When we went in this Saturday evening (24th August, around 9pm) we were met with a cold atmosphere to begin with, with the waitress clearly not wanting to be there, which likely led to the negligence we experienced. Both me and my partner are vegetarians, I have been for 5 years, and we are well versed in vegetarian eating out. We ordered our meals correctly, they were repeated back to us in a rushed manner and that was that. I am not hard of hearing, and I would’ve thought that when everything that was ordered was veggie, someone would certainly double check if they thought meat had been ordered. Our food came out, and with the quality of vegetarian options at wagamamas from previous visits, I thought nothing of it and ate my meal. When I came to read the bill, I saw that in place of what I had ordered was the duck option for the meal. This is not a mistake that can in any way be taken lightly. I feel physically sick after what has happened, and knowing that it was someone else’s negligence that has caused it makes it so much worse. I have no problem with wagamamas as a brand, and all my previous experiences have been good, but I won’t be returning. As two people working in the customer service and hospitality industry, these are the very basics, and it’s simply not good enough. I just hope that your training practices are improved upon, as there are clearly gaps that require attention.

Food was fantastic as always but staff tonight (28/06/2024) were absolutely fantastic. Would like to thank Hannah and Shannon for their hospitality and kindness, but my extra special thanks goes to the waitress who’s name I regretfully did not get, who kept talking to my 2 year old daughter throughout, and at the end giving her the dinosaur keyring that Florence had become infatuated by. It really did make her day and it was such a humble and kind thing to do. The world is a better place for people like you. Great team who made it a special experience. Cheers to you all!

Our starter was tempura prawns which was OK, my girlfriend had Katsu chicken for main, chicken was over-cooked, sauce wasn't very nice & rice was sticky, even though she ordered it not to be. I had Kobi noodles with chicken & prawns, mine was OK. The only saving grace was the service which was good. I wouldn't recommend it.

Such a lovely experience as always and the nice weather makes it even better ! The new items on the menu are absolutely great and the service was so friendly! My friend gets really anxious eating out and the server , daisy made her laugh and feel comfortable, which I am very grateful for !

Valentine’s Day dinner, so very busy as expected but fantastic customer care and focus - superb food especially the Pad Thai and the ginger-infused white chocolate cheeecake which is a fine favourite with us. Special recognition to Eesha, who was always focused on ensuring the best possible experience for us throughout our evening, and enhanced what was a very pleasurable dinner experience!

We visited with 4 and were welcomed friendly and guided to a table. Jax was responsible for us. We received the food menu’s and a drink one. We ordered a few side dishes and a main. I opted for a new one, the Hot Pot Beef Teriyaki. And also a side with prawn rolls. As expected we ate the sides together. These also consisted of Cauliflower, Beans/Broccoli and sliced mushroom. I am not a mushroom fan at all, but these were delicious. The Hot Pot was very nice too. I might order it again, next time. The visit was very pleasant, in a nice atmosphere and with a great service. It is very good the food is served when ready. So, when it is at its best. The fact that we receive(d) the main dishes at a different moment is no issue, as there are side dishes to nibble from. We will return.

Wagamama Lincoln really rocks. The team are superb at handling a queue and getting the tables turned-over. The restaurant was really busy. Great welcome, prompt order taken, drinks were delivered quickly and our outstanding food followed on. Despite being so busy, the service did really well, took a few minutes to engage with our granddaughter, was friendly and there when we needed them. The food as always was outstanding.

Wagamama in Lincoln is a delightful surprise for anyone who enjoys great food. While I'm not a connoisseur of Japanese cuisine, the dishes here genuinely impressed me. Waited to get sat down. Restaurant did not look at capacity, so confused as to why there was a queue outside. We were then sat somewhere where the sun was directly in our faces. We ordered our food, then asked to move because the sun was in our face. We were told we could, but because we'd ordered our food already, it might go to someone else who sat in our current seat. We decided to stay put. Our food arrived and not once did someone ask if the food was ok. The meal was not up to the usual standard and our ramen broth was watery compared to usual. Our food was then cleared without asking if it was ok. We then sat for 15 minutes without anyone asking if we wanted dessert or the bill. We got up and paid at the till, without anyone asking if we had a good meal. Very poor customer service on this occasion, and left dissatisfied.

