First time eating at Wagamama’s and I got to say that I’m very impressed with the food quality and the service! My server was Riana and my interaction with her was very wholesome and sweet— definitely elevated my dining experience! 😃

Service was very slow, the QR code app did not update a mistake they made, one server was not friendly while another server was very friendly. Food was okay, nothing special, 3 people spent £50, overpriced.

As a big wagamama fan i was disappointed with this one. No usual flavour in the pork ramen and a hair found on the noodles didnt help. I never had a bland ramen before as i love wagamamas for being flavoursome. This branch was not. Staff were great though.

Good food and efficient service, friendly waiting staff. Venue is a bit reverb noisy but a good place to meet and eat.

Only went in for a take out order, but the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They even offered water / refreshments whilst waiting for the order. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Always quiet when I come here, the food is a good standard and the service is great. Plenty of vegan options. For starters shared the wok-fried greens (crunch tenderstem broccoli, fine beans and mangetout in a garlic and soy sauce? and vegan k-dogs (soya protein sausages coated in a noodle crumb with turmeric vegan mayo and sriracha topped with chill and coriander). The greens are a must everytime you go to wagamama’s. The noodle crumb is so crunchy and gives a great texture. The sauce is nice but not very flavourful. For main tofu hotpot, a korean inspired broth with tofu, tteokbokki, butternut squash, mangetout, bok choi, kimchi and red onion and topped with chilli oil. This was delicious but not very filling. Dessert was a banana katsu, fresh banana coated in panko breadcrumbs and served with a scoop of vegan miso caramel ice cream and a drizzle of toffee sauce. If you’ve got a sweet tooth this is a must try.

Great atmosphere . Professional staff

First visit after the pandemic. I had a side of chili squid and a katsu curry. The squid was super hard and like rubber. I have had the squid before and it definitely did not taste like rubber. It was verging on inedible. There was a minimal amount of sauce provided so the katsu curry was super dry. I had the chilli version of the katsu and there was very little spice apart from a few chilies placed on top of the sauce. The rice tasted like it had been sitting around for hours, it was cold and almost inedible. Not the best experience after so long without a Wagamama. The prices have also definitely gone up. I wouldn't have minded too much if the food had been up to standard.

We came to Wagamama Holborn yesterday and the food was very delicious and hot. especially the gochujang rice bowl which I tried for the first time and it was 🔥. Also, the staff were happy to help all the time

We ordered from here and the broth from our food was spilled everywhere and the bag was broken, when we called the restaurant they were very rude on the phone and did not comply with us. We’ve also been told that this has happened to 3 other people this week.

Its my first time in Holborn… staff and food was great but the restaurant doesn’t look as nice as the others.

I went for lunch for lunch with the mrs and the kids, food was excellent and tasted very fresh. I was served by a guy called romain who provided me with incredible customer service, would definitely recommend.

Quick Delivery - no eating utensils provided, was cold when I got it and gyoza was undercooked. The chicken in ramen was well cooked and moist, noodles nothing to rave about.

Great atmosphere, lovely people and great food

I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience with my girlfriend. The food was exceptional, but what truly made the evening special was our waiter, Aashutosh. From the moment we sat down, Aashutosh was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He provided excellent recommendations and made sure that every detail of our meal was perfect. His warm and professional demeanor really enhanced our experience. If you're looking for great food paired with outstanding service, I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back!

The service is good, the place is spacious and generally clean. The concept of paying from your phone when ordering without having to go to the counter is convenient and orderly. The food is not impressive, the teriyaki is flavorless and the texture of the yakisoba is very dry.

The food was good but the service was quite slow even though it was quite empty. And they ran out the starter that I would like to order and also took a while to confirm that. It was great that they took Gluten-free seriously. However, it took at least 20 minutes for my dishes to arrive even though they kept telling me it was coming. The restaurant itself was one of the worst that I have been in terms of interiors: dark, grey with no windows.

Visited with the family. The place is nice and had good seating available. Service was good, waiters nice and friendly. Good size kids portions. I’ve asked for green tea refill that is free apparently. The down point was my order. I’ve ordered teriyaki beef brisket donburi. It arrived at good time but there was maximum a tablespoon of beef. The beef was flavoursome but the rest just a big bowl of plain rice and raw vegetables. I wouldn’t order that again as it’s too much to pay for such a tiny amount of meat.

