This sushi restaurant really impressed me! The ingredients are incredibly fresh, especially the salmon sashimi, which just melts in your mouth. They offer a wide variety of sushi, and the rice in the nigiri has the perfect texture and balance. One of my favorite Japanese restaurants in London! Super delicious! I love sashimi and Udon. It is my second time to visit here and defo will visit again!

They have a variety of sushi, sashimi, all are fresh and delicious! We tried the special thin sliced yellowtail and salmon today. They are wonderful! Go for it!

3/10, would not come back for the ‘all you can eat’. We went as a group of 5 and the menu and ordering process made it very hard for everyone to be happy with the choices. The fish quality was bad, the ginger on the table was old and dry. Do not get the sushi salmon fried skin! They shove salmon skin into it with no meat. My Japanese friend didn’t like the dishes and found most not traditional or never heard of them. Most of the time I would ask for the waiter and they would see me and ignore me. One of the waiters was nice and sweet tho. Definitely not coming back, not worth it.

Buffet menu very confusing. The 5 round of 5 plates is x table. For example if you order first item they will bring 3 pieces of salmon for 3 people ( 1 each) for the rolls is 4 pieces each. The bonus items are not bonus, but they can be ordered in subtitution of 4 times from the main menu. The extra 7 hot plates are x table not x person. And if you are going in 3 people then you will eat less than if you are going 2 people as they bring you 1x gyoza per person, 1 x chopstick of chicken x person. So the variety is not amazing. From the rolls there is a lot of vegetarian options. And the rice amount in the rolls is about 2/3 which fills you up fast. The food was not bad but the amounts of rice were excessive.

It is such a cozy and fun spot with its lantern-lit vibe and unique seating. The Tokyo Dragon Roll was definitely the highlight—sweet grilled eel and crispy tempura shrimp all in one bite. The California Tempura Roll had just the right crunch, filled with salmon, avocado and tuna! The Chicken Katsu Curry was super comforting and filling. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole experience really chill. A great place to grab sushi with friends!

A Hidden Gem in Central London Went there for dinner and loved how quiet it was after 8 pm. The spacious setting allowed for a rare, peaceful conversation in the heart of London. The food was delicious—especially the fresh sashimi. Every dish was a treat, and the staff were cute and warm, making us feel at home. Had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back! Salsa Platter Sashimi Platter This sashimi platter is one of the signatures of the store. It consists of 8 carefully selected pieces of nigiri, 6 pieces of fresh sashimi and 12 pieces of sushi rolls. The portion is huge and very fresh. . 🍘Ika Kabayaki Grilled Squid If you like barbecue, you can try this grilled squid dish, a whole squid in a plate! Marinated in special teriyaki sauce, the texture is very chewy . 🍣Aligator Roll This plate of sushi is super delicious, combining eel➕avocado🥑. The sushi is also decorated in the shape of a crocodile and sprinkled with shrimp eggs on top. It’s perfect for both seasoning and taste! . 🍱Unagi Don eel rice The eel meat is very delicious, and those who like eel must try it! The portion is a small bowl but the soup is delicious😋

The place gives a very authentic Japanese feel, where the table and chairs are set to feel as if you’re sitting on the floor. The restaurant was beautifully decorated. The staff were very accommodating They over a selection of sushi as well as a la cart food. Ranging from Donburi, Bento boxes, noodles, side dishes and many more. They also offer eat all you can which was roughly £27 We ordered a bento boxes which were selections of two protein, rice, sushi, miso soup and salad and Eel Donburi The food was delicious and the portion were massive! Can’t wait to go back and try more of their dishes!

False advertisement and arrogant attitude from instore manager. Online buffet menu does not mention min 2 person requirement. When I ask why they are inconsistent between online and instore. The instore manager Ali? said we cannot do anything. Eat it or go. Look at what they are doing to customers. When I insist on asking for anyone who is in charge and do something, he told me I am intense, and started to threaten me to call the police after I said this is false advertisement. And then I asked for soysource, he said again why you are intense. What is the problem for asking for soysource. All the statement is based on fact, instead he started to take emotionally, and told me that I do not need to pay and can go immediately.

