Wagamama in Hammersmith and Fulham

Un locale molto grande e accogliente. Abbiamo ordinato 2 ramen e un antipasto. Tempo di attesa assolutamente veloce rispetto alla quantità di gente presente. Pietanze ottime, ingredienti di qualità (nonostante sia una catena). Rapporto qualità prezzo conveniente.

Tuve una reunión en la zona y esperaba un almuerzo fresco rápido. ¡La primera vez que vuelvo a esta sucursal en particular después de tragar plástico en el que aún no han vuelto a mí! Llegados, tan palava para usar la aplicación de fidelidad, el personal no parece estar adecuadamente capacitado. Un camarero me dijo que no podía registrarme y que solo podía pagar con la aplicación. Este camarero fue a preguntarle a otro camarero que le dijo “no sé de qué estás hablando” intervine y le sugerí que tal vez me habla directamente y podría explicarle. Pedí mi edamame de comida de cortesía que es una de las recompensas en la aplicación y dije que necesitaba unos minutos más para decidir mi comida principal. Luego me regañaron como a un niño y me dijeron que no podía canjear la recompensa sin comprar un plato principal... ¡mmm lo sabía! Cuando se trataba de pedir lo principal era una prueba para llamar la atención de cualquiera. Circa 2 : 30 pm no hay excusa ya que el restaurante estaba bastante vacío. Saludó a dos miembros del personal, fueron ignorados. Cuando por fin conseguí la atención de la camarera y le expliqué lo que había pasado me dijo “están de descanso”. Consejo principal: asegúrese de que sus mesas estén cubiertas antes de enviar al personal de descanso. Los niveles de servicio han disminuido gravemente en Wagamama. Mis comentarios de la reciente sucursal de Angel siguen sin respuesta. ¡Es hora de que empiece a pensar con los pies y cenar en otro lugar! El edamame estaba empapado y en agua, en el microondas hasta la muerte y aunque el ramen era razonablemente sabroso, ciertamente no era nada especial.

Almorcé con mi primo que solo conozco una vez cada dos meses y normalmente intercambiamos cosas que hemos recogido o hecho el uno para el otro. Esta vez, mi primo había hecho para mí sal y pimienta de almendras / anacardos - menos de un minuto después, tuve una camarera joven me dijo que sacara las nueces de la mesa, este era un restaurante sin nueces y el gerente no se impresionaría si él / ella vio que tenía nueces en mí. Lamento mucho que la gente tenga alergias, pero ¿dónde se anuncia que el restaurante está libre de nueces, ya que no hay signos en la puerta, ni en la mesa y también fue la manera en que me habló. Aconsejar a los invitados que están a punto de comer que guarden las pertenencias personales agrió el almuerzo de hoy. También cuando llegamos a pagar, su sistema de pago en línea no estaba funcionando. Por supuesto, no dejé propina. Restaurante muy desalmado y solo vinimos aquí porque Bill estaba lleno. Sí, sé que era una estación de bomberos originalmente, ya que he vivido en la zona durante 60 años.

Standard Wagamama, fast and reliable. Lovely building with nice long tables. We had a lovely waitress who interacted nicely with my 11yo daughter.

Was looking forward to my wagga meal after not eating much since breakfast. This was the Hammersmith branch which is coolly located in an old fire station. Atmosphere was good albeit the music a tad loud for my ears. Food was excellent again this time crispy squid, chicken gyozas and a plentiful porky broth of sumptuous delight. I felt a couple of extremely minor issues preventing a full excellent rating. I was stood waiting at the entrance a little too long and the broth was slightly greasy, which is likely the fault of the delicious tender pork belly but all in all a good score well earned you lovely wagga people. My obsession continues at home after purchasing the latest Wagamama book and having tried some of the recipes can only describe the experience as like a party in my own mouth and everyone’s invited! We’ll dome all

Service slow so slow and trying to beckon staff- too late for dessert as had a concert to attend at the apollo. Starter bit soggy. Regretted rose lemonade far too strong. Beef rice bowl good Chicken yaki-soba not peppers raw too many bean sprouts. Don’t do seafood so asked of prawns could be replaced by Mange tout or mushrooms. 3 whole slices of mushroom! Te restaurant wasn’t busy we were eat at just after 5pm Food came out quick but waiting staff not attentive and when diners plates are done, bring the bill/ask if they want dessert or indeed both?