Experienced Wagamama after many years today and must say the food provided by the kitchen still tastes the same, this means that the chefs in the kitchen are being trained well by the company standards. I had ordered duck gyoza as a starter along with some kimchi, the duck gyoza as a starter is what I had expected, the portions wasn't too big which meant that I would still have some room for the main meal, the texture of the duck gyoza however was different to what I had expected, it wasn't the soft dumpling texture but was crispy instead; first time experiencing the texture of duck gyoza in this manner to be fair, but, seeing as how my main meal tasted the same as I had remembered many years ago I'm pretty certain that is Wagamama's brand standard. As for the main meal I had ordered the firecracker, which is a spicy dish and in my opinion with a rather unforgettable taste. The presentation of the food was splendid, it didn't look unappetising, far from it... The dish looked vibrant, the sauce looked how it should do and the use of garnish was well received by the eye. From the first spoonful of the dish I immediately got a sensation of nostalgia of the taste I had many years ago which took me back in time for a moment. The second spoonful brought me back and had me sweating reminding me of the dishs name 'firecracker'. For dessert I had the banana katsu with ice-cream which again had brought back memories, the banana was warm with a lovely crunch to it, mixed with the ice-cream and it's as if the ice-cream melts in the mouth. The service was fantastic with the hosts/waiters checking up on their customers often to see if they needed anything which was great for me as I sweating from the meal and needed an extra tissue to wipe the sweat off. I could also tell that the hosts and waiters caters to their customers needs as I had requested the host/waiter Juan for a bottle of sparkling water unopened, without question I had almost immediately received the bottle of unopened sparkling water along with a glass of ice which was a nice touch as I had not thought about asking for a glass let alone some ice. I had no further requests and everything went as one would expect. The size of this location is also quite large and would make for great events for people that organise large parties and such, also, looking at the venue from the outside, one wouldn't be able to see the guests dining which for me is quite nice, being able to enjoy my food in peace without the glances of passers by (especially seeing me sweat from the heat of the main meal). The location is also well lit and ventilated and didn't feel stuffy, above all the location was clean so one could recognise that the place is well maintained.

Went there on a Sunday. It was my first Wagamama experience and it didn’t disappoint. The food is quite tasty and the service is pretty good. Staff are quite attentive. The restaurant was huge!! I suspect weekdays can get very busy given the size and seating available. Will definitely go back to another wagamama to try out a few other dishes and cocktails.

What a great experience! Simply the best customer service we have experienced in years. Nothing was too much trouble. My noodles had a little too much chilli and these were replaced straight away. Lovely atmosphere and fantastic staff. Would highly recommend.

We thought we'd have a quick bite to eat before heading to the theatre. We were greeted soon after walking in and seated within 5 minutes. The service was excellent. The waitress and manager were super friendly and professional. I opted for the Tofu Pad Thai which was delicious! A great Wagamama!

From the outside, it looks to be a small space but it opens out into a much larger area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food is very nice and well presented. The price for it is a little high but overall worth a visit and will go back.

Good service, decent place to eat.

Quite disappointed with the food, ordered the chicken yaki udon and was sadly flavourless. Glad to see they still offer the free green teas 🍵 Atmosphere was okay, but went quite late at night so was quiet. Service was excellent, waitress was lovely and super attentive.

It started out great, with kids food that was stylish and kids appealing. But went down hill rapidly. First off it was loud . Even after we requested it be turned down it got louder and louder. We couldn't hear the kids when they asked questions. Then one meal was still not served 20 minutes after the other plates arrived. But the worst was trying to order desert for the kids. "We're out of that topping " so we had to renegotiate with over stimulated kids. At this point let me remind you that the muzak was at a volume that required shouting. And every time we got the kids to settle for their second (then third, and fourth)choice, the waitstaff would return with the news that this choice was not available. At this point management should have brought the two kids some ice cream on the house with apologies.

The food was good, but I can't understand how, by being the first to arrive and order, we had to wait 1 hour before getting served. That's definitely not a place I would recommend if I were to be on a time-limited lunch break

Just had a lovely Ramen here with warm and welcoming service from Kay I believe his name is? (Just going by what he wrote on the paper when seated) An asset to your company right there. All staff very attentive and well organised. Lovely relaxed atmosphere :)

I've been here twice now, both times we waited over an hour for our food and some times one person was left waiting even longer. I don't recommend coming to this branch. There's better branches with better customer service!

