very helpful and very polite. Will definitely be visiting again 10/10

The food was okay. I had firecracker chicken, which had a good heat to it, but it tasted more like a simple chicken stir fry. The duck bao buns were banging though.

We had a family meal there on a visit from overseas. Service was friendly and catered to allergies very thoroughly. Loved the children’s menu and activity placemats. Food was delicious and very filling.

been here many times, and it always has been amazing. staff is outstanding, always so welcoming, and their food is probably the best wagamama so far i have been to. we been trying some Sides: korean BBQ Beef Buns, sticky vegan "ribs" (highly recommend), tama squid 🐙, ebi katsu and chicken yakitori as main we always go for : katsu chicken curry and shirodashi pork belly ramen

Had a lovely meal at Wagamama with great service. The food was faultless and tasty. Be nice if it was a little less noisy though as the sound echoes around.

Been to Wagamama on a week day a couple of times, had a great experience, however, went last Sunday after boasting about it to a friend, much to my disappointment, food was luke warm and very dry, had this dish before and it was delicious, putting it down to just how busy the restaurant was and food was thrown onto a plate in a hurry. Dont know if i would go back now, shame coz i thought i'd found the perfect place for food. Boohoo!!!

Fast Service, Staff always polite and helpful. Food is great, I love that you can be in and out of here while on the go and get the same standard no matter what. Food is consistent, staff are on the ball here. Would recommend.

I really enjoyed my food, but the service was poor. My partner received her meal 10 minutes before mine. Had to ask 3 times for 3 separate issues to be rectified. All in all the place seemed to be crying out for a decent shift manager.

Friendly enough staff but everything is so rushed not relaxed. Food arrived haphazardly..starters after mains. Gyozas fried untill dry and sad, ramen bland and overpriced. Wagamamma is not it

Over priced fast food. Wifi connection is slow. Paying through a QR online seriously over complicates the simple concept of paying a bill. Eventually ended up asking for the bill which took a further 10 mins. Won’t be back.

Great place for a quick bite to eat. Portions were generous. Great value too. The only slight issue is the seats. Not very comfortable to sit on for any length of time but wouldn't stop us returning.

My donburi with beef brisket Teriyaki Sauce was fabulous. I absolutely loved it. The service excellent, clean environment, great atmosphere, and the food served fresh from the cook to the table. Oh, my bottle Coca-Cola was awesome. A piece of home. I'm from Louisiana in United States 1st time traveling outside the country. I'd definitely come back to enjoy the food, service, and inviting atmosphere.

Went there for dinner with my family and honestly the food was terrible. The chicken donburi felt dry and tasteless yaki soba chix+prawn was tasteless and dry, lacking any flavour and there was barely any chicken or prawns. Staff inattentive asked for some extra sauce and drinks that never came. Honestly that puts me off WagaMama for good.