I recently visited Sushi Salsa NW1 LTD for their so-called “all-you-can-eat” offering, and I must say it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The value for money is absolutely terrible, and the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. One particular server had a constant sour attitude, and the way the restaurant manages their “all-you-can-eat” is nothing short of stingy. It felt like we were begging for food rather than enjoying a meal. Despite their 1.5-hour time limit, after only one hour of dining, we were asked if we had finished. We said yes but mentioned we’d like to sit for a bit longer. The restaurant was completely empty, with no other customers waiting, yet the server immediately brought us the bill and the card machine, basically kicking us out before we were even done. The attitude was awful, and we felt extremely unwelcome. There was no reason for them to rush us, given that there were no other customers. For the poor quality of service and food, the price they charge is ridiculous. I refused to pay the 12.5% service charge because it was undeserved. We even brought this issue to the attention of the manager, but no apology or resolution was offered. If you want to be treated rudely, feel rushed, and experience terrible customer service, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I strongly recommend staying away from Sushi Salsa NW1 LTD.

This is the top 1 Japanese food restaurtant I've visited. Do not miss their scallop main dish, it's super delicious! The pork ramen is also pretty good with a good price, especially the meat. The Deluxe Tempura set is very Japanese traditional (not like those pre-made dishes in some other restaurants) with a crispy and fresh taste, the same to what you can find in Tokyo. The kara-ake fried chicken is also crispy and very juicy. The waiters were very kind and helpful. Vegan menu also available.

The service was really lacking. The food was ok, but without many options and there was one vegetarian in the group that didn't have almost any options.

Good value buffet food, 5 rounds of freshly made sushi! Nice sauces and a la carte choices, Thai fish cakes were very much seafood rather than fish, sushi had good flavours and choice. Downside is the seaweed paper is a bit over powering compared to other restaurants I’ve been to so the fishy taste / smell is stronger than usual. Really amazing tempura prawns! Service charge is added to the bill automatically.

I am a bit upset as nobody mentioned about the buffet. It is a pricy restaurant and I felt that I could go elsewhere with that money paid. I think that the waiter could explain that there is a buffet but nothing was said and did not know about the offer. The chicken wings were good as well as the drinks but can't really say the same about the Ramen, I was still hungry afterwards.

A great place to browse through all the interesting little shops that make you feel like you've stepped into the world of the movie 《CoCo》. The edge of the bridge at the entrance is great for photos. 📷 Also good for enjoying the view 🌃. The service in the shop was excellent, friendly and attentive staff made sure I felt the dining experience was enjoyable. The ambience is very nice! There are tatami mats which I love! We had the buffet, and the food was really good quality. Their buffet system is a bit different, you have 5 rounds where you choose 5 options of the list. There is a list for hot dishes that you can choose 7 items only once. I believe they could have one more round for the hot dishes. But overall is worth it.

This time our experience was great! We eat buffet sushi on Sunday 29th and were served quickly and professionally. The staff deserve credit for a good job (please serve hot tea). Thank you! We have been going to this eatery for decades, we knew one of the chefs from the Soho branch. He is a fantastic sushi chef! What happened to the management? There was an older couple that use to run it, they were really good. Last Sunday evening, the male staff were scruffy and unprofessional. One of the male waiting staff had holes all over his jeans and the others were reluctant to do anything. Ok, it's a trendy place, but this type of attire and standard of professionalism does not go with sushi, a cultured meal. The sashimi was not fresh. What have you done to this eatery? What a shame!

I have been eating here often for years, for the volcano roll sushi and the pork ramen soup. It's the best ramen soup I've had in London. I would also recommend the chicken wings, the the egg fried rice, the pumpkin korokke and the takoyaki. I didnt enjoy the other sushi rolls or nigiri, or the ribs either, and a few other things on their menu. That is why I stick to my usual order which never disappoints.

I took my son here after school. We enjoyed the dragon rolls, volcano rolls, grilled squid and shiitake mushroom tempura. Good flavour and quick service when it’s quiet. My son loves every dish and would like to come back.

Sushi was mid. Fish to rice ratio was poor. Got a cocktail and had to pour my own sparkling water in it because it was so sour and undrinkable. Could have gone somewhere much nicer for the price. Staff were nice.

It feels quite cheap and big, very suitable for coming after class. Beef ribs and grilled squid, both are sweet, I love these two! Yakitori and sashimi platter. The platter seems to be 32, with small sushi, salmon is thicker, and there are also arctic scallops and tuna. Eel tempura sushi, a long plate, this is the best! The taste is very complex, with fried eel and avocado, I forgot what it is called but this is very good and must be ordered!

Honestly it’s terrible, we went here this evening for my partners birthday. The restaurant was playing R&B music extremely loud. The cooked food as part of the buffet was bad. It had no flavour and tasted reheated and chewy. The sushi was so bad we just left. You get 5 rounds I think with the buffet and we didn’t finish one. It was my partners birthday and it was completely ruined. I booked this 2 months in advance as we often pass and it looked lovely and busy. I suspect it’s tourists as it was completely empty this evening.