Me and my wife ate here last week and it was the first time either of us had ever eaten in a Wagamama. We ordered the pulled pork gyoza (delicious), chicken yakitori (tasty, but very little chicken), katsu chicken curry (very nice but wish we went for the spicy option) and the Duck Donburi (also very nice and a good portion). The food came out pretty quickly and we are quite quick eaters, so we were in and out within an hour. The waiter who took our orders was really nice and very helpful. I loved being able to pay for the bill with the QR code at the end too.

We love wagamama and we normally get amazing food and great service almost at any brand we go. Unfortunately, Hammersmith hasn’t been one of those. We went to see a show with friends and after the show I suggested to go to eat at wagamama’s. One of our friends never had been at wagamama so I almost promised her that she will Love it! (I had to apologise to her later on) We arrived at 4:45 which is a tricky time for staff breaks and evening shift preparation. We were served by a lovely girl called Angel. She took our order but we never saw her again although her name was on our bill. The first shocking bit was the wine. We ordered a bottle of Malbec for the table. It arrived opened to the table and with an obvious amount of wine missing. I asked to one of the staff if they could bring a new bottle that wasn’t opened. A different staff member came with the same bottle saying that they didn’t have bottles with cork. (Imagine the great communication between the staff. At that point I realised that anything could happened during our meal…) I told him again the issue and he brought a new bottle totally full of wine. (As they come when they are unopened) We also ordered 4 glasses of tap water but they didn’t come until we asked for them twice more although when the wine arrived first time the printed ticket that the bar receives when an order is sent arrived to the table too with the tap water printed on it. (See the pictures) Second disappointment was the edamame beans. We love edamame beans and wagamama, normally, prepare them like almost nobody else do. (Only sticks’ Sushi masters them!) Please see the edamame picture I have added comparing them with the previous time we went to a different et wagamama. The person who was adding chilly and garlic salt in the kitchen wasn’t looking at the bowl when doing it . Ebi Katsu and chilli squid were great. One of the things I really love of wagamama is the great service they offer. This time though, nobody came to check back if everything about our food was good with us and we felt totally forgotten. It looks like our server, Angel, went on break and no one took over her section properly. We saw a young server with, seriously, zero people skills. At some point I asked him if he was just clearing tables or taking orders too. Then he reacted a little bit and took our desserts order. Anyway, very disappointing experience. At least the food, apart of the edamame, was well cooked, tasty and well presented. I have to mention the white chocolate with ginger cheesecake is my very favourite Wagamama’s dessert but this time I was shocked! It came hard as a rock. I know wagamama receives it frozen but it’s is served defrosted. It came totally frozen. Taste was good but imagine the texture… I would have loved if someone had told us this issue and had the option to choose something else. To be honest, the experience was like going to a restaurant which opened the previous day with wrong staff and no training at all. I am sharing this because I know wagamama’s commitment and what to expect from them and this is not what wagamama aims to deliver. I would avoid Hammersmith brand. There are many, many others that deliver fantastic service and I hope that Hammersmith management can read this and fix it as I am sure they will to level up the branch with other Wagamama’s. I am sure that, currently, is specially hard to find good staff due brexit. It looks like many staff is wanted everywhere and specially within hospitality. However, I don’t think it is an excuse for proper training process to be applied here. Please do not let this review hesitate you to visit Wagamama’s but please, go to another brand. Not Hammersmith.

Just back from Wagamama in Hammersmith. Brought the family for our last night in London after a recommendation from my brother in law and we weren't disappointed. Great service, nice atmosphere and most importantly, great tasting food. Would highly recommend if you're in the area.

