Not the warmest (atmosphere wise) place to eat, Steaks usually cooked good everytime and food is of good value for money. Service is slowwwww. Last time I was there which was last Tuesday night, we were given just over an hour to eat as they were going to close which was fair. Food took 35mins to arrive at different times rather than at the same time, my fried Onions on top of my steak were barely cooked, Rib eye steak cold and pounded terribly... when it came to paying the FOH staff blamed the BOH Staff. I'd rather people just be honest rather than sugar-coat and lie. This doesn't excuse waiting 25mins for drinks! For 3 drinks including two 7 up Bottles & 1 Irn Bru or something like that. Will be back but not in a hurry.

Bought the chicken steak from here and got food poisoning and sick for a week. Why are you several old rotten meat?

Had a great experience at Bufalo Grill in Glasgow! The pizza was absolutely delicious, the grilled chicken ciabatta was packed with flavour, and the shredded chicken loaded fries were just next level 👌🏼👌🏼. Service was quick and friendly too. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for tasty food and a great vibe

Would not recommend this place at all. Had to call a waiter 3 times to place our order. Then had to wait over an hour for our food. People who came after us got their food before us. When we asked how long kept getting told our food is next which was a lie. The food was absolutely appalling both chicken burgers that we ordered were uncooked and still pink inside, when we mentioned this to staff all we got was sorry will make u another one. On top of all the staff has some attitude and didn’t even understand English, there was no customer service at all. We had 2 separate tables as there was a lot of us when asked for sauce for the other table we were told to share. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous had to ask for napkins over and over again and waitress kept bringing a few napkins only. We had to go to ask the staff members for water. When going to pay our burgers that were uncooked were still on our bill. We asked for these to be removed then staff members had the cheek to ask us for cash only which could have been mentioned when we booked or when we came in. Paid over £200 and didn’t even have the decency to apologise to us the staff member at the till was so rude to my brother. Definitely won’t be back and would not recommend buffalo grill to anyone! To be treated how we got treated was absolutely disgusting.

Took the family out for a treat and what a disaster. So unprofessional and unorganised, although we had booked and arrived on time they didn't have a space to accommodate us so we had to sit in 2 groups then it took the staff 35 minutes to acknowledge us and take our order and then it took 1 hour to get the order out to us, tables who came after us actually got their orders and finished their food before our food got to the table. With regards to the food, 2 meals that were ordered were uncooked, absolutely shocking. The chips were ok, a little over done but the mushroom sauce was terrible, absolutely tasteless. And to finish the night off when we went to pay the bill they told us it was cash only which should have been mentioned when we arrived. Which business now doesn't take card payments? Will not be going back to this place.

We had a truly awful experience at this restaurant. The steak was overcooked, & the masala steak had absolutely no flavour, it was like chewing through cardboard. The mushroom sauce was just a thick, tasteless gloop, & the peppercorn sauce was literally brown water. The only decent thing was the fries. We initially ordered some mocktails, but to our disgust, there was hair in one of them. When we told the waitress, she just stood there, completely unsure of what to do. The service was horrendous, it's clear they're seriously understaffed. It took around 30 minutes just to get one drink, and the staff had trouble understanding basic English, which led to multiple confusing exchanges. It even took two of them coming over several times to clarify the order, & they still got it wrong. To top it off, the food was disgusting, & the service was beyond frustrating. I won’t be coming back, & I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone. The meal was so bad that we couldn’t even finish it. We ended up having to leave & going somewhere else to actually eat something decent. Complete waste of time & money.

Best value halal steak in Glasgow

Love the lamb chop, chicken grill, peri chips and coleslaw. The staffs also friendly and attentive to us. Good customer service. Maybe for improvement, the light in toilet should be able to switch on manually. We were stuck in dark toilet for a while. Luckily, l brought my phone to use the light and went out :)

Best burger I’ve ever had and the margarita pizza had an exceptional cheese pull and good taste, service was extremely good very nice workers and cheap for what your getting would come again.