Date of dining 11.07.23 I’ve been here a couple of times and I have to admit I’m not a fan, I’ve always found the food to be tasteless. However I had an all4one voucher given to me by my employer, we chose to give wagamamas another try as it had been a couple of years since we’d visited in the past. The bill came to just a little over £50, again disappointed with the tasteless food but hey it was a free meal (or so we thought) so it didn’t bother us, it was just nice to get out. Upon paying the bill we were served by the manager who told us quite frankly that the card would not work, that they have loads of problems with them and it’s always happening. She scanned it twice on my request and she was right, it didn’t work. I asked her why she was allowing customers to dine at the restaurant without pre warning about these cards either via their social media platforms or by giving customers the common decency to let us know before we ordered just incase, to save people having the misfortune like myself of going out for what would be believed to be a free meal to then having to pay for it especially if they couldn’t afford it, and her reply was”oh yeah that’s a good idea I never thought of that”. After a couple of minutes of expressing my annoyance & her speaking to her manager, I was still told I’d have to pay the balance. So now I’ve come to check the card the next day and it appears I’ve paid not just once with my own money, but twice as they’ve cleared the £50 balance which was on the card. To me, wagamamas are pulling the wool over their customers eyes. This could have easily been avoided.

As usual the food was fragrant and tasty and you can sit outside as a bonus with a beautiful view and the cherry on the cake was the service by our waiter Jax who couldn't have been more helpful and attentive

Great location, great food and fabulous service by Jack and Maitre Di Sophie. The Bayford Wharf in Lincoln is well worth a visit.

Food was delicious although part of it never turned up so had to chase for that after I had finished the main meal. Bit of a shame. Beer is second to none….. absolutely beautiful. The service however was kind of strange, the waitress, although pleasant enough was quite awkward and made us feel a little uncomfortable. Apart from that not a bad evening!

Had a great time as always at the Lincoln branch, staff are always so friendly and happy to help especially when it comes to my nut allergy, making me feel totally safe. Venue is always kept up to a great standard too and are great at handling when there is a wait for seating! (Will always recommend the fab pad thai!)

When I order a meal of prawns & chicken in my dish,I expect to get more than 3 prawns & sad bits of chicken!for the prices you charge I expect my moneys worth!,i.had to complain to a server who then bought me 5 cooked prawns,afrer id finished my meal!you can tell your standards have slipped over time,some of your staff look scruffy & dirty!. Sort it out Wagamamas !

Service was awful even by wagamama non-l existant standards. Waited forever for one half of the order, server was awkwardly clearing the table whilst we were still eating then found a hair in my food. Also insanely expensive, just terrible in every way possible bar the food itself which is generally pretty tasty.

Greeted by Abbie-Great service and amazing sense of humour. She kept checking everything was ok for us. Highly recommend Lincoln wagamamas and their food was hot and delicious. Thanks Abbie we will be back!

Excellent food and service. Abbie was brilliant. We had a lovely meal following visiting family in Lincoln and Abbie made us feel welcome and looked after us throughout our meal.

Absolutely fabulous service and food. Very reasonably priced. This is one of our regular haunts before the Odeon- the Sirloin Steak Noodle Broth is out of this world. Give it ago I cant recommend it highly enough.

Food was delicious and not too expensive but a special review is definitely needing for a Miss hattie! Her service would great & her recommendations was absolutely delicious everything was fab! Was definitely a great meal with great service 100/100

Just had a lovely evening with a group of 10 friends at this restaurant. They explained that food came out whenever it was ready, which we knew about. We ordered sides, which came out fairly quickly to keep us going, and then meals one by one. Everyone enjoyed their meal, no complaints at all. We all had desserts as well, which were all very good, though one did get forgotten, but they were genuinely apologetic and quickly brought another. The atmosphere was good, the staff very friendly and helpful and the location on the wharf made it all the better.

Visited here Saturday night. We ordered an assortment of starters and mains and shared between four of us. We had to wait a while to be seated but this can be expected for a Saturday night city restaurant. The only thing I find odd is the seats on the benches I find you are too close to other couples or people. There isnt much privacy on these types or seats if you want it. The food came and it was delicious and had no complaints. The views of the water are also brilliant. I'll definitely come back and visit again

Called here 5-30 ish ordered together food came 7 minutes apart my wife had eaten hers by the time mine came. Complained to supervisor he said that’s the way it is there . Won’t call again spoiled the whole experience .