When we travel to London by Berry’s Coaches we try to end up here for a meal before the return journey. It never fails, the food is excellent and always freshly prepared, amazing flavours, we love. Service is always quick and efficient.

Actually non existent service, I’ve just walked out after being ignored for 20 minutes, despite asking someone clearing tables if they would ask someone to come and serve me. Shame

What a shame. Felt soulless… nice food but underwhelming service. The whole pay by scan code is dehumanising too… left feeling empty and not sure I’ll go back to W’s anymore location regardless. I go out to feel looked after and cheered up not deflated and anxious… shame. The staff were lovely but obviously very overworked

My friend and I dined there before Sister Act the musical. Whilst the queue was small, the building was quite impressive! I wasn’t however expecting to swallow some plastic and find another cutting of what would appear to be a plastic bag in my noodles which I managed to rescue and alert a team member. I was quite surprised that they just shrugged their shoulders and took our plates away! Concerned about this happening to someone else I emailed the restaurant the next day. I was extremely concerned they too didn’t take the matter seriously, I asked for it to be escalated and received zero response. This has been a few instances with Wagamama where I have had food safety concerns and their response is always for me to raise it with them on their “contact us” page. Further inconvenience for a paying customer who is doing the right thing pointing out their failings and concerns about their industry. I haven’t followed up previous ones but this I feel very strongly about and will be taking down a more formal route. An adult or child could choke, Wagamama need to behave in a more sensible manner.

Visited on Friday evening the 26th August. Was so incredibly disappointed with the customer service. Couples were being seated after us and their orders taken and being served before us. Eventually our order was taken ,one starter arrived after 20 minutes then ten minutes later the second one did. We had to keep asking for our drinks to come too, which came after the starters. 30 minutes later the main meal was served. Took my grand daughter for a birthday treat as she had never been to a Wagamama before was shocked at how bad the service was.

Friendly greeting, shown to table quickly and efficiently. As I have an egg allergy I wasn’t allowed to give my order to the waiter as their policy is to have a manager take it despite that what I’d chosen was from the vegan menu. Good that they take allergies seriously. However, my daughter’s order was taken but no manager came. Her food came out and still no manager. We asked again for the manager to come and take my order. Another side dish arrived, my daughter was by then halfway through her meal at which point told the waiter that I still hadn’t put in my order and needed a manager. The waiter then got out his book and I asked if he was the manager he said yes but not an apology was given. We remained polite despite the fact that I was seething as I didn’t want to spoil the lovely day we’d had together. By the time my food came out my daughter had finished her meal. My food was okay although I think it had been sitting on the side for a while as the rice was not very hot, although hot on the inside. Apart from the manager the waiters were lovely, friendly and smiling. A disappointing experience.

We arrived at 5pm on a Monday evening and the restaurant was not busy. We were seated straight away. Food and drinks order was reasonably quickly taken. The food and drinks arrived promptly , but one main course arrived approx 5 minutes later. the manager...

Well that was a rare disappointment. I love Wagamama and I always admired how the team works as a well oiled machine. There is usually no more than 30min between we get a table and are done with pying the bill. Not this time though....

First time in Wagamama earlier on this evening and the food was amazing, especially the fire cracker chicken and ginger nojito. The real highlight was the service, Mona was amazing, funny, very chatty and really made the whole experience enjoyable. 100% would recommend

Great food. Taste sensation. Personal service too. Big shout out to CHRIS who shared the history of the building being an ex fire station, and recommendation of a glass of milk when I tasted the delicious and hot Firecracker! A great ambassador for any business...

Arrived at 6:30 pm.. only a party of five in front of us.. half an hour waiting to be seated.. many tables available…constant stream of deliveroo orders been seen to be waiters!! Finally sat down waited at least 45mins for a waiter.. waiter came, started...

We had a great experience with the quality of the food and the service we received. The waiters and waitresses, especially Marcus, were very helpful and attentive, would definitely come back!

We have regularly used this branch of Wagamama’s for many years especially for takeaway. The staff have always been great and I have to sing high praise especially for Bernadette as she remembers exactly what our order entails as we always switch the katsu curry...

