Volpo Lounge in Blaby

We love this place, nice atmosphere, professional service and they a good gluten free options. We have a gluten free breakfast which was amazing. I highly recommend this chilled out venue.

Eve and Whitney were exceptional, service and their friendly and super sense of humour provided the right vibe. Will definitely support this venue as we do Kino and Paletto. Keep it up girls.

I attended Volpo Lounge as part of a large group, and was pleasantly surprised. As we had booked, our table was ready for us when we arrived. We were able to order via the website/app and it was so easy to navigate and order through. The food took a little longer than anticipated, as did the drinks and we had to ask for some drinks again. However, I do understand that we were a large party and that it was a Saturday night. The wait staff were extremely polite, welcoming and helpful. I had the Tapas and it was delicious, so I would recommend coming to this restaurant!

Perfect spot for some lunch whilst shopping. Reasonable priced with a wide selection of gluten free food. Food was delicious would definitely recommend.

Monday and Tuesday evenings are worth checking out as they have special offers. The brunches and burgers are wow!

Awful. Took £18.80 for drinks on Apple Pay order at table. Then denied we had ordered and refused to help or refund. Showed then Apple Pay receipt and spoke to Robyn the manager who was less than helpful. Ruined our night out. Will not return!! Be careful if you order here they take your money and then refuse to get your drinks.

Food was absolutely amazing great atmosphere and really quick service

Every time we have ordered from the adult menu it's been great, and the tapas is always good but our kids ordered the cheese pizza and neither could eat much of it. So, I had a bite and it was the worse pizza I've ever tasted. Even cheap microwave pizzas haven't been that bad - else the adult food is 4/5 stars.

Love this place! Great place to meet up and have something to eat without having to book! There's a fantastic selection of food and drink, plenty for vegetarians and vegans have their own menu :@)

Visited today 11/02/25 with me and my friends at around 12/12:30pm. Walking in, we were able to find our own seats and there was plenty of seats available. First time visiting so i wasn’t fully aware what to do but I grasped that we would either need to order at the front or we could use our phones. The pricing of the food and drinks were very good and pretty average for what a restaurant would charge now. The presentation of the food was great, my friends ‘breakfast muffin’ looked professional and you’d expect it to be priced higher with how it looked. We roughly spent around 2 hours at Volpo lounge and we never felt rushed so I applaud to that also. The only down side of our visit was the female staff we interacted with, lacked personality? The first woman with dark hair was on a device whether it was her phone or the works phone. No smile whatsoever however she was polite. The second girl had long blonde type hair and she looked like she was having a bad day. She spoke very monotone and her customer service just wasn’t coming through at all. Pictured is a beef burrito, very filling and very good size and quality for the price.

Enjoyed the people, the atmosphere, the food and the drinks. Food especially was great as was the service 👍

The food here exceeded my expectations and was definitely worth the try. Not only the main dishes but also flatbreads and salads here are so delicious. The atmosphere here is also very cozy and comfortable. If you are looking for a place to try something new, this one is definitely the one!

Food was nice soup and half a panini for £6.99 only thing was we waited so long for coffee the brought 1 out and other 2 never came until we had finished our food, we had to ask several time for them, Bit over all food was nice

Popped in for some brunch and it was spot on. Really busy but the service was good and the food was awesome. Had the smashed avocado brunch with streaky bacon and extra hash browns… so good… highly recommend.

Walked passed countless times choosing to go to one of the other food outlets but after having breakfast here it's definitely a fave. Had brunch all freshly made and very flavoursome. Served by 3 ladies, all excellent. Will be back

I had a beetroot and feta flatbread which was delicious and reasonably priced. Staff were attentive and friendly. A welcomed break while shopping. It was busy when we went and it had a lovely lively atmosphere. Despite being busy, we were pleased at the prompt service and a short wait for food We had lunch, but I can imagine going back for cocktails.

A great place for breakfast. Food was sooo tasty and extremely fresh. The best tasting salmon and poached egg we've had in a long time. Swift service and our server Milly was superbly friendly. We will definitely be returning soon.

Regular visitors to the lounges. This one is so disappointing, made it clear several times when ordering that my little boy has sensory issues with food due to autism. Order turned up wrong. No real apology or understanding. Was upsetting because I am always really clear when ordering to avoid my little boy becoming upset. Left with him just having chips as he wouldn’t have patients for burger to be re made.

