What a fab place. Amazing food. Great service. Fun and nice interior. And fair prices. Well done Thai Marina.

The food was excellent. Very clean . Lunch time was extremely quiet. Staff very slow though to serve us yet knly two couples in there.

Lovely Restaurant, friendly, speedy service and very nice food. Ordered set menu B which was more than enough for two people. Very reasonably priced. Visited on a Tuesday night which was quiet so unfortunately lacked a little atmosphere but everything else made up for it. Would definately visit again.

Went for meal with daughter. Asked to leave table so other group could eat. Was going to have 2nd bottle of wine. Left disappointed won't return.

Not good experience with service. One of the waitress manifested rush, impolite and unkind in front of kids. She seemed to carry her life “story” to the serving environment. Luckily another younger waitress served us very nicely and peacefully. Thanks for her kindness, kids felt better. Otherwise we had to leave in the middle of dinner.

Había una mosca muerta en uno de nuestros platos que estaba sobre la mesa. Una de las damas ayudó a cambiarlo por otro. Había una mosca/insecto volando sobre nuestras cabezas durante todo el tiempo que tuvimos nuestra comida. Había otro insecto que cayó sobre nuestra mesa y se lo mostré al personal. La experiencia más sorprendente y decepcionante fue que uno de los caballeros que nos atendía nos aseguraba que esto no es motivo de preocupación y que han estado proporcionando alimentos de "calidad" durante los últimos 15 años sin ningún remordimiento. Incluso continuó diciendo que esto es común y nos hizo imaginar a la gente comiendo afuera enfrentando peores experiencias que en las suyas.

There was a dead fly in one of our plates that was on the table. One of the ladies helped change it for another one. There was a fly/insect flying over our heads throughout the time we had our food. There was another insect which fell on our table which I showed to the staff. The most surprising and disappointing experience was that one of the gentlemen servicing us kept assuring us that this is not a subject of worry and they have been providing 'quality' food for the last 15 years without any remorse. He even went on to say this is common and had us imagine people eating in the out facing worse experiences than at theirs.

Everything was perfect except they have limited time and the waitress ask us to leave when it is only 2pm!

Cuatro amigos se conocieron mientras un tipo quería probar la experiencia. Experiencia era la palabra con la que una camarera caminaba con una cara larga y el camarero parecía estar ocupado de otra manera. Pedimos nuestras comidas y cuando llegó era solo líquido fino con un poco de pollo en él sabía que mal la mayor parte de él quedó. El camarero no paraba de intentar vendernos cerveza cara. Nunca volverá. Y para colmo, dos personas tienen problemas estomacales. Se le ha advertido.

A brilliant Thai restaurant. The best I have had outside of Thailand. The service was fantastic but its the food that is the star of the show. I highly recommend.

Wow!The food as absolutely Delicious! If you fancy Thai food, go here. It's become our favorite restaurant, shame we have to travel an hour for it bit willing to just to have their food.

Delicious food with fresh ingridientsand bold flavors

The main meal was tasty, good flavour. The fishcakes are spongy but good flavour. We were the first in at opening time. The initial greeting was not warm or welcoming. I asked for my dish to be spicy and was told to order something else. I stuck with my choice. The service staff changed after a little while and it was much better with the second person, warm and gracious. Enjoyed our food.

This review is our opinion. We had a meal here at 7pm on Friday night in January. There was two of us and the restaurant became busy around 7.30 onwards. This is a large open restaurant typical of the type you would see in this kind of setting with many chain restaurants nearby. We went for a set menu for 2 , menu b, plenty of food which felt freshly cooked, nice starter selection, and a nice mains selection with a soup also included. We were full by the end and really enjoyed the busy atmosphere and delicious food. We are not experts on Thai food, but everything we had was full of flavour. We are based north of Lincoln and felt the 25 minute drive was worth it with a multi storey car park nearby which after 6pm was £4.50 for the night. Will visit again I am sure

I have attended as both a vegetarian and a meat eater and thoroughly enjoyed my meals on both occasions. There were great veggie options and all dishes were of a good size and super tasty. And the value for money was great too.

Near the end as we were preparing to leave, a young man asked what perfume I was wearing and couldn't remember all of them but did show them the second in this list: ● Super milk [smells like lemon, is for hair] - Lush ● Bella Vanilla - Beauty Outlet ● Taskeen Caramel Caskade - Paris Corner ● Follow - Kerosene ● Midnight Magic - Miss So...? ● Palmers Cocoa Butter [solid] Some are expensive however I buy the sample sizes that are cheaper and easier to travel with. Entorno atractivo. Gran comida muy bien presentada. Mucha elección. Buena relación calidad-precio. Recomiendo en particular la placa de compartir 19 para comenzar. Vale la pena pedir el menú de postres también. Definitivamente volvería.