Even during Covid, this restaurant is doing everything right. Lovely outdoor space to eat and drink, and the friendliest, most helpful staff you can find! Delicious food, can’t fault it!

Even in a pandemic this wagas is still producing top takeaway food , all Covid protocols followed , the food was well worth our walk back to Fulham. The food was great in presentation to the eye and even better in taste. We loved it...

Five stars to Wagamama and especially to our waiter Christoforos Arampidis (had to get his name) who was exceptional. Our food was delicious and he was sure our requests were met. What a pleasure and will surely visit again.

Three of us had a pre-gig bite to eat here. Always good quality food and quick service. 4 sides, 3 mains and 3 drinks about £20pp. Great S African waiter was on the ball!

I absolutely adore this particular Wagamama. The old fire station interior corresponds greatly with the minimalistic restaurant design. The staff here is very friendly, fast and likes to recommend new things to try on the menu. Our host didn’t even have to ask us where...

The food was absolutely fantastic. What made the experience even better was the very friendly and attentive service of Karolina! Thank you so much for a great dinner after a looooong day! :) Will definitely come back whenever I'm in London and highly recommend this...

¿Tal vez no debería estar enojado con Wagamama pero consternado por lo populares que son estos lugares? La comida carece por completo de sabores emocionantes y se cocina a un nivel muy promedio. Aunque probablemente no puedas culpar a los chefs sino a las personas que desarrollaron el menú y las recetas. Algunos platos simplemente no tienen sentido, pero parecen seguir las tendencias actuales sin comprender cómo funcionan los ingredientes. El servicio es ridículamente malo con varios servidores que llegan a la mesa sin saber si habíamos pedido o no. Luego procedieron a empujar objetos personales alrededor de la mesa para poder garabatear en el mantel de papel y luego extender sus lánguidos brazos esperando que se pasaran los menús. Hay buenas maneras de cambiar las mesas rápidamente, pero limpiar platos antes de que las personas hayan terminado no es una de ellas. 17 para una comida y bebida principal básica, 0/5 para servicio y 1/5 para comida.¿Por qué existe este lugar? Porque aparentemente muchas personas piensan que esto es lo suficientemente bueno. Después de probar este lugar nuevamente, ese error no se volverá a cometer. ¿Por qué existe este lugar?

Welcome and service was great. The waiter was very friendly and helpful.Food arrived quickly, and presentation is top notch.Also, in the area, it feels like you have mostly greasy/junk food, so this is a nice alternative.It remains a chain with a fast food structure though, with its inherent limitations. Flavour was unimpressive, which definitely impacts the price/quality ratio. It's a decent fallback for the area, but will not be a destination restaurant for us.

Fuimos el lunes por la noche solo para comer como aquí por negocios. Fue atendido por Filip, que fue el mejor servidor que he tenido en mucho tiempo en cualquier cadena de restaurantes. Él era de buen humor, educado, eficiente, amable y bueno a la vista jaja!Servicio con una sonrisa y comprobó si se requería algo más y nada parecía demasiado problemaLa calidad de la comida fue excelente, tuve mi pollo teriyaki donburi habitual y para el postre probé el nuevo pastel de chocolate blanco y queso matcha para el postre que estaba sucio y lo volveré a tener (¡voy a intentar hacer el mío en casa!)¡Fue una gran visita y volveré y espero que Filip vuelva a estar ya que es una estrella!

A menudo pensamos con nostalgia de comer en Wagamama cuando estamos lejos del Reino Unido. La cadena de lujo ofrece una buena comida asiática sin problemas. Grandes sabores robustos y una gran opción para adaptarse a su estado de ánimo. Además el servicio siempre es excelente.

Fui a almorzar con colegas. El servicio inicial fue bueno, ya que mi primer personal de Wagamama era comprensible y puso la salsa de mi pollo Katsu a un lado y disfruté de mi comida y volvería sin embargo, uno de mis colegas tuvo que enviar su comida dos veces, no había Pidieron pollo con langostinos, compraron otro plato de comida solo para ser pollo y langostinos nuevamente. Sin embargo, el personal hizo deducir la comida de la factura final.En general, recomendaría este restaurante, sin embargo, asegúrese de hacer alergias o requisitos conocidos por el personal.