Placed an order online then it was cancelled. So I had to call and make my order and was not given a reason as to why they had cancelled my order online as there was 20% off applied. I then had to pay extra. No reason was given as to why my online order was cancelled. Won't be ordering from here again

it is 19:55 now, but it says delivered at 20:15, yet I haven't received my food yet.

Good place to eat. Most of the dishes are excellent, however nothing stands out as great. The steaks were cooked exactly as we asked but I think the buffalo sauce lacked a "punch", it needed something to elevate it. But overall the food was very good with various dishes ordered by our big party and all of them were very good so overall I think the consistency of quality wins. The staff are.amazing and very accommodating. They catered to a lot of our last minute requests and with a smile! The prayer rooms are the best prayers rooms I've been to in a restaurant! Also I've not come across any restaurant with proper ablution facilities. May Allah reward the owners for their efforts to cater for an important part of the Muslim faith. Overall it's a great family place which we won't hesitate to visit in the future with the family.

Delicious, the dishes were plentiful and tasty, the pizza was incredible. The staff was really friendly. If you can, remember to book before coming, there are a lot of people.

Pretty decent. Seating is a bit congested but the ambiance is good. Not a fan of the sauce but the chicken steak was awesome. Tried it along with Tandoori Roti and Mushroom fries, which were good as well. The pricing is reasonable and the staff was really pleasant and kind.

About 4/5th time. Never fails to exceed my expectations. Good is always on point. Highly recommend

Pathetic food. Ordered mixed grill, several butterfly chicken steaks and burger. Chicken was hard in every single item. Peppercorn sauce was horrible Waste of an evening and money!!

Bufalo Grill are not always wheelchair accessible. I booked a table for 8 people for a work gathering at Bufalo Grill. I made the booking a week in advance, by telephone. I also confirmed that the restaurant was wheelchair accessible and Halal, to suit the requirements of several of our group. Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were informed that the ramp, which was placed over steps to accommodate wheelchair users was "away for maintenance". This was very disappointing. When I probed for more details the member of staff stated that he didn't know what happened to the ramp and wouldn't answer any further questions. He remained silent thereafter but did apologise when I cancelled the booking. I see that they are no longer listed in a Google search for wheelchair accessible restaurants in Glasgow, which is helpful.

The food is so indian hot, but it is delicios.

Food was okay, think they need to work on specialising on dishes rather than offering a wider menu. Flavouring of the food is a bit strange but was fairly nice. Would consider trying again.

The stirloin steak was great as well as the mushroom sauce I got. A bit disappointed in the sides, the steamed vegetables were so obviously just microwaveable steamed vegetables, I was expecting something fresh. Great place for cheap steak.

It's ok..the food was ok, not great, however pricy for what you are getting. I've been to stake houses who charge similar prices but their stakes are so much and they offer much better sides. I didn't like the atmosphere, the place was empty when we visited yet they still tried to sit us on a small table in the corner..the waiters kept hanging about, they seemed a bit lost and were not very friendly. The sauce bottles on the table were dirty. The food was also served at different times so there was a wait for the last person's meal to come out. It's ok, but I won't be visiting again.

Ordered a burger without dairy as I had a strict allergy to lactose & dairy, It come with cheese on & a bun that had dairy in. I had an allergic reaction after eating the burger as I thought it didn’t have it on, Tried telling the restraunt and they did not phone me back once. I would not recommend this place

ordered a chicken burger to take away, the chicken was poorly cooked, way too much sauce, the whole burger was a dripping mess off grease and god knows what. even the chips were poorly cooked with enough salt to kill you. wouldn't recommend the following order.

don't normally leave reviews but as I haven't received a refund for my food that was not edible I feel I have to. not only was the food almost 2 hours late I had to collect from the vehicle. honestly the worst service and food I've ever had, shame as i can see bad reviews before and I assumed people just being complainers and I still gave this place a chance. wish I never wasted £25 to get half an order that was freezing cold late and don't start me on the "milkshake" which was a blended banana.

