Best Shisha lounge in Liverpool, original flavors, nice drinks with good price and perfect customer service

Loved and Enjoyed the shesha with my friends, the vibes was lovely , coffee and dessert (waffles) was omg delicious 😋 I strongly recommend this place , good service and good food .

From the moment I stepped in there , it was bad vibes. To say the least every single staff member including security guards VERY miserable , unapproachable & language was disgusting. Took 1 hour for our drinks to arrive. After a friend complained to the manager who was not interested in what she had to say , he decided 45 mins later he wanted to kick us out. DO NOT GO! HORRIBLE STAFF! HORRIBLE SECURITY MEMBERS

Ordered a tequila that came in a small shot glass that was half full , the drinks we ordered were doubles but didn’t taste like they had any alcohol in when we spoke to staff about this they were rude and condescending. The worst place I’ve been out in Liverpool, strongly do not recommend you waste your money or time here.

Just trying to understand why I was charged £45 for a bottle of Prosecco that is £8 in the supermarket

Despite the deliberations of Boris and the government the 22nd of February brought good news in the fight against the pandemic, hospitality allowed to open its pubs, bars and restaurants on the 12th of April with outside service only and from the 17th of May service inside and outside pubs,bars and restaurants allowed ,its great news for the hospitality sector that has been in my opinion so unfairly treated during these trying times ,the rollout and success of the vaccines is a game changer ,its February and nearly 18 million people have had the jab ,the end is most certainly in sight for this pandemic, even the most sceptic and pessimistic person can't disagree with the wonderful vaccines that have tamed this virus and walking down streets such as Mount Pleasant will be a joy again, its a street with some great bars and pubs along such as Vooo Lounge,a great bar offering great service and a happy vibe ,a bar I love to visit on any trip into Liverpool City Centre I take, I look forward to visiting here again when the final lockdown is lifted and we can get back to normality, easy to locate along Mount Pleasant, most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.
