Full satisfaction. The Smashburger & chips wrap, was amazing. And whomever came up with the Raspberry and White Chocolate cookie dough, is a genius and needs promoting. Yum yum yum, I'll be back again! PS. Sorry I left the delivery driver waiting..oops, won't do that again.

Food was fantastic. Service was excellent. Such a lovely, friendly and polite bunch of people. The little extras of the gloves for the chicken wings and the freshening towels took it up a notch. Will defo be back 🙌🏼

Ordered a strawberry milkshake, one of the best milkshakes I've ever had! delicious and fresh! Really good service too from the couple of staff working.

Food was amazing, tasty and cheep considering what we got. Wait was approx 15 min and they gave us the option to get out drinks earlier. Everything was made fresh and was stunning!!!

Visited while staying in England from America, we came on a whim accidentally right before they opened and he still took our order and was very hospitable. When we had our order, he asked if we wanted 2 free burgers and of course we agreed lol. The food was great and she service was even better! Will most certainly come again before I go home

We went in tonight and ordered we found the website difficult so yaz helped us out they were all so lovely and the food was amazing .

Great food, the smash burgers tasted great and the cheesy fries were the best I've had.

Food never arrived. Staff were extremely rude and toxic over the phone. Claimed to be too busy to deal with my order so they would ring me back within 30 minutes - over 2 hours later, still no call, so I rang them again and whoever answered the phone was incredibly rude and clearly had an attitude. They told me to come up and have a face to face confrontation at their shop or lose my money, then hung up. Due to their threatening behaviour over the phone, I didn't feel comfortable going in person. I'm currently out of pocket £24 for goods that were not delivered. Speaking of delivery, the staff claimed that they attempted to deliver my food, but that when they knocked on my door a man answered and said they'd got the wrong house. For some reason, they think that I would order food, prepaid, wait for it to come, reject it on the doorstep, then ring them up later asking where my food is. That's definitely the more likely scenario -- as opposed to them going to the wrong house? All I asked was they redeliver what I'd paid for, as they had clearly gone to the wrong house. But that was met with hostility and attitude and they refused to rectify the issue. Definitely will never be ordering from you again and I hope people see this and do the same. Absolutely abhorrent behaviour and disgusting service.

Was at the vault enjoying the music and them smelt the amazing burgers being made by the Owner if waffles and grill me and my partner had a double smashed burger and it was delicious thank you so much and we will definitely be ordering from you in the future

The food here, especially the smash burgers, are pretty amazing, I'm not gonna lie. They're the reason we came back. The only downside to this place is the prices. We ordered 2 meals and 2 desert waffles, and it came in at over £30. As much as the burgers blow my mind, I'm not entirely sure I'll be back. Sorry, guys! Sort out the prices, and you've got a repeat customer. The front of the house also drastically needs a refurb. We actually thought it was closed.

Hlguys I'm so glad you re opened. Ordered tonight milkshakes and waffles are just amazing. Love that its not just generic squirty cream on the milkshakes but your homemade vanilla cream!!! And the waffles are just so fresh!!! So delicious. Will be back soon for more!!! Best desserts in Darwen!