Had a 5 minute wait before a table was available so had a drink and sat in the comfy waiting area which was nice. Food was tasty; had the Lamb Flatbread, would recommend. Great to have a drink and bite to eat.

First-time visit to Volpo Lounge. I have to say that the decor inside the place is amazing, first and foremost. The vibe of the place was good and had a leisurely feel to it. I ordered a beef burger with bacon and upgraded from regular fries to sweet potato fries for £1.05 more, which is a bargain these days. The burger was cooked to perfection, and the burger sauce and salad both complimented it. The only drawback was the portion size of it. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed it and would visit again.

Poor service , beer smelt really bad over charged drinks with no presentation just given to us as a normal drink also the restaurant smelt very bad , staff did not care if we were not happy we were just ignored in 4 occasions in the same night . Very disappointed will not be going back .

One of our "go to" places, as they have excellent everything! Not had anything that we didn't enjoy. They cater for everyone including dogs and check your dietary requirements on entry. The staff are so happy, which makes the atmosphere a delight, there are ganes to play and menus to colour-in, even my mum likes it here. You can order and pay using a QR code from your table or order at the bar. It's a wonderful place for a casual date, or to hang out with family and friends, you can't go wrong at the Volpro Lounge

Excellent quality food. Eggs benedict where prefect and the kids really enjoyed pancakes with blueberries. Service was outstanding. Looking forward to hoing again next time I am in Leicester

Drinks were awful - watermelon Ice tea was a drop of taste liquid in soda water The tuna melt I've had better in Sainsbury's cafe The only good part were the sweet potato fries The atmosphere busy but the table they put us on were bashed about by the close proximity to the cutlery stand Won't go again

First time I complained, and the staff were great and fixed it. Normally if I’m not happy I just leave because I don’t want the hassle of complaining. The food was cold and after a friendly exchange they remade it - perfect.

Classic Lounge vibe, never had an issue at any of their locations. Volpo is exactly what I expected, and I will always use the Lounges across the UK!

I am devastated about this I went for my sons 7th birthday and the food was at the least to say appalling we were all looking forward to the food as the good reviews say but I was very dissatisfied not happy.

Staff are lovely and welcoming the guy front of house was well presented smart appearance the restaurant was very clean and organised especially for children definitely worth a visit thanks again x

Ordered smashed avocado on ciabatta toast.....it wasn't smashed, the bread was a normal thin slice .

Went there last night for the first time and it was very good. Food and drinks were good, staff were very polite and service was good. I would definitely come back as the lounge is very nice.

Volpo Lounge is a nice spot that blends quirky old fashioned decor with a contemporary twist. The ambiance is charming and makes for a cozy yet vibrant dining experience all year round. The food at Volpo Lounge is quite nice, and I particularly enjoyed the halloumi burger. It's absolutely delicious, however I found the portion a bit small. Despite that, it's definitely worth trying. Service here is also good, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring a pleasant visit. However, do note that it gets quite busy on weekends, especially on sunny days, so it’s best to arrive early or make a reservation. Their selection of mocktails is impressive. My favorites are the Strawberry & Amaretti Smash and the Apple & Elderflower Tonic, both of which are refreshing and delicious tasting. Overall, Volpo Lounge is a great place to enjoy good food, excellent service, and a nice vibe. Highly recommended for a casual outing or a catch up.

Having decided to eat out alone for the first time I was apprehensive to say the least. I didn't need to be! The service was fab and I didn't feel anything but welcome from the minute I walked through the door. A lovely lady explained everything (unfortunately i didn't get any names) I could order at the table so as not to leave my belongings. When the food came, I ordered tapas, it tasted fresh and looked great. When asked to leave at the end of the night, I was told they were closed but not rushed out the door having a quick conversation about what book i was reading with another lovely team member (a young man) I would recommend this place to anyone; fab service, wonderful food and very welcoming. Really enjoyed it!! Thank you

Food was OK. At least a half hour wait on a Saturday lunchtime which was OK. Food was very average. Portion of Sweet Potato Fries as tiny so felt ripped off. Ordered using the app, had to wait 15mins for our drink order so would of been quicker to go to the bar

Didn't eat here however I perused the menu and the variety on offer seemed reasonable and looked OK. Various drinks of the alcoholic and non alcoholic available. Was quite busy. Indoor and outdoor seating was available.