Think of the very cheapest meal to produce, ingredients: vegetable stock, three very small pieces of bacon (we'll call it belly pork) a bit of cabbage leaf ,noodles, some spices, (ooh that looks a bit meagre, better add half a hard boiled egg). Give it an exotic name that will fool the punters "Ramen" that should be good for a handsome profit. Seriously this is a very simple Japanese dish with an ingredients cost of a probably less than one pound.

We visited this restaurant early evening and the place was packed. We had a few minutes wait, however this did not matter to us as it is a sign of good food etc. and we were in no rush.Our servers, and greeter were quite friendly and our food served well on time. We enjoyed our meals, which were expertly cooked and very tasty. Despite being very busy there was no pressure on for re-use of the table and after finishing our drinks we left in good spirits. The only downside we felt , was considering the type of meals , we do feel it is a bit overpriced, and not great value for money hence the 4dots not five.

Found this lovely wharf by exploring along the river. Have been to Lincoln a few times and never knew this place existed! Wagamama is in an ideal position with views across the wharf and outdoor seating in fine weather. The menu has improved with more options as the last time I went to Wagamama some years ago I had a noodle soup like dish which never made me want to rush back. I am now looking forward to visiting Lincoln again and would definitely revisit this restaurant.

A friend and I stopped in on a whim and neither of were unhappy about our visit. The Ramen I tried was flavorful and rich and the dumplings were delicious as well. It was a little busy but we were seated quickly and the wait staff was friendly.

Went to have a pre-cinema meal (2 couples) here and the whole experience was a shambles! Ordered 3 starters, 4 mains and 4 drinks. We are aware that food comes out as it’s ready which is fine. The first ‘error’ was that we were told there was no red wine at all!! Picked an alternative drink. The 2 large bottles of lager were delivered to the table warm ... when we complained we were just told ‘they didn’t have any chilled ones’! These were sent back and an alternative chilled one offered. 2 of the starters came out and were eaten. Then the mains started coming out. The chilli king prawn and kimchee ramen was tasteless and had 5 prawns in it! Would expect more in a main course. One of the mains was not what was ordered and we were told by the manager that the waiter had put the wrong order through and the replacement dish would be 3 minutes and would be taken off the bill. At this point the 3rd starter arrived! 25 minutes later the missing main had still not arrived and we had to chase it up. It did eventually arrive after everyone had finished. We were offered free desserts or drinks at the end of our meal but we were already late for the cinema so just asked for the bill. The manager brought our bill and said they hadn’t charged for the 3 starters or the late main course as compensation. The bill was £90!! Looking at it there were several items on there that we hadn’t had ... when we told the manager what we had ordered he went away and came back apologising and said our bill had been added onto the previous bill and blamed the WiFi!! We eventually were given a bill for £47 and told that was less than it should have been (like he was doing us a favour!) ... will not be returning!!

Lovely location for a warm evening on the Brayford Pool. Good food, good service, modern decor. Recommend the chicken donburi.

Love the food here and the service is always great with friendly waiting staff even when it is busy. My only gripe is you cannot book a table for parties less than 6

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal here. The menu is varied and there were lots of dishes that I wanted to try. The cod with black noodles was fantastic. It was a good sized portion and very tasty. I chose my food and explained I have food allergies. Only managers are allowed to take food orders from customers with allergies. This was really impressive as they had such a huge knowledge of the menu and ingredients. I have visited many restaurants but this has to be the most impressive ever for the way they treat customers with allergies. I hadn't even mentioned my allergies when ordering ice cream as it never occurred to me that there could be an issue for me but they had made a note of what I couldn't eat and excluded it from the ice cream. Staff were friendly too. I couldn't fault the staff in any way. Would definitely recommend this place.

As usual, the food at Wagamama’s has been excellent; the service however was very disappointing. Our drinks order was incorrect, however rectified; further drinks were forgotten with no apology or rectification when brought to the attention of the waiter.