We (2 pax) ordered buffalo grill special pizza, ribs & chicken wings for our food. Coming from Southeast Asia, we would say that we hit the jackpot with the pizza in term of spiciness, cheese and crust. The ribs are worth the money with 5 decent sized pieces at £7.95, the only thing is had it been slightly more tender, it would have been perfect. We love the wings too. Overall based on our experience tonight, we would give this place 5 out of 5. As a plus point, the premise has a cozy prayer room and wudu area so that Muslims dont have to rush dinner to go back and catch our prayers. We will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends when they visit Glasgow.

The driver did not use the correct code to ring the flat once inside the building. After waiting, I went down to meet him and collect the order.

Please avoid, do not waste your money and time , first time tried it and the food is frozen not fresh , over priced. The cashier asked how was the food and I told him not good at all and then he asked me what was wrong and I told him everything.

Badly disappointment and frustrated with the service I received during my recent order placed at Bufalo Grill on 10/04/24 at approximately 7:00 PM. To begin with, the experience was marred by the constantly changing delivery times. Initially provided with an estimated delivery time of 8:50 PM, I eagerly anticipated the arrival of my meal. However, as the evening progressed, the delivery time was repeatedly pushed back, reaching an astonishing 11:05 PM. This inconsistency and lack of adherence to the initially provided delivery time are completely unacceptable and left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. In an attempt to gain clarity and reassurance, I reached out to the store directly. To my dismay, I was assured that my food would be delivered within the next 7 minutes. Regrettably, this assurance turned out to be false, as I continued to wait until 9:50 PM, a full two hours past the promised delivery time, without any sign of my order. The hunger and frustration experienced by myself and my family as a result of this prolonged wait were simply intolerable. Waiting for over two hours for a meal, only to ultimately cancel it due to extreme delays, is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of your establishment. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE YO ANYONE IF THEY ARE IN HURRY...

I recently dined here and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. Not only did the food take an eternity to arrive, but when it finally did, it was utterly flavorless. It's baffling how a dish could lack any semblance of taste, as if the chef forgot to add seasoning altogether. The long wait only added insult to injury. Save your time and taste buds by avoiding this establishment at all costs.

Went on Saturday evening was surprisingly quiet. The bufalo grill pizza was nice, maybe extra beef toppings would make it taste better. Their steak is one of a kind, do try if you like tasting varies types of steak. Friendly staff and quick service.

We came here on the way to our trip to Aberdeen as a stop and I am so glad we did. The food was amazing, as was the service. We loved it all so much that we also planned a visit on the way back from Aberdeen! Will definitely visit again if the chance ever arises!

Just one issue, the order I placed comes with 4 sides but I only received one. Admittedly, just eats only allowed me to chose one.

Really good quality meat - we had burgers (loaded and classic) and the chicken special masala meal (pictured). Meat was really tasty and all the sauces available, served with tandoori roti, salad, spicy rice. Would definitely come back. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. Excellent value also.

The price was too expensive for the amount of the sides get much more tastier and portion of chips in KFC at half of the price

Mix grill platter was good value for money, but the side dish of chips £ 2.95 was a ridiculous price for the quality of chips! Or any other side dishes.

Me and my friend came here for the first time and had a great experience. Friendly customer service and the food was flavourful and good portion sizes. Prices were reasonable also. Would highly reccomend and will definitely be coming back soon!

The burger in town. Please please try their beef melt. It is highly underrated, this is the juiciest beef burger in town. It just melts in your mouth and gives you perfect taste. You’d forget every other burger in glasgow after eating this one.

Booked a table here for Xmas day with a family of 10+ Easily accommodated, the food from starters to mains came quick and everything was fresh and piping hot. 100% would recommend this place to anyone to give it a go. Staff were really friendly

Went for steaks with 2 of my friends. Ordered the steaks, and the food was out in 15 minutes but it was cold. The steaks were cold. The washrooms were so dirty as well. Very disappointed

Too much sauce in the burger. Soggy. Chips were not chunky, just normal fries, incorrectly sold. Starwberry Milkshake was not sweet enough. Not enough flavour and syrup.