Acogido desde el momento en que pisamos el restaurante. No habíamos reservado y nos consiguieron una mesa en cuestión de minutos. Muy bien decorado con la camarera / camareros serviciales más amables. No hay espera para pedir comida o bebida, el servicio fue rápido. Nada era demasiado problema, atento pero no abrumador, excelente servicio. El menú es muy bueno, fabulosa selección y tenía un sabor absolutamente precioso, la mejor comida que he tenido en siglos. Muy recomendable.

Visitamos ya que el restaurante estaba cerca de donde nos alojamos. Es estéticamente agradable desde fuera. Cálida bienvenida dentro. La comida era increíble. Servicio excepcional. Gran variedad y elección. Teníamos el menú premium y estaba delicioso. Sin duda visitar de nuevo.

Fue un viernes por la noche y qué gran noche fue. El personal es siempre amable y atento. Arranques de hordas mixtas. Estos son tan buenos con una mezcla de tostadas de gambas, pasteles de pescado, rollitos de primavera y pollo / pescado. En masa. También tuvimos tempura vegetal y costillas cortas. Tan sabroso. Como principal teníamos arroz de coco. Pollo agridulce con anacardos y un pollo al curry. Honestamente este lugar es fantástico.

Una elección de última hora y fueron capaces de conseguir una mesa , muy cálida bienvenida con todo el personal cuidadosamente vestido, la configuración de la mesa eran de una clase alta , el mobiliario es muy tailandés con el color morado evidente. El menú de comida es extenso , precio razonable , el servicio fue rápido y amable , la comida se sirve maravillosamente con gran gusto, tuvimos un plato de entrada para 2 con 3 dips , luego un salteado & massaman curry todo servido en una pequeña vela de calor. Cerca del puerto deportivo y el centro de la ciudad un gran lugar para comer.

This has always been a great location for a good meal. Trusted as a go to spot for special celebrations such as the missus's birthday. Team are brilliant !!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Thai Marina in Lincoln, and it was an exceptional experience. The restaurant offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing meal. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of authentic Thai dishes to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the green curry and the pad Thai, both of which were bursting with flavor. The presentation of the dishes was also impressive, adding to the overall dining experience. Thai cuisine, Thai Marina is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Buena comida, tuve el pollo massaman y arroz de coco, con galletas, las galletas vinieron con dos chapuzones, el chapuzón satay estaba delicioso. El personal era encantador, ojalá hubieran tenido a Singha en el grifo. Lo volvería a visitar. Aunque está en el puerto deportivo, no tiene vistas a Marina.

Went here on a whim after booking something else and then not fancying that! And how glad are we! Never been here before bit will definitely be going back. I went with my husband and my sister and we all chose different things, to start with we had a platter as my sister didn't want a starter, but seemed to pick of the platter, it's as if I knew eh!! it was a fantastic, every bit of food is cooked to perfection and the decoration on the dishes is brilliant, we had a curry, a beef dish and a crispy chicken dish for mains, had yo order rice with each as it doesn't come with any, but ask the waitress what rice will go best as we did and only too helpful to recommend different rices! I don't usually fo desert and hubby wanted cheesecake but sister talked him out of that (as can get it at the co-op) haha so went fit the 3 authentic Thai deserts and each eas as wonderful as they looked Inc the sticky rice one. Would I recommend here...definitely Only draw back is you have to walk down steps inside so watch with mobility but I'm sure can make a table up until as plenty of room, I just think this place is definitely worth a visit, worth the money???? Yep 100%!! Best Thai place we have been to in a few yesrs

Good staff, lovely food and a decent environment.

Absolutely fabulous food. We always go to this restaurant when we are in Lincoln. However today we were very disappointed with the service. Food was plonked in front of us and after both starter and mains the staff (2 different people) removed our plates within a minute of our finishing without asking if we had finished. No welcome, no enquiry about our experience, difficult to get attention so we could pay. We overheard other customers who chose not to leave a tip (like us) because of the disinterested service. Such a shame because the food is so good.

