Lovely place. Massive well presented desserts. Will be returning again

Placed order with Uber eats who collected and then couldn't deliver. Went into shop to reorder. Really helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. They even treated me to an ice cream while I waited! The Waffles and cookie dough were lovely! Many thanks

Had two half flavours waffles, looked like the pics, fluffy and prompt delivery.

Food came all mushed up and no one answers the phone

Absolutely love this place. Everything tastes amazing , the staff are fabulous too! My favourite thing to order is the chocolate fudge cake- so yummy!! My partner loves the chocolate chip cookie dough .

Delivery time changed 4 or 5 times, the waffle ordered is advertised as being warm and was stone cold. Driver came on a pedal bike from a distance away which caused the delivery to be late and food being cold.

I really enjoyed the food here. Nice quick service. The Snow White Waffle was very good (great presentation). Would be amazing if they did vegan/lactose free ice cream&shakes

The Apple pie wasn't warmed up and it states apple crumble but it was apple pie pieces. It doesn't state raisins in the menu I do not like raisins. The waffle was nice I had to warm it up as its not nice cold.

We had a Twix milkshake and an M&M milkshake and they were so good! And the Cookies and Cream waffle was so good too! We'll definitely be back for moreee! :)

if I could add more stars I would! waffle N shakes tops all dessert resturants, food is delicious, always fresh and on time and they always take the time to read additional notes to make sure the order arrives correctly and exactly as asked for! Not had one bad experience and will be back again and again, top job, thankyou! 👏

Great food but delivery terrible. It was on time but driver didn’t know completely the area, barely spoke English and originally wanted to deliver my food to completely different building

5/5 for the banoffee waffle with chocolate sauce, we shared a whole one and is was demolished very quickly, will be back for more, thanks!

I was sitting wait to be served and a worker named emily backland refused to serve then decided to verbally abuse me and when she surved she made me a waffle I saw her spitting in it before I got it to my table shocking customer service will never return

Don’t take deliveries over the phone, recommend zizous

I didn't like the churos, it looks like it was made a long time ago, I didn't receive the pepsi, and the waffle was also not good!

Service is brilliant and the deserts were very well presented and enjoyable.

The food came with no cutlery, the milkshakes came with no straws and one was leaking

Waffles were soo delicious. Ice cream, red velvet pieces with chocolate sauce. Amazing. It was served in a wonderful way. I also had pineapple smoothie, fresh and tasty. Highly recommended

Waited for the order nearly 2 hours, didnt show up,then rang them and was informed there is no driver who can come and deliver the order. Could just ring me and inform me about that,so i could order from somewhere else. Never again!

It is really nice but Christ service is slow. Waited over 30mins for 3 milkshakes to be made! Not sure what took them so long…nice when they were received but seems a little ridiculous

absolutely love this place. Mostly order from uber eats/deliveroo and it always comes quickly and perfect. When I do eat in, the food is always well presented and just delicious. Workers are lovely too.

Terrible customer service, the woman behind the counter treated me and my 8 year old daughter like we were a massive inconvenience to her…did not say please or thank you and looked confused throughout the whole experience…I’d recommend ordering through just eat and getting it delivered cause the food is good but the experience just put a dampener on mine and my daughters day…such a shame to have to deal with such more customer service…serious training needed

Considering the time frame was 65-95mins, the delivery arrived past that and the quality was not as great as previous orders. Our cookie doughs were essentially cookies. A real shame from a place we order frequently from.

Hot chocolate tastes like warm water, not much flavour. Whip cream was okay abit melted but understandable. Marshmallow were huge not ideal size for hot chocolate. Brought two hot chocolates for £16 and was looking forward to them but left very disappointed.

Worst customer service experience because the lady on the reception named sh**va didn't responded us well, because she was extremely very busy gossiping and giggling with two other boys who were there around for 2 hours. I litteraly request the owner to see on this please. The quality of food and the lady chef was amazing she made my birthday very special by providing me with fantastic quality of food.

Food does not taste like it’s fully cooked milkshake does not taste like snicker’s milkshake has no snickers bar in it what do ever food freezing cold and was 20mins late

Bounty milkshake completely spilt all in bag and all over other milkshake cups. Awful service and awful customer services skills from the manager who wouldn’t give his name.

Totally disgusted with manger and service from this place Will never order again after I received my order to be toppled over and a whole large milkshake over everything else Phoned manager very rude and not helpful at all not good customer service 😒 My oder was over 25 and I explained I was disabled and couldn't go to shop he was not interested as he had been paid Not e en a refund or a redelivery was offered Never will I use this service again this manager needs to be look at

So far one of the best place for ice cream and shakes. Staff is also quite good (although some times they look confused but still trying very best for a great customer service). MY fussy kids just love Chocolate and Vanilla Ice cream from here. Overall A very good atmosphere and food quality is for sure amazing.

Desserts are absolutely lovely here. The toilets were nice & clean. Service with a smile which is always nice to see & the seating area was nice & clean too. Will definitely be back.

I was a little disappointed that my ice cream was mostly melted was more like a milkshake. I think right now you need to give the drivers a good freezer bag that keeps items really cold

Generally really good but this time the crunchie signature waffle had hardly any crunchie on it and was undercooked.

The food we were delivered was lovely, only thing we weren't happy with is we ordered a white chocolate cookie dough and were delivered chocolate orange (which normally is a class upgrade but my partner couldn't eat his) would have only liked the restaurant to notify us if that option wasn't available like the app did on other items. Despite that one thing the food was fantastic and delivery time was super quick!

The just eat driver was very rude not happy with the way he spoke to me I said in my driver note to phone my mobile when here as I never here my flat door. For the driver to say he was waiting for 10 mins for someone to come to door without the phone call I asked for. Drivers like that should be told how to read driver notes

This is my first ever time ordering Waffle N' Shakes and the food was absolutely flavoursome whilst also coming with an elegant design! For a fact I know that Waffle N' Shakes is the best and tastiest dessert shop within Wellingborough. I just really appreciate the fact that the desserts come in with such sophisticated looks which also match the appetizing tastes!

Went inside and waited 15 minutes and no one served, went home for delivery and was delayed and came with no straw and food was below usual quality

Everything i order is perfect every time. Delicious and plentiful. Always delivered to the door by a friendly polite person. Best place in town for a sweet tooth.

My order was left at the wrong house , just left on the door step This has never happened before I’m quiet shocked

Shocking delivery, was expected to be 20 minutes - took over an hour! Had to live chat as I couldn’t get through on the phone. Never again.

Loved this place and have ordered twice since. Other than the delivery not been as quick as a kebab. They are absolutely to die for. Well presented no plastic utensils (save the planet). Overall amazing and will definitely order from there when I’m feeling a sweet tooth.

Better then last experience with a delivery from this restaurant.

I love this place and quite often order from here as it’s lovely desserts but dont think they read the notes as really didnt want the millions on the ice cream only the sauce so was a little disappointed especially the amount you pay