Really really a bad experience.I went to this restaurant with my friends in friday evening and we riceived one of the worst treatment of my my life. The glass all dirty, a low quality food but the absolutely the worst thing was the manager, when we conplain about the food she told us that she couldn't do anything and she talked us in a wrong way (maybe she was hungry for other reasons)Never again

We've been to this Wagamama a few times as it's local to us. Great setting in the old fire station and always prompt service and good simple food. We never have a problem getting a seat and good for kids. We'll keep coming back.

I’m usually a great fan of Wagas but this one was not so great. Me: “Do you mind if I sit over there? I’m waiting for my daughter and I’d like to be able to keep an eye out for her.” Waitress: “Yes I do mind, I haven’t got the staff available.” Followed by waving her hand at the seat she was determined I would have to take. I was then left sit for ages without attention when I would have quite liked to order a drink. When my daughter arrived we sat and sat whilst two waiters gossiped in a corner and in the end I had to get up and go and ask for a menu!I felt quite irked to be asked for a tip when paying (the waiter handed me the card machine and pointed at the part of the screen asking if I wished to add a tip).This particular Wagas is off my list I think.

As I usually stay in Shepherd Bush Ibis when i come to London, I never miss this particular Wagamama. Its convenient, great ambiance and service is very fast even when busy

Het is een aparte zaak. Eten wordt vers bereid en direct naar je tafel gebracht. Hier waren we door verrast aangezien 2 mensen zo goed als klaar waren en toen pas nummer drie zijn eten krijgt. Zeker een aanrader.

The worst Pad Thai I have ever tasted in my life and I was absolutely starving and I couldn't eat the meal. I will never be stepping foot again at Wagamama. I would avoid at all cost unless you have no taste buds.

Nice food (as always at Wagamamas) and really helpful staff. I'd definitely eat here again. Try the veggie Pad Thai.

This is one of the best Wagamamas in London and I've eaten in almost all of them over the years.it's in a great setting of the Old Fire Station. The food and service is always great and the manager Jess is always welcoming to us.If you like Wagamama then this one is worth trying out.

This restaurant is in such a nice building, not crowded and great space! Food was great as always and so much choice!

Had a lovely quick lunch in wagas today, my partners dish was delayed but Giuseppe made sure we got the dish as quick as we could & even got the delayed lunch wiped from the bill, thank you so much!

It was a great atmosphere, the service was fast. The waiter did not give refills on the drinks, but he got the order correct. The food is definitely authentic.

La comida fue fantástica y llegó muy rápido, mi novia tiene una alergia al maní ANA pero el personal fue excelente, nos permitió ver el menú de alergias a nosotros mismos y luego volvimos a revisar con nosotros cuando pedimos, fueron informados y amables. Luego se preparó la comida en un área separada de la cocina, pero todavía se sacó rápidamente. Mi única crítica sería el miembro del personal que se inclinó sobre mi hombro para poner los cubiertos limpios en el soporte, mientras comía, muy eficiente, ¡pero sentí que era un poco grosero!

I visited this restaurant with a friend of mine for what was supposed to be an enjoyable Saturday night out. Whilst the food was great and tasted lovely it left me and my friend with an upset stomach which ruined the following day when things have been planned. I don’t know how this restaurant attained an award for excellence, but judging by the way my stomach feels today they surely don’t deserve it.

Back in the day this was the 1st time I tried fusion cuisine especially here at the old fire station .We were quickly shown to our table , we tried the new spicy broth dishes and they didnt let us down .They were an attack on my senses, even giving me the spice sweats.Once again we loved it and we will be back “ From Bowl To Soul “ couldnt have put it any better myself .