Waiting 1h for noodles is ludicrous. This was very poorly organized although decent food.

Despite being pretty busy, we were shown to a table quickly and cheerfully. The food was excellent Wagamama fare, and arrived before long. We took advantage of checking out via their website which was quick and easy. All in all, a good meal in London for a reasonable price which was just what we needed before the theatre.

Lovely staff and amazing tofu and chicken ramen. The service is exceptionally high, those people work hard.

Service was good. Attentive and polite. Food was standard Wagamama. Any issues we had were dealt with and they were nice about it. The guy who I presume was the manager was great. Guy who served us was good as well.

Worst Wagamama I’ve been to as a regular Waga’s customer. 3 adults and 2 children, after getting a table we waited a long time for the highchair to be brought to the table. Ordered some wine which arrived warm, asked for it to be changed and when it returned there was less wine in the glass than what was returned. The waitress seemed somewhat inefficient and clueless sadly. Food arrived, 3 plates of cold gyoza. Sent them back, a very long wait for replacements which were also cold and one plate was warm but not hot. Terriyaki Soba arrived with over cooked noodles and a chemical detergent type taste, unclear how this happened. Complained and was offered a fresh one which I agreed. Again, by the time it arrived the rest of my party had all eaten as it took around 30 minutes to arrive. It was the same food heated up and put back on the plate and tasted exactly the same so I couldn’t eat it. Not one staff member came to check food was ok. Upon complaining we were overcharged by almost double of what was due. One member of the party paid for her food which was meant to taken off of the bill but they tried to charge again. One member of the party was charged £45 instead of £21 and had to wait for some considerable time with the baby now screaming due to long waits to get things sorted so we could pay the correct amount and leave the restaurant. Absolutely horrendous service and food which is very disappointing. I have been to this location previously and been served cold food so it is clearly a service issue that has not been resolved. Whilst complaining we were told that ‘the head chef is the one cooking today’ and that ‘nobody else has complained’ which clearly was not the case as the table next to us were so complaining about their food being cold. I love Waga’s and it is often our ‘go to’ place to eat when out and about, especially with the kids but todays experience was extremely disappointing although we didn’t let it spoil our special Christmas trip out for the day.

They're open until 11pm. We walked in at 10:40pm and were only allowed to order for takeaway despite people still being served and eating in the restaurant. The staff member offered excuses of health and safety after 11pm, the staff wanted to go home etc. All pretty unacceptable. We ordered food to takeaway anyway and it was very good

Food was cold when it arrived. My husband and children"s food turned up 20 minutes after mine so we all ate separately. The toilets were disgusting, they were blocked and had no toilet paper. Won't be going back there again.

It was a wholesome experience, service was extraordinary and taste is tops notch, the best dish to try s gyoza and ramen bowl.

Ecstatic experience in wagamama holborn. The service provided was excellent. The quality of food is a 10. We had the chicken gyoza and beef brisket ramen which was pure explosion of flavour. We even tried their new hot pot (steak) which was packed with flavour and had our taste buds singing. Definitely a restaurant we would like to come back in.

Not the usual Wagamama This Wagamama gives off village hall vibes ; more atmosphere dentist waiting room. Food not up to usual wonderful Wagamama standards - seemed to be assembled downstairs in hidden kitchen - then arrived not fully hot and missing some ingredients. The best entertainment was when Veolia arrived with two wheelie bins and walked them the full length of the restaurant - past diners. We had a bottle of wine and a laugh despite the place.

been coming here for several years . Food is tasty and delicious . However since capable , hard working manager left recently the service is now shambolic , atmosphere is unwelcoming Unless you arrive in a group of 4 + people expect a lengthy wait for your order to be taken by ' newbe ' staff ( the old team have all left but one ) You will wait even longer for your order to ARRIVE if it ever does : (

Tasty pork belly ramen but pricey

Ramen is always great in all Wagamamas. This venue had a friendly staff however atmosphere felt a little off compared to other branches. Too bright, music didn’t match the time. Good experience overall.

Good, service and atmosphere are all amazing, why I'm giving 3 star is because of the added tax on top of my bill. I didn't expect the amount it was going to come to as most wagamamas I go to dont do that. I won't be coming here again. I'm insulted.