We visited here as a family of 4. The atmosphere was relaxed and the service friendly. The food was good though the £100 bill seemed overpriced. We each had a main and a side order and we had drinks. We enjoyed our meals but each of us said that we’d had better. This is, of course personal preference. For my dishes, the raw salad was light on all ingredients except the lettuce. The Avant Gard’n dish was tasty and as described. The meat dishes were fine. I’m not sure I’d rush to go back as a family as it was an expensive Sunday afternoon meal. However, I would recommend others to visit. A mixed review!

My daughter and I had to be downtown and decided, after a walk through the city, to visit Wagamama for a lunch. We were guided to our table after a friendly welcome. We received our menus and could order our drinks a few minutes after. We were allowed time to have a look and decide what to order. A few new dishes were offered. We ordered:

Love Wagamamas in Lincoln. Right on the Brayford looking out over the water. Busy on a Friday evening but we had booked. Don’t think you can normally book but I emailed them and requested as there was 9 of us and it was a 13 year olds birthday celebration and this is her very favourite restaurant so wanted to ensure a table. No problem, they booked us in and sent a confirmation email. Lovely food. I always have firecracker chicken as it is fresh and tasty. Good time had by all and all our favourites, katsu curry, ramen and of course firecracker chicken went down very well.

We have eaten at Wagamama in numerous locations and generally found the food to be very good. The Lincoln Wagamama is no exception and enjoys an excellent location right on the Brayford waterfront.

Quick & friendly service, brief descriptions of food enquired of. Speedy delivery of meals. Meals were lovely presented & flavoursome with seasonings & mild spices!! Only thing for me was price of meals & portion size!! Pleased to of tried it though!!!

The concept is an interesting difference to a lot of other local eateries. To be fair it wasn't my cup-of-tea. That said the service was great the food was good and overall not too over priced. It's not somewhere I would go out of my way to visit again, although, I would suggest if you haven't tried it and your feeling a bit adventurous, give it a go.

Family group of five, for a special occasion. Good was brilliant no issues with that at all. Waitress was really helpful and attentive and the place itself was clean and tidy.

Good food and friendly service although no non-alcoholic beers available and not a large selection of soft drinks (I don’t like to pay £2.75 for a bottle of water). Food comes when ready so you might end up eating a main ahead of a side but if you plan ahead by ordering only sides and then have an additional order of mains, your party should be able to eat together. I would eat there again.

Firstly just want to start by saying, this place is our first try at Wagamamas and the dining in experience was great! Food doesn’t come out at the same time, but you’re only talking a couple of minutes difference. Everything reasonably priced and tasty. My only criticism here was that I would’ve preferred my dish to have a lot less rice, there was too much in comparison to how much meat/veg you get.

We had meaning to visit Wagamamas for a while and thought we would take the opportunity whilst in Lincoln. The restaurant has lovely view out on to the water. We really enjoyed the food we had here and felt there was lots of variety. The staff were all very friendly. I would have preferred it if they could bring the main courses together as we had quite a wait between getting our meals.

Been to the Lincoln Wagamama twice now and both times have been amazing! Food was great as always and couldn’t ask for better staff, the waiter was very patient and kind with us both times we went there, first time with my friend and second time with my partner. Service was quick like usual and the food tasted amazing.

Me and my boyfriend ordered like 4 starters and two mains between us. He loves the place but it was my first time. The starters do not all come out at the same time, however the chilli squid and prawn skewers starters were incredible and would recommend them to everyone. I had a chicken katsu curry, but if I'm honest I am not a big fan of the sticky rice (that's just my personal opinion). The fresh fruit juice I had to accompany my meal was delicious.

Je ne vais pas m’étendre, mais ce resto est vraiment superbe. Niveau ambiance, il est assez basique, rien de bien extraordinaire. Par contre, au niveau culinaire.... il m’a fait tomber à la renverse ! Nous avons tous adoré ! C’est d’autant plus appréciable que le prix du repas est contenu .

Selected by my Granddaughter for her birthday meal. First time I have been to a Wagamma, The staff were superb, on arrival we needed a ground floor table due to wheelchair, Sorted within 5 mins. Mike the waiter was excellent, let us decide then gave us details of each dish, making sure we knew what we were ordering. Food arrived quickly & everyone had great food. We also had desserts which were to die for. OK it's not the cheapest but I would definitely visit again.