Whilst, like every Wagamama, it offers the same food you love the building is just lovely. Made out of an old fire station it still has some of those building features you’d expect. It’s a large place and as such, doesn’t have so much of the communal bench seating found in its other restaurants. Not on the main shopping thoroughfare it may be tricky to find and you may miss it. Staff were their usual friendly selves.

Fui con mi amigo hoy ya que iba a ver a Bianca del rio y queríamos comer. Siempre he tenido una buena experiencia con Wagamama pero hoy fue una excepción. Pedimos nuestra comida, que era increíble la camarera era agradable (era) y después comimos la cena decidimos tener un postre. Esto no ha sucedido antes, sin embargo, a mediados de comer el postre la camarera viene a nos da la factura (que no pedimos) y preguntó si estábamos dispuestos a pagar por la cena. Qué? ! Estábamos comiendo y ahora quieren pagar por nuestra comida cuando ni siquiera pedir la factura? Lo que si queríamos comprar algo más? Y luego, después de que nunca tomaron los platos y tardó más de 25 minutos extra para conseguir realmente la camarera 'atención para pagar la factura no pide todavía. Tanto como agradezco que quiere un movimiento de clientes, no tenían que hacer tan evidente y nos sentimos realmente ofendido. Es por esto que no dejar una propina y vimos la camarera era molesto que no dejamos nada. Aquí está el Consejo no ponga la factura y preguntarnos si estamos dispuestos a pagar cuando tengo una boca llena de tarta de queso. Trabajo de sombra.

Primero presentó la cadena hace unos 14 años en algún lugar de Londres, han sido un ventilador. Antes de coger nuestros respectivos autobuses volver al oeste del país a mi madre y yo decidimos ir aquí. Era un día cálido, así que realmente quería algo ligero. El lugar en sí es enorme, con un gran patio y puertas plegables que estaban encantados de abierto. Nos sentamos fuera, así que conseguimos dentro/lo mejor de ambos mundos. Todo el personal fue realmente amable, uno supongo que fue el vino tinto y vino blanco al servir las bebidas, otro recomendar el vino correcto para la orden Pad Choi. La comida era encantador, especialmente la ensalada fría de fideos de arroz con miel, pollo, sorprendentemente este fue el segundo a ser servido, se hizo claro cuando me llegue la comida preparada. Disfrutamos de esta experiencia. Buena relación calidad-precio y un crédito para el concepto. Preciosa luz platos picantes perfecto para el verano.

Took my wife in before catching the coach back to the West Country. She loved it! Great friendly service and fabulous food all freshly cooked before your eyes. She also liked how they had retained the Fire Station features. One of my favourites.

Great building and great layout of tables. Some staff were friendlier than others. Starters were really good but mains about average. Drinks ok but overpriced.

Uno de los platos ordenados lateral que venía después de que habían casi terminado nuestro plato principal - sin gluten lleva más tiempo para preparar fue el motivo.Sábado esperando casi 20 minutos después de terminar los platos principales postres, así que decidí darle una perderse. Ningún interés = no personalizados.Lástima

Really over priced food. We had a nice waitress but were disappointed with the food which was overall tasteless. Our bill was too expensive for the experience we had. On the good side, the place is big and quite nice/modern.

My husband and I went for supper at 21h20 one evening. The server forgot to order my husband's meal. We waited for ages while mine went cold till she finally came round to tell us she'd forgotten to place the order but that she had now done so and it would be 5 minutes. At 21h55 we were treated to a display of the kitchen staff arguing with another server about refusing to make our dish because it was now coming up to closing time. Overall very poor service from staff obviously more interested in closing than maintaining service levels till the restaurant actually closed.

This Wagamama is in the old fire station and some of the old features survive, which is a good thing! The food was up to standard. We all know that Wagamama's dishes get served when ready, at staggered times. But this one took the biscuit! I was on the last few mouthfuls of mine when one of my party just got his - not really acceptable. The starters came after some of the mains too. We questioned whether the rice was brown (as ordered) and the waitress brought some over to us to prove it - her manner was rather brusque. Not the best experience but the food was good.