Visited here for the first time and had the panned curry, ped rad duck,and the sea bass. All dishes were great with nice sauces and noodles. The service was good and the decor was great too Average price for a main dish is about 17 pounds. Nice location by the marina

Wow!! Never been served by such rude staff, no greeting just showed us to our table, the waitress rolling her eyes!! It was shocking. It’s a shame because the food was gorgeous, complements to the chef. Unfortunately let down by miserable staff or I would give 5 stars

It’s a nicely laid out, modern restaurant. Service was polite and quick. The food was beautifully presented. We found the food to have been anglicised - a little sweet and oily for us. We also agree with a previous reviewer about having to reuse dirty cutlery from the starter for the main course. Clean cutlery would have been nice. It’s a nice restaurant.

We had an interesting experience at Thai Marina, whilst the food was okay the service was absolutely shocking from one individual in particular. Continuously rolled her eyes as we ordered and was completely unhelpful. She provided no advice when asked and told us to just ‘read the menu’. Quite possibly the worst service ever experienced when out for dinner. If you do go…it will be obvious which member of staff it is as it’s the only one who looks and behaves likes she doesn’t want to be there

Love this restaurant. Although, the food is always sweet. Maybe even too sweet. Also the toilet sign should go, its not exactly appetising to see that infront of you whilst eating. The waitress asked for my husbands order and then left without saying excuse me 😂 or one moment 💨

Impressed with the food and atmosphere. After having lived in Thailand I can honestly say it offers authentic Thai dishes. Does seem to get quite busy.

Got the Set Menu A - My favourite thing was the sharing platter! The chicken and pork were unbelievably soft and flavoursome and everything tasted really good but portion sizes could be improved and it was quite expensive too in my opinion.

Don’t recommend this restaurant. Staff very rude and mean. Food was not fresh as expected, very expensive too.

The food is one of the best I've had. Presentation is fantastic and very tasty. We spent £70 for a birthday three course meal for two including drinks, was definitely worth the price! The restaurant looks fantastic too.

Easily the best Thai restaurant in Lincoln. We have eaten there on numerous occasions and it has always been delicious. Their satay is so good. Please try it, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic food, every meal from starter to mains was great and enjoyed by all our family. Shames charged 10% service charge extra because we took 9 oeople for a birthday when it's quiet Sunday afternoon especially as no extra special service to other dinners, normally you get 10% discount for large groups. Cost approx £40pp for each to have a starter, main and a drink.

Fab restaurant. Been meaning to come here for a while and we were not disappointed. Had set menu A for two and I have to say it was much better than Thailand No1 in the Bailgate. Would definitely come here again and highly recommend.

I'm Indonesian, 52 and have had hundreds of curries in my life (Indian, Thai, Indonesian, Malaysian). This one was is the best curry I've ever tasted, honestly. I had curry number 42 (Gaeng Dang), with pork. It's a red curry with slowly cooked pork (medium heat) and coconut milk perfectly flavoured with pineapple, bamboo shoots, cherry tomatoes, lychees and sweet basil. The thickness of soup was perfect, and it's very tasty. Lots of curries I had in the past was too watery, but this one was thick and delicious. The pork was tender, and there were some nice vegetables too. A lychee and a small piece of pineapple were a nice surprise, they really balance the strong curry flavour. The staff was friendly, providing good service. The decor was lovely. One table was dedicated for people who want to sit on the floor. The toilet was clean. The most amazing thing about this place (beside the food) is the swivel chairs. All chairs have 4 legs and yet the all swivel! Thank you for such a nice lunch. Today was actually the second time I went here. The first time was a dinner, about a year ago, and it was equally lovely.

The most wonderful, decent Thai restaurant in Lincoln! Hands down. As a Thai, I’m impressed with the taste, ingredients, and creativity they put in. If you don’t know what to order, Pad Thai is a safe choice, simply delicious and if you want to try a rice dish, you might choose Kao Op Mo Din or rice in clay pot, very aromatic. Great service, beautiful decoration.

I enjoyed the food, it was tasty, rice portions are so small though, which is something u will definitely order with curries.. clean bathroom, nice design But i came there to celebrate my bday, i felt really unwelcome! The male waiter was super sweet while the ladies were so upset and frowny!

The starters are really delicious, don't bother with the noodles in the set menu, they're just plain and taste of absolutely nothing. The main dishes are flavourful but not as good as Thailand no.1

Fabulous experience on Valentines night. Perfect atmosphere, all tables section off for couples. Very busy. Food was fantastic with very quick service throughout the night. Can recommend the Thai sharing platter, 2 of all the starters. Totally lush. Will definitely be back again.

A truly wonderful and near-authentic Thai restaurant, with great decor and staff. Having been a visitor to Thailand on numerous occasions, this restaurant is clearly more commercial than anything out there but still offers a fantastic Thai dining experience and is highly recommended.