We visited on a sunny Tuesday afternoon and was served by a very hospitable Shimo(?) it was quiet so it’s easy to just relax but he was working hard and keeping the place tidy. Knows the menu well and gave us excellent service.

Very busy, always a good sign. But got a table for 2 straight away. Had the pancakes topped with maple syrup and bacon. Didn't have to wait too long despite it being busy. Will definitely go again.

This is my go to place to eat or get a drink or coffee whenever I am at Fosse Park. I am not a veggie or vegan but the Buddha bowl is to die for.

Love all the lounges but service much better in this one. Asked to wait at the bar for next available table rather than just being told no tables at others. Lounge eggs are delicious!

Really tasty food defo recommend their brunch

It's a fabulous place. Myself and a friend went in on a Saturday eve for dinner. The place was packed, we were asked to sit and wait, we weren't rushed it was fantastic service a table was ready after a few minutes, food fabulous too!

Stopped whilst shopping and took some tapas dishes it was really really good food. Staff were super friendly. Normal prices for area I think.

Large family and dog friendly pub. We had tapas, lovely food, staff were really lovely. Easy to order food at table using QR code, with a large selection of food and drinks on the menu. We went on Friday the week after Easter, busy during lunch but didn't feel crowded at all. Would definitely go here for food again

Ordered on the app and waited around 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive, it seemed they serve people at the bar first regardless of when orders are received, I would say remove the choice to order at the table if it's not something you can keep up with. Have ate here previously and I will say the waitress was honestly lovely, I had a Miami brunch and it's by far the tastiest dish really loved it

The food is 10 out of 10.... would like to see the staff wearing some sort of uniform though as it's hard to tell who is staff and who isnt in the restaurant area

A friend recommended volpo lounge me and my partner had there lounge breakfast the food was very well presented and brilliant cooked made us felt like we were tasting food for the first time omg ..plus the staff were very friendly and welcoming didn't feel judged or anything and the service was great and polite the place is even space out not squeezing through table and it spotless ..the volpo lounge is worth the visit when your at fossepark

Very disappointed, for two years my wife and I have enjoyed evenings and breakfasts at the volpo lounge. At the turn of the year we came for breakfast my wife had lounge eggs and I had Miami Brunch the lounge eggs were barely warm and the brunch was cold, having had both these dishes a number of times previous we knew they weren't to the standard we had enjoyed in the past. A few weeks later we visited again this time we ordered lounge eggs and a lounge breakfast, yet again the eggs were very disappointing again this time they were cold however my breakfasts was perfect 👌. We decided to go again today and we both decided to order the lounge breakfast because I'd had such a good experience previously, imagine my frustration when both breakfasts arrived and were again some items actually cold and the rest struggling to hold onto any heat they had. Neither breakfast is cheap and food standards should be a lot better than our experience, we have now taken the decision to never visit volpo lounge for breakfast again, very disappointing 😠

Average place for food. Good when they have the offers on in the week but every time I’ve visited for the Tapas, all the dishes seem to come out really greasy. Good atmosphere but food is mixed. Shame the meat isn’t Halal so limits options when dining with friends. Alright spot to have a drink.

Tapas - very tiny portions - 3 small meatballs for 4.95 and a so called Mezze grain bowl that was a sad mix of stuff on a tiny little plate ie not a bowl by any stretch of the imagination.

Nice surroundings, very comfortable, and the staff are amazing: very accommodating and quick service. The food itself, although quite nice is on the expensive side and 'no frills' i.e. we ordered a tomato and mozzarella panini and a fish finger buttie and that's what you got (no salad garnish, etc, which you would have hoped for considering the price).

Attended here for the wife's birthday, and boy, were we impressed! For a Monday, it was extremely busy, and as they do not cater for bookings, we had to wait a short while to be seated. While we waited, we treated ourselves to a drink, and the bar staff was spot on with the service she provided. We were shortly seated and ordered the food. Even during my order, the service provided by the bar staff; in relation to their customer service, was exemplary. We ordered the Nasi Goreng and Bang Bang Chicken and it was truly delicious 😋. Hats off to the chef/s as that was some real quality flavoursome food! Can't wait to go again!

Great food and drinks. We used QR for ordering and payment so service was limited, however we visited again and the male server was very nice and cordial, making sure that we were OK and food was as should be.

The food was gorgeous and the prices of drinks were reasonable. The decor is fabulous and has a great look about and a great feel.