La comida era deliciosa, como se espera de Wagamama.El único inconveniente para mí fue un montón de limpieza durante el servicio que era desagradable. Agradable ver orgullo en el lugar pero no la luz de limpieza accesorios mientras yo estoy comiendo mi almuerzo.

Nunca había estado en una de las cadenas de restaurantes pero estaba muy impresionado y sin duda volveremos!El servicio es rápido y la comida excelente recién preparados de los chefs que trabajan en la parte trasera del restaurante, fascinante de ver.Personal muy amable y eficiente y la calidad de la comida era excelente!Me encantó.

Staying locally, so delighted to find this branch of Wagamama...in a converted fire station...welcome, service and quality all very good. Delicious hot food, really mouth-watering. Kirin beer, just one of many on offer...I love the buzz, chatter and lively atmosphere here, watching the chefs at work, flames and clattering...and the food was, as always, excellent. I miss the one I used to go to fairly often near the British Museum, so it was a pleasure to eat here.

Nous n'avions pas prévu de manger dans ce restaurant mais ma copine connaissant la chaine, nous nous y sommes arrêtés. Etant intolérant au lactose, la serveuse a appelé son manager qui est venu avec une carte d'allergènes et avec qui j'ai pu m'assurer de commander un plat sans lactose. Il était très avenant. Les plats ont été servis rapidement et étaient très bons. Excellente surprise!

Yummy dinner with my husband. Not been to Wagamama in a while so it was great to see the new items on the menu. Loved the Jinzu Fever gin and tonic. Bang bang cauliflower was the highlight of our dishes. One thing I didn't enjoy were the large red onion slices/wedges in the ginger chicken udon, as they're still pretty raw & overpower the dish.

I have a kind of love hate relationship with Wagamama. When I first started going I found the food exciting and good quality. In the past few years I’ve returned and found it to be often bland and boring. Then I forget and return a year later and have a similar experience. This visit was exceptional, so good we came back the following day again and had different dishes. I would certainly visit again. Good value, good service, never liked the large tables and bench layout so only 4. Can get noisy. They have a room at the back that appears to be bookable separately. On our second visit there were two families in there with young children. Good insulation and huge glass sliding doors contained the mayhem.

Had an early dinner before a show at the Apollo. Seated immediately, great, friendly service and food arrived very quickly. As expected at Wagamama, food arrives when ready so we had the main then the starter. Will definitely eat here again when having a night in London.

My friend has recently converted me into a major Wagamama fan; this was our third location in about a month. My tofu ramen was fantastic (I opted to not have the chillies in it, and found it spicy enough). My friend had the beef donburi and said it was one of the best she'd had lately. We shared the chilli squid. Our wine was served quickly, food not longer after. Service was friendly.The only actual issue was the ladies toilets - one of the stalls has a broken lock and they weren't the cleanest.

Had a quick lunch last week with a friend on a busy Friday. Quickly seated and drinks and food order promptly taken. Food well presented and very tasty. Very enjoyable.

We decided to have a celebration dinner here as my sister brought a new house. I must say the food was amazing. The waitress took her time with us to explain what certain dishes were, she also gave me some spot on dish recommendations. I would highly recommend trying the goyza (fried duck) with the steak bulgogi as a main and wash it back with a funky buddha beer,i am a serious foodie and this place hit all my taste buds.a must visit restaurant

El restaurante es una estación de bomberos convertido. Así que si no vas por la comida al menos ir para el interior!Después de mi experiencia reciente (y no tan buena) en Ciudad Blanca, ME Waggies dudaba en volver. Por desgracia, un Viernes me podría resistir una decidir ramen buena ya no existe.El personal era increíble. El camarero (que más tarde atacó una conversación con él y descubrimos es, de hecho, la gerente en Victoria pero estaba cubriendo esta tienda debido a una fiesta del personal) era super amable. Se calentó mi corazón cuando otro colega entramos para comenzar un cambio y el camarero le saludó con la más cálida de las bienvenidas! Comida llegó en el momento oportuno. Great service and the place is always clean and tidy. Food was services separately but not too far apart and didn’t take too long at all.