Good selection of dishes to choose from. Very tasty different food. Great place to eat overlooking Bradford. Suitable for all ages.

First time, so tried the only dish I had heard of - Pad Thai. OK. Not sure what a good one should taste like. Enjoyed the crispy prawns with chilli dip I had first. Staff very friendly and great service.

Tried a different dish but it's pretty bland as the others were. The food lacks seasoning or flavour (except the Katsu) yet with such varied dishes on offer you would think flavour was of the utmost importance. Needed to use the soy sauce and chilli oil bottles on the table to improve the taste. Becoming disappointed with Wagas overall

We visited wagamama lincoln yesterday, I’ve been to this one a few times, but it never really leaves me feeling like I’ve had a good meal. We ordered two ramens, but neither of them had much taste to them! Their really tight on the meat I had the beef brisket ramen and it was so mushy :( and the prawns were chewy. And very VERY oily! Not very warm either . Wasn’t pleased at all. I won’t be going back in a hurry. On the plus note the staff were amazing . Couldn’t help us enough and were so so friendly

Nice setting and good food. The staff are usually really nice and helpful too. I’ve been at least 10 times but on my last visit it was quite quiet but service was really slow.

Very disappointed!!! Visited for the first time last night for date night with my husband. We have wanted to visit wagamama for sooo long and though we would finally get dressed up and visit. ....really wish we hadn't to be honest!! When we got there we gave our name and had a 10-15 minute wait which we didn't mind (but the entrance was very crowded and the heater was directly blowing on us very Very warm! (To say this place has just been refurbished they should've really thought about a better waiting area!) We were called to our table and were shocked to have to sit on shered benches in very close proximity to our fellow guests (I found this very uncomfortable) ordered our drinks and then our food which we hadn't really a clue what was what as we'd never been but ordered starters and a main....the main came before the starters! And were then told unless we ordered it as a starter the food would all cone together....why put it on the menu as a starter if it doesn't come as a starter?? My husband's starter was not to either of our tastes and my husband ate his to 'save face' as it came rare and cold...assuming it would be warm and different to what it was...menu wasn't very clear. Mine was ok but very oily!!...as I found when the oil dropped all on my new skirt and stained it! The mains were a katsu chicken curry...the chicken was extremely tough and chewy!! And the rice very bland. I swapped with my husband who had the noodles and chicken...Very bland and again very oily! I barely ate much of it. The waiter asked if it was ok as they do...My reply was a little hazy...shrugged shoulders and an 'its ok'. The waiter never asked anymore...I felt daft complaining with having strangers so close beside me so we just paid and left and both of us said we would not return again unfortunately. Very very disappointing!

Always enjoy the food at this place. It comes out quick and always tastes incredible. It's really nice overlooking the Bayford too. Recommended dish is the chilli squid.

This is my local Wagamama like most locals I’ve given it a miss as we didn’t like the fact it took up a large chunk of the Brayford a historically important water way/pool/mooring area. That said the view from inside were very impressive.

Yummy food, great service. Helpful waitress helped us with out meal choices. Complimentary green tea is a nice touch too.

Stopped off at Wagamamas after a day out shopping, nice restaurant and very pleasant staff. Food was beautiful, my partners said her Pad Thai was very nice and I had Yaki Soba, my only complaint was not enough chicken and prawns in mine but all being said still fab food.

Organize my birthday party here. Really nice and beautiful ramen. The atmosphere is so comfortable with a spectacular view of the wharf. Will come back soon 👍👍👍

Visited with 3 other family members. Location was lovely on the river bank, overlooking the boats. Warm welcoming on arrival. Food cane very fast and fresh as always and tasted amazing. Enjoyed by all.

Tuvimos una comida aquí con mi esposa y mi hija y encontramos la comida muy suave. El raman de pollo era solo una enorme pieza plana de pollo en un poco de agua caliente con un montón de fideos sin sabor. El plato de fideos fritos que tuve con pollo y langostinos tenía tan pocas piezas de pollo y langostinos que era ridículo. Sí, es un restaurante de cadena, pero al menos sirve algo que se describe en el menú. Pobre espectáculo No volveremos ni iremos a sus restaurantes otra vez.