Average experience, the only positive point was the music. Exorbitant price for what it is. Be careful to read the small lines on the menu.

Had dinner with friends at this Japanese restaurant, the atmosphere was nice. You had to sit in a dipped table in the ground, difficulty getting in and out. Food was good just slightly on the pricey side, but this is something you would expect for sushi.

Seriously bad review, I came here to learn a lesson. The food on the so-called buffet menu is ordered five times from the top and once from the bottom. That means each person can eat up to five pieces of salmon, and then fill their stomachs with junk rice balls. They have to taste other foods. Called ha, no wonder there are so few customers in the store

Food was just basic for a buffet price , £26.80 per person for a few piece of meat . We spent nearly £350 for 6 adults 4 kids over 12 and 1 under 12 . 2 under 5 that hardly consumed anything. The other English kids were not used to the sushi , thinking will get some katsu with rice. Manager refused to swap the sushi with egg fried rice, we had to order some extra rice . Not happy with the selection of food . Not recommended anyone to choose the buffet option .

The prices are OK but the most important thing is that all the food is fresh and tastes great. I recommend with confidence.

Located in a very busy area of ​​Camden Town market, the restaurant is welcoming and offers many really interesting deals. The best sushi I've ever eaten! The restaurant is super cute with an oriental atmosphere to enjoy your meals. Outside there is a terrace where they serve the best cocktails. If you haven't visited Camden, this is your best excuse to go.

Went in to Sushi Salsa on the back of the great reviews but unfortunately was left really disappointed. We went for the "bottomless sushi" option which isn't bottomless and the selection is very limited. The food was great and fresh, unfortunately it took so long for our food to come especially between rounds it was crazy. We waited approximately 35 mins between rounds which is way longer than what I would expect. The customer service was also really poor, we were told that we can't have Ice if we are drinking tap water! And that we can't have a jug because they only have 2 available!. Also the people serving food and taking orders seemed really annoyed! It just did have a nice atmosphere. We come here as a treat for my wife as it was here birthday but in hindsight, and for the money we paid, we could have easily got a better deal and got it way quicker elsewhere. So I guess if your walking past and you want some sushi and don't mind waiting then yeah it's not the worst place to go but if your planning an occasion then there are many many more better places to go to spend your money.

Probably the worse service you can get. We literally had to beg for things. The place was not even full. Food is below average. Service staff gets pissed off with you because you ask for basic stuff like napkins or forks or chopsticks.

STAY AWAY!!!! Especially people who have tried good Japanese food. If you think this is a nice, affordable buffet restaurant, nah nah nah. Traveling in London and found this restaurant on Google since there are not many buffet options in town. Everything in this place is horrific. Firstly, the ordering system is poorly-designed. It’s really difficult for patrons to understand. Staff are not very helpful when it comes to clarification. Secondly, sashimi and sushi quality is awful even at this price range. If you really want to try, just order from the menu instead of doing buffet. You wont’t get your money worth it by doing that.

The food and dishes are excited and amazing. It is nice to visit with friends and families. One drawback is that you need to ask for water multiple times as we did not order paid drinks.

The worst buffet ever. I’ve been to the restaurant for a few times for lunch so decided to bring the family to try the buffet. So firstly, from the posters, you can never tell that the buffet is not available on Saturday. Secondly, it’s not ALL YOU CAN EAT. You still need to order from the buffet menu which is such a limited menu. See attached. For tempuras you could only have one round. For sashimi, they only have 2 kinds. And each round you could have only ONE PIECE for each person. And the worst part, the sushi. It’s basically a super big potion of rice with tiny bit of fish that you can barely taste it. And the seaweed wrapping them is not dry. When you are chewing you could feel the difficulty to cut them with your teeth. The worst part is the salmon skin sushi. It’s not freshly cooked. The salmon skin tastes like shoe. We cannot eat only the salmon skin one and complained to the manager and he said if you don’t like it why you order it? This is very rude and ridiculous as before we try it how do we know it’s not nice? How do we know the food in Sushi Salsa is not freshly cooked and you are proud of it? Even when we are complaining the food quality, the manager doesn’t want to listen and just interrupted us then walked away. This is very understandable—He’s a white man and we are Asian customers. Of course he could ignore us and be rude to us. What a lovely man! Anyway don’t visit this restaurant!!! They will try every ways to kick out regular customers like me.

The buffet dishes are filled with an excessive amount of rice to fill up the customers. The sashimi only consists of salmon, and they only serve one slice at a time. A person who claimed to be the manager was very rude and told us we had to finish all the food before ordering more, but this roll was too awful to eat. We will not be returning to this restaurant. Additionally, we advise others that it is not worth visiting this one.