If you want eat a quick and good ramen this is the place, I know that is a chain restaurant but the quality is not bad.

Es la coherencia de Wagamama que siempre ha sido atractivo factor a mis visitas a muchas ramas diferentes DEL REINO UNIDO. Un almuerzo en la sucursal de hammersmith tristemente demostrado lo contrario con mi carne en mi sopa de fideos completamente quemado y tuve que hacer una queja. No es a menudo que los restaurantes aceptan sus errores y sinceramente disculpas. Me sorprendió encontrar cómo el director y su equipo se ocupó con este inusual y me que preparaban otra comida en su nombre. Sinceramente, pensé en nunca volver a Wagamama en el primer vistazo a mi comida, pero lo que más me impresionó fue su camino y en esta particular rama desde entonces.

In realtà è una catena molto trendy e molto affollata e seguita dai londinesi, non saprei perché visto che il cibo ed i sapori sono molto particolari. Abbiamo assaggiato il ramen che a me è sembrato buono anche se con un sapore particolare, a mia moglie è sembrato un'accozzaglia di sapori. Qué sorpresa tan agradable! Este Wagamama es uno con un poco de personalidad! Basado en la antigua estación de bomberos, es un lugar fantástico. Manteniendo todas las características originales, con muy buena iluminación, mezclado con el diseño japonés crea el entorno perfecto cómodo donde podrá sentarse y disfrutar de una comida con amigos. Y adivina qué? No tienes que luchar para hacer espacio para los próximos huéspedes. Muchos asientos con algunas sillas adecuadas!El personal es amable y atento. Siempre estoy un poco de miedo de cosas que no sé, pero los camareros son rápidos para asesorarle y guiarle para que la selección perfecta de acuerdo a su paladar. Lo que fue una gran ayuda.La comida llega, es sabrosa y colorida!Y lo mejor de todo. . No romper el presupuesto y que incluso podría caber en algunos postres dentro de nuestro presupuesto.Otra gran ventaja es que es uno de los pocos lugares con una cocina tarde en la noche, especialmente los domingos. . Came here for a pre show meal and was not impressed at all. The food needs to be more flavoursome particularly the curries. Won't be coming here in a rush.

Our attentive Hungarian waitress looked after us well and suggested a spicy squid as an antidote to wet London evening weather. It went down well. We had Ramen Grilled duck in broth with noodles and Udon noodles with prawn and chicken washed do we with a bottle of merlot. We came away pleased and fortified to face the squishy Broadway traffic.

Chanced upon Wagamama on a recent trip to London. Really helpful staff looked though menu with us and we were delighted with curry and noodle dishes; delicious and clearly cooked to order. Banana fritters for pud fantastic!

Located right next to Hammersmith tube and bus station. No surprises, just Wagamama as it should be. Low prices, good service and very decent food.

Based in the former fire station the joint is contemporary and food always consistent and very reasonably priced!

Wagamama has the well repeated formula of any chain. What I liked about this one was the historic firestation in which it is set.

We were going to Michael Ball and Alfie Boe at the Apollo. Went to Wagamama for curry and noodles. Good service with tasty food. Good value for money. Used a few restaurants in this chain and this was one of the better ones

We ordered a chicken broth, it came with 4 lumps of chicken breast drowning in a watery bowl of noodles and cabbage. Unfortunately the broth was tasteless offering very poor value.

Er loopt veel personeel rond, dus je wordt vrij snel geholpen.Mijn vriendin moest wel bijna 10 minuten langer wachten op haar eten, wat eigenlijk toch niet meer van deze tijd is.Het eten was lekker en de kaart vrij uitgebreid.

Metimos a cenar como me apetecía wagamama, bastante agitada en la comida 7:00 pm es lo que esperaba. Lugar limpio y ordenado. Tenía un desierto. tarta de chocolate, que era un poco seca pero mueve quizás no es el tipo de lugar para los postres. Disfrutamos muchísimo de la cena. El servicio era rápido.