El sitio en la piscina de Brayford es encantador. Hacemos un fin de semana temprano por la noche, así que está ocupado y generalmente tenemos que esperar unos 20 minutos para conseguir una mesa, pero el servicio siempre ha sido muy rápido y amable con la espera de comida corta.

Pedí un plato de calamares y la galleta de fuego de pollo. . . llegó el fuego de la galleta y después de unos 5 minutos se informó que el plato de calamar no estaba disponible. . . Inmediatamente me ofreció un arranque alternativo en la casa. Con lo que estaba más que feliz.

Honestly, a really fantastic meal out with the family. The menu choices are great, prompt service, friendly staff and our waiter Mike - brilliant! The food was just amazing, fresh flavours and definitely will be back...

Visité Wagamama por primera vez para almorzar con mi madre de 82 años y mi amiga que había terminado en Australia. Nos saludó una señora encantadora que nos mostró nuestra mesa, es una pena que no haya preguntado por su nombre porque me impresionó que notara que mi madre estaba un poco incómoda sentada en un banco y ofreció otra mesa que tenía una silla. . Estábamos un poco inseguros acerca de qué pedir, J - J sirvió nuestra mesa, no puedo elogiarlo lo suficiente, se sentó con nosotros y explicó el menú, preguntó qué nos gustaba e hizo sugerencias, explicando los ingredientes de los platos, fue paciente y un tipo encantador, todos comentamos sobre el excelente servicio y su vasto conocimiento de los menús. La comida estaba fresca, los chefs estaban encantados de satisfacer los requisitos dietéticos y eliminaron un par de ingredientes de los platos. La comida era fresca, limpia, caliente y deliciosa. Menús vegetarianos y veganos están disponibles, como vegetariano disfruté los udon fideos salteados con verduras, tofu y semillas de sésamo. Definitivamente vamos a visitar de nuevo. ¡Muy recomendable!

The staff here are more interested in themselves rather than looking after their customers. I've been to a few wagamamas and the staff are really friendly, but here the staff are uninterested.

We love the food in Wagamama and visit quite often. We just moved near Lincoln so we will probably be regulars:)

Primera visita a Wagamama's. No sabía qué esperar. El servicio fue rápido, pero el lugar estaba vacío a las 12 de un lunes. Por lo que era, lo consideraba caro, ya que tres de nuestro grupo de cuatro tenían el té verde de cortesía. La comida era normal. Yo diría que este es el tipo de lugar de una persona más joven.

Although we only stop here for some drinks, the staff was very friendly and the place is really good, particularly if it's a sunny day and we can be outside, near the river. For sure a place to come back

I've been to other Wagamama's, as well as this one, and tonight is probably the worst experience that I've had. The server didn't hear me say multiple times that I'm gluten free. Luckily, my partner spotted that my pad Thai wasn't correct (there were no prawns in it), and we told another passing server. It wasn't put through as gluten free at all. Luckily, I just avoid gluten...this could have been a dangerous thing to anybody with an allergy or coeliacs. As they had to remake it, my food arrived as the rest of my family were finishing theirs. The restaurant filled up soon after we arrived, and they seemed exceptionally short of staff, and even our original server didn't know the menu,as well as I noticed somebody in a front of house tshirt helping to cook in the kitchen. The kitchen staff all appeared rushed off their feet and not particularly happy. When we ordered desserts (the only gluten free choices mainly being ice cream), I think that they had to go find a cow for mine, because, again, my family were long finished with theirs before mine arrived, so I ended up having to share with my toddler. This restaurant seems in need of reminding of what Wagamama's is supposed to be like, and more aware of what customer care is.

This branch of wagamama really doesn't seem to keep to the recipes that other restaurants use. I have been twice now and ordered dishes that I have had many times before, but they have been completely different. Today I ordered a ramen and the broth was so spicy that I couldn't eat it. They also used the wrong type of toppings - I just assumed that they had run out of the other ones and not told me. However when I asked, I was told that they did have the correct toppings but just hadn't used them... why?? They seem to do their own thing here, so if you're looking for something you've had before, don't expect to find it here.

Had Lunch here when dropping daughter off at Uni. I had the Katsu Curry really enjoyed it . One of my better experiences at Wagamama.

Visited here for the first time and was most impressed , location is fab, staff very pleasant, food came very quickly and the food was delicious, full of flavour and nicely presented, certainly will be returning again in the near future.

The pad Thai made gluten free was nothing like what I remember, it tasted bitter and dull. The gluten free crispy duck was simply wrapped in lettuce leaves which I wouldn't have minded but it didn't have any hoisin sauce that I recognised and just tasted salty. Is it really that difficult for you to cook gluten free without it feeling like a poor man's alternative for the same price

As expected from A Wagamama, we received our food quickly. It was fresh and tasty. The waiter was friendly and provided fantastic service too.

Had a super lunch overlooking the quayside at this Wagas. Staff were friendly and attentive and the food excellent.

Dropped in here as such a lovely location overlooking the water, very prompt service, great fresh cooked food. Really enjoyed it. Good service too. Highly recommended

Love it here been twice and the food is deli plus , need a happy hour thou and then it would be fantastic as drink are a bit pricey

I’m a frequent visitor to lincoln wagamamas and usually it’s 5* all round but I’ve been twice this week and it’s been two completely different standards! Same meal both times (kare buso ramen and yasai gyoza) my traditional order, I wanted to try something different but on both occasions staff couldn’t tell me what the protein was in the new vegatsu curry, so I stayed safe. On Wednesday when I had it, the gyozas were burnt and the tofu was hard fried tofu, with no crispy coating and hollow in the middle?! By Sunday lunch time the standard was back up to 5* food again... I’ve found this has happened before, but off days seem to be a little more frequent lately, what’s going on wagamamas Lincoln?

Always nice just not great ambiance anymore. Overly loud music with less attention to detail. Staff are absolutely fabulous though.

We passed by in Lincoln and decided going for a lunch at Wagamama's . Were welcomed friendly and guided to a table, upstairs, outside. Very nice with the sunshine.

Very nice food and very tasty. Staff service was good. Be aware you could be sat with others on a large table and food is cooked and brought out when ready so you may get and eat food at different times.

Visited on a Wednesday night and sat outside. Waiter was JoeJoe or JoJo I believe?

Every time we visit here, we have a fantastic time. The food is lovely and plentiful, and the service is always on point. Today was no exception.

Visited after strolling in Lincoln. Unplanned and therefore not any expectations (beside having a meal). Got seated outside and got service promptly. All four of us was happy what we got and to of us with experience from Japan only had good things (like genuine) to say about the food.

This chain restaurant seems to serve fairly consistently high standard food. In this case it is improved by the decking seating the edge of the wharf.

Another excellent meal at wagamama. The usual casual, friendly service, in a pleasant informal atmosphere at reasonable prices.

Japanese food is my favourite, however, I prefer to go to independent restaurants rather than western chains. Sadly, this is all we have left in Lincoln now (without driving to Ethan's) since the end of Kashi a few years back. The food is generally pretty nice, nothing that blows you away though, and for what you get the pricing is very high. My last meal from there was take out a couple of days ago, I ordered the chili squid to start and then a yasai pad thai. The squid was really nice as usual (although dry, I'm thinking that was because it was take out though, so I'll let them off with this), a firm favourite of mine, and although the pad thai was very tasty it was very bland so i had to add a lot of soy and only had 4 small pieces of tofu in the whole bowl! I of course will go back as i have no other places to go to within the city to have japanese food, however, it's sad that charge so much for what they give you, comes across as a greedy corporation above the satisfaction of it's customers.

Went to wagamama for the third time and the service could have been better, I understand that the employee that was serving us was new so took her a while to get her around it but I was rushed into finishing my glass of wine so she could clear my glass away, a little bit unprofessional and ruined it for me.

Received amazing customer service from Serge and Chelsea when we visited. After having our meals bought at very different times, both members of staff were very accomodating and apologetic, meaning that will definitely return. Our food was very tasty, especially the spicey prawn side dish.

Food was great. As a veggie I love that Wagamama is PROPER veggie unlike other chains such as nandos etc where they dont have separate prep areas. Staff always friendly and helpful. Food great and restaurant clean

Waited 10 minutes for a seat, staff very welcoming and freindly. Lovely Location, and the food was top notch!
